After seeing seafood boils all over social media, I was like I need that in my life.
I looked it up and this one had the best reviews and the bonus is that it is the halfway point to meet up with some close friends. The location is great if you're out shopping and need somewhere to stop for lunch. The place has cute seafood decor, it's spacious and clean, lots of options for seating. The bathrooms are also very clean.
Ive been here twice this month. It's amazing!
The first time my partner and I shared the special number 2:
Mild with house special sauce. Crab cluster, with shrimp and clams.
The crab legs were melt in your mouth, and the shrimp were very big and meaty. I wouldn't get the clams again, they were very gritty and not a lot of meat inside. The sauce was very good, but also seemed salty, we should've ordered rice to cut the saltiness. The potatoes were good, but I'm not a fan of the sausage, corn, and boiled eggs. The sauce is already salty and the sausage compounds that for me, the boiled eggs are overcooked and super dry, the first time they had split over and egg pieces were all over. The corn is just ok, nothing special about it.
The second time: I got the special #1: I wanted my own crab cluster lol I got this with shrimp
I opted for the Cajun sauce at medium.
I think this will be my go to order. Yea the sauce was still salty, but you can't help but liking it and dipping everything into it. Everything hit the spot, even the dry over cooked eggs, just dip it in the sauce and squeeze a lemon.
The service is great only from the moment you walk in to when you place your order, after that, your pretty much on your own, if you need more water, you have to flag them down. Actually if you need anything else you have to get up and ask for it. This is a good place if you need time to catch up with friends because there will be no interruptions. They are friendly when you go up to the counter to ask for something, and right away they get you what you need.
