A beautiful hotel perfectly placed for visiting Giza,GEM and Central Cairo. Wonderful service, great food choices. Definitely try out their Egyptian Nights restaurant with live Egyptian music and cultural cuisine. A big thank you to Ahmed who showed me the real way to eat stuffed pigeon! Such kind service. Joseph on the front desk was great as was Remy. You feel safe as well as being in a friendly and efficient environment. Will definitely try and return.

I had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with this hotel room. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with great attention to detail. The bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep.||Everything felt well thought out—from the lighting and temperature control to the quality of the amenities. The bathroom was modern and very clean, with strong water pressure and high-quality toiletries. I also appreciated how quiet the room was; it felt like a real escape.||Overall, the room exceeded my expectations and made my stay truly enjoyable. Staying at the Marriott in Zamalek has been an amazing experience from start to finish. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Zamalek, calm, classy, and surrounded by great views and energy. The atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful: elegant, relaxing, and very well maintained. Everything just feels right the moment you walk in.||What truly made this stay special, though, was the service. A huge shoutout to Ahmed Hani, one of the best waiters I’ve ever had in my life — and I don’t say that lightly. He was incredibly helpful, genuinely kind, always smiling, and paid attention to every small detail. He made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of the entire time. Service like that is rare and unforgettable.||Overall, amazing atmosphere, great location, top-tier hospitality, and outstanding service. I’d absolutely come back — and I hope Ahmed Hani is there every time.||Highly recommended 👌✨

Stayed twice in two weeks and both stay were exceptional. Great rooms. The staff at the front desk are over the top. Absolutely amazing and so helpful. The facilities are excellent and the palace is a real treat to wonder thru. We had several excellent meals there; the best was the Italian. The service and food were great. When you are walking around every staff member says hello and the security is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. and if i am ever back i will be staying there.

This hotel and place is, without any doubt, number one among all the hotels I have ever visited around the world. ‏The location, atmosphere, cleanliness, and organization are all outstanding and among the very best. ‏The staff, without a single exception—from the valet who opened the car door, to security, reception, and housekeeping—were absolutely wonderful. ‏The large number of staff members present throughout the property, along with their kind words and warm attitude, creates a feeling of comfort, love, and genuine hospitality. ‏I was truly sad to leave the hotel—even more than leaving Cairo itself. ‏The pre-arrival phone call was excellent, thanks to Ms. Batoul. ‏I would also like to express my deepest gratitude to the front desk officer, Mr. Nour, for his unlimited support, exceptional performance, and wonderful manner in handling every question or request. ‏My sincere thanks also go to Mr. Joseph, Mr. Omar, Maria Amin, and Yasmin for their elegant and respectful treatment. ‏This hotel is perfection in every sense of the word—not a single remark or negative point. ‏As an architect, I would like to personally note that the hotel’s Instagram page and website do not do it justice at all—the reality is far more beautiful than the photos. ‏I truly hope to return and visit you again in the very near future, and I sincerely look forward to that.no words can describe the place and the people

Touqa was not only helpful inside the café, but she also went the extra mile by guiding me about local Egyptian food — what dishes to try, what flavors are truly authentic, and even where to go to experience the best local spots. Her recommendations were thoughtful, detailed, and showed how much she cares about guests having a real and memorable experience in Cairo. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine willingness to help truly stood out and made my visit even more special. Key Highlights • Location: Situated in the upscale Zamalek district, close to the Nile and central Cairo attractions. • Ambience: Built around a 19th‑century palace, the hotel exudes historic charm with lavish interiors and landscaped gardens. • Rooms: Comfortable and well‑appointed, with many offering Nile or garden views, however the room I am allocated felt slightly dated. • Dining: Multiple restaurants and bars, praised for variety and quality. Good spread for breakfast. • Facilities: Large outdoor pool, fitness center, and Omar Khayyam Casino add to the resort‑style feel. • Service: Generally attentive and professional, with staff often highlighted for their helpfulness.

We stayed at the Cairo Marriott from 15 December to 18 December 2025 in Room 750, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the minute we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and throughout our stay we felt incredibly well taken care of. The historic palace setting, the beautifully maintained gardens, the comfortable room, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made our time in Cairo unforgettable — but what stood out most was the outstanding service. A special and heartfelt thank you to Mr. Omar Ehab, whose professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly elevated our stay. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us, and he treated us with genuine kindness and care. His approach to guest service reflects the highest standards of Marriott, and we are deeply grateful. We would also like to recognise Mr. Reda from the breakfast team. Every morning, he brought such positive energy and hospitality, making breakfast one of the highlights of our stay. His friendliness, efficiency, and dedication made us feel right at home. Thanks to both Mr. Omar and Mr. Reda, our stay was memorable in the best possible way. They are outstanding representatives of the hotel and excellent ambassadors of Egyptian hospitality.
