Cala en Turqueta

Such a stunning beach. I’ve seen a lot of reviews talking about a 15 to 20 minute walk from the parking lot, but I felt like it was more around 5 to 10 minutes. Not bad at all. If you’re driving in August, be sure to get there by 7:30 AM or else you will not get parking!

Gorgeous beach. You need to get there early (no later than 10h00, end of May... maybe earlier in peak season). 10min walk from the car park. Bring cash if you want to enjoy the fresh fruit/cold beer they sell at the beach, around 12h00 and 15h00. The bar/toilet is next to the car park.

One of most beautiful beach in Menorca with a clear water. There is a car parking with a small bar / toilette and then you need to walk around 15min to reach the beach. Highly recommended!

On the road from Ciutadella (RC-2), you’ll see roadside display boards showing parking availability for Cala Turqueta before you actually get there. If all parking areas are marked as full, you can head to Avinguda de Josep Mascaró Pasarius, 5 in Ciutadella, where you’ll find both parking and a bus stop. The bus (euros 10.30 per couple per way) will take you to the main parking area for Cala Turqueta, from which it’s about a 15-minute walk to the beach. It was busy but people do come and go. Red flag: some boats keep dropping off large groups of visitors, so it can get crowded and not ideal for relaxing (forget about napping) compared to other calas. Green flag: it has the best sand I’ve seen on the island (that might gives it a five stars).

Perfectly named - turquoise beach. The pictures speak for itself. Absolutely stunning clear water. It was very straight forward to book the bus. I took the bus traveling to a few beaches during my stay and was very impressed by the management of the bus network. It is on-time, clean and reliable!

This is a beautiful beach with stunning clear waters . However , I’m asking myself if it was worth the hassle . Glad to get it ticked off the list but even at 9am the car park was heaving and places on the beach were limited The water is amazing and good for kids The car park was well managed and I had a good coffee at the kiosk there I can’t really complain about all the people here as I’m one of them . Make sure you get there early and if the sign from the main road says full - don’t chance it !!

We sailed into this beach today(5/8/24), and it's was awesome. I wish we were staying as I would come back daily. The water was nice and warm and clear. You can jump off the rock for some extra fun. I didn't!

Most famous and visited beaches with turquoise water and white sand. Arrival by bus from which the walk needed around 15-20min to reach the beach from the parking station. Walk is a straight way surrounded by pine trees, which provided some shade. The beach is already very crowded at noon with people and boats vs the cove is not very big. Pictures were taken when the least people were on the beach. But it's quite crowded all day.
