Cairo Marriott Hotel & Omar Khayyam Casino

I honestly cannot say more than, WOW! Everything about this hotel is nothing short of spectacular. The hotel itself is a literal palace. The rooms are beautiful and clean. And the staff are the true stars of the hotel. Quickly after checking into our room, our bell hop (Ibrahim) took our bags to our rooms. He began asking what we were looking forward to the most. I informed him that this was my first time back in Cairo from 25 years and that I was most excited about finding authentic mango juice from street vendors. He told me about a few and then left. Fifteen minutes later, the door rings. I open the door and it’s Ibrahim with two other staff members (one of which was Caroline who was a service manager and was so sweet and lovely). He held a tray with a huge sealed jug of authentic mango juice with four frosted glasses for the rest of my family members. This service is unparalleled to anything else I’ve ever experienced. I cannot wait to go back to this hotel!!! Not to mention, the morning breakfast buffet is to die for!!! Everything is so fresh, tasty, and the parties are so amazing.

This is our 3rd time coming to Marriott Omar khayam in Cairo. We love it here, the service is absolutely great. Mr. Eslam Abdo Younis and Mr. Bassem Abdelalla in the pool area are the best. They are friendly and provided the best service, they remembered us from the previous years and always greet us with a smile. The room is clean, housekeeping is great, and the service at the reception is fantastic. Our view of the nile is amazing, we were in room 1867 on the 18th floor. Everyone is so nice and accommodating to our needs. We will be coming again next year. Thank you to every staff member that made our stay memorable.

I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Amraam in Cairo, and I want to especially recognize two outstanding team members — Ayman Abdulaati and Rami Adel at Egyptian night and Promod cafe. Both provided exceptional service throughout my visit.||Ayman was always attentive, courteous, and made sure every detail was taken care of with genuine hospitality. Rami also went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience, always greeting guests with a smile and showing true professionalism.||Their efforts truly enhanced my stay, and I’m grateful for their dedication. Marriott is lucky to have such committed and service-oriented staff members. Thank you, Ayman and Rami!

Even though some renovations were been done , the hotel staff and ambiance were exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the gym with its sauna, and the pool, surrounded by the buildings, gave it a beautiful architectural feel. Overall, my stay in Egypt was a great experience.

i stayed here for 2 nights on a tour of Cairo. the hotel is very elegant, the staff is polite and professional. the room i stayed in was good, nice mattress, clean, nice bathroom. the hotel has a pool area and an outdoor area that has live music at night and you can eat dinner outside on the terrace area and listen to the music. the hotel consist of 2 towers. there are many restaurants in the hotel. the location of the hotel is in a really busy area, but across the street from the Nile river. unfortunately there is some street construction being done right outside the hotel and along the walkway (promenade). i found some areas of my room to be showing a little wear and tear but not enough to be concerned with.

This is my third visit to Egypt. When I come to Egypt, I always go first to the egyption nights restaurant from the Egyptian Nights. I love the people who are there. Amzang them is Hajj Sayed, this man is very valuable. Tarek, theshisha man , and Mustafa. Asmaa welcomed me with a beautiful smile. May God bless them. I would like to thank them for their speed and the food is very delicious. This guy, Mahmoud and Tamer, is very hardworking and helps customers in the restaurant.
