Cais da Pedra

This restaurant used to be mostly focused on gourmet burgers but it has switched to traditional Portuguese food place. The vibe is still chilled and the there is a great (and large) terrace. Also, we came here on a summer afternoon and had the perfect combination of delicious saladas & juices!

Very tasty food. Superb cocktails. Takes time to prepare the delicious dishes. Stone tables, fresh cutlery. Friendly staff. They will help you decide if you get troubled by choices. Hamburgers are good. The view is nice also. Medium €€. Pork cheeks dish melted away.

It is a nice restaurant for dinner. I had caesar with shrimps, fruit cocktail based on gin and apple/raspberry crumble for dessert. Food is tasty, even if menu is pretty simple. Cocktail card is nice and desserts are amazing! Interior looks beautiful- big open space with a lot of light and mirrors. Also I liked that kitchen was open behind the glass - you can see how clean it is and how people work there with your food. We had very cold and windy weather, but inside it was warm and chill atmosphere. Also they provide English menu what was a positive for me. Negative - service. Food and atmosphere make you expect hight level service, but there were 3 waitresses, bartender and hostess and I always had to call someone for few times and wait until they would notice it. Sometimes girls just waited for a drink around 10 mins with extremely exhausted and grumpy face and turned back to guests so even when I saw she didn’t do anything - she ignored signals to come. So a bit more attentive stuff would be perfect, food, drinks, atmosphere and prices got their stars.

Veggie burger and fries did not taste good, but cod fish was ok. The outdoor tables enjoy beautiful sea view.

Very nice restaurant which is adjacent to the boarding building for cruises. Good stop for lunch with burgers that are bigger than your hands. Very posh atmosphere and furnishings but at a low price.

A gourmet food shop, with small cafe. The food options are limited to tapas and croissants, but very tasty. Tends to be a bit quieter than its neighbors, so a good place for a snack while waiting for your train.

All very nice and very good quality price. I highlight the dessert I will return to repeat it .

I only stopped in for a cup of coffee, but this place is amazing. I will be coming back next time and spending way longer here exploring the menu.

I came here during the week, a couple of hours before dinner time, so the place was almost empty. I'm glad I did because I heard it can be chaotic. We had burgers and fries and I drank some iced tea. The burger was ok, nothing to write home about. I've heard they have better ones. We sat outside and it was awesome, the weather was great and it was very nice and peaceful. I never came back and I don't know if I will. I thought the burgers were expensive and just not amazing. If I feel like eating a burger, and if I pay that kind of money for a burger, it better be an AMAZING burger, y'know?
