My 3 star room rating is deceiving, as it depends on which room you stay in. We stayed in several rooms between our group, at the start and end of our trip. I would give the 300 numbered standard room 3 stars, the 409 numbered superior rooms 4 stars, and the tropical suite 5 stars. This is a family resort, and between the different available pools, go-karts, mini golf and playgrounds, not to mention the kids movies playing on the big screen at the main pool at night, I'm pretty sure your kids will give this resort a 5 star thumbs up. There is a pool-side restaurant and a pizza and pasta restaurant on the other side of the pool. Both are good. If you are travelling with a family member who has a disability or limited mobility, there are only 2 accessible rooms, and they sell out very quickly. If you have someone that can walk with a walker, don't book the family room, it's too narrow to get into the bathroom. The superior rooms fit a walker, but there is no handle in the toilet. The tropical suite does have a handle in the toilet. While it isn't a fully accessible bathroom, you will manage if you have some mobility. The gardens are spectacular and the paths suitable for wheelchairs, walkers and prams. The wifi was marginal in several of the rooms. If you are needing to do work, I would check which rooms have best reception. The superior rooms do not have a desk, but the tropical suite does. Photos are of tropical suite.
