The young guy being quite rude from the beginning. He served me latte frappe like this very liquidity . I told him I’m drinking in still gave in takeaway cups. 0 star

Convenient and quick. Nice place although always nearly packed out. I came here with a friend and we were served by a lovely lady that works here...always smiling and very happy to help. I hope I'm not making a mistake by saying shes probably from Somalia but she needs to be recognised for her good work and extremely positive attitude.

To manage people's expectations about the Caffe Nero toilets, they're permanently out of use. But there are loos in Clapham Junction station on the overbridge by platform 17.

Exceptional Service from Tayyba! What a Wonderful Experience... Our visit to Cafe Nero was made truly special by the barista, Tayyba. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly warm and friendly. She had a genuine, conversational nature that made us feel so welcome. I was there with my family, and her kind and joyful attitude was contagious, turning a simple coffee run into a lovely evening out. Thank you, Tayyba!

Ordering online doesn’t work as it’s supposed to here. So you place your order via the app then have to queue and show your order to the barista. Otherwise they just don’t notice it. Sometimes I forget this and have to wait for as much as half an hour before heading to the queue to beg for my order. The whole process is just meaningless and ridiculous. If you can’t accommodate online orders why offer it?

The Vanilla Matcha Latte was truly a great delicious taste. Once you start sipping you will never stop till it finishes. It's an exclusive extra at cafe Nero.

It was convenient, as we were able to get a coffee and a snack, and somewhere to sit whilst waiting for our connecting train. The only downside is you felt as if you were sitting in a goldfish bowl because of a certain type people standing outside and gawping at the customers inside.
