The place is interesting. You can become famous artist by making your friends picture and scan it for demonstration.

I have walked past the Caixa Forum and admired this beautiful historic building so many times and did not realize it was not only a part of Palma’s history, but a restaurant AND a museum. Better yet, if you have a card with La Caixa, you and a few of your friends can get in for free. On this particular day, there was a Zuloaga & Anglada Camarasa Special Exhibit in which it compared the art from these Spanish artists (also friends) in the early 1930’s . (If it’s still on show, I highly recommend it) Additionally, there is a permanent exhibit on the history of comics as it relates to Spain and its development. I recommend lunch at the Caixa Forum restaurant and then a nice walk around this beautiful museum.

Nice building and various exhibitions. We went there to see the comic exhibition, which was very good. Lots of original sketches of famous graphic novels.

A beautiful building, the house itself is a piece of art, the staircase, corridors. Always changing exposition was a delight. Recommend to visit. At first floor is also a great coffee place.

We did the free tour of the Gran Hotel on 30 Aug with guide Laura. During the visit, it was impossible to hear her as the Reception staff would not stop talking very loudly amongst themselves. The building is beautiful and the portrait activity was great fun.

Outstanding building of Modernism on Majorca. It was built by Catalan architect Lluís Domènech y Montaner between 1901 and 1903.
