I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Cake and Art. When it came to making a payment, they were incredibly responsive,quick to answer questions, send invoices, and ensure the transaction went smoothly. However, once I actually needed customer service regarding the quality of their work, they were nowhere to be found.
I paid for a service expecting professionalism and quality, especially because this was for my birthday and this place is a highly recommended bakery, a special occasion that I wanted to enjoy without stress.The work I received was like if a ten year old did it, and when I reached out to express my concerns, I was met with complete silence. No response, no effort to make things right--just ignored. It's frustrating to see a company so eager when money is involved but completely unresponsive when it comes to accountability.
Good customer service doesn't stop once the payment is processed. It includes standing by your work and making sure customers are satisfied. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who expects reliability, professionalism, or basic customer care.
Please see how my birthday cake was a complete waste for $135 I expected detail and sharpness not a cake made with play dough
