We arrived for brunch and were seated almost immediately. Then we were forgotten. For more than 10 minutes no waiter showed up to ask our order. I finally had to get up to go look for a waiter. I was told, "oh yes. Will be over right away." Then another long wait
The food came fairly quickly, after we ordered, but then nobody came by to check how we were doing. Not to offer us water, not to see if we needed anything.
The omelette was bland, the orange juice was warm, literally warm, and my wife's Sprite was, not cold, as if it had been put into the refrigerator 5 minutes before we got there.
When we finished eating it was impossible to catch any of the waiters'/waitress's eyes to pay the bill. I could see 3 waitresses at the cash register standing and talking with each other, nobody bothering to look up to see what's happening with their customers.
I finally have to get up and go over to ask for the bill. I complained to the manager about the poor service. He did not seem to understand and said, "they served you your food didn't they? "
I had to emphasize, "we received very poor service!!"
He then apologized and sent over a plate of sickly sweet vanilla ice cream, on the house. So sweet we could only eat one bite of it.
