"With its 26 suites, private beach, and two waterfront bars, Calabash Cove offers a boutique hotel alternative to the typical all-inclusive experience. Set a stone’s throw from the turquoise waves of Bonaire Bay, the sprawling, Balinese-inspired Water’s Edge cottages are the ones to book thanks to private plunge pools, outdoor rain showers, and patio hammocks positioned to highlight superb sunsets. The resort’s remote location ensures tranquility, as does the spa, which offers in-room treatments using ingredients sourced from St. Lucia's floral and culinary bounty. That abundance is also on display in the Windsong restaurant, where local dishes get an elegant twist (octopus tempura, smoked coconut crème brûlée) in a terrace dining room with the ultimate ocean backdrop. Follow your meal with a brief walk down Calabash Cove’s small boardwalk and stop to spot shooting stars in the dark skies above."

We stayed for 6 days. The property, amenities and staff are all wonderful. We booked a seaside dinner for 2 and it was one of the best meals and nicest experiences of our lives. We also booked massages at the gazebo and they were amazing. The pool overlooks the ocean and is delightful. The private beach is also lovely. ||If you want disco lights, loud music and crowds, this may not be your place. If you want a superb resort experience in a small, exquisite resort with a lovely staff, come and stay. We will go again. I bet you will want to return as well.

The resort is beautiful. The waterside cottage with pool was the perfect escape. We really enjoyed the small size of the resort, always having a beach chair or restaurant table available to us when we desired. The staff were very kind and generous, getting to know the guests. The guests were mainly couples, quiet and respectful. Not a party bunch like larger all inclusive resorts can be. The resort was very clean including restaurant, rooms, beach and gardens. The drive from the main airport to the hotel is harrowing and I would highly recommend booking a driver through the concierge. We drove up to the resort ourselves via rental car but requested a patient driver for the way back to the airport. We hope to come back again, it’s worth the long flight to enjoy this quiet piece of paradise.

We had a great stay for our honeymoon! The resort is quiet, not over crowded and feels secluded. Our cottage was perfect and the food was great. Service was outstanding. All staff were polite and proud to work there. This includes the spa! Everyone wanted us to relax and enjoy ourselves. It was a great stay.

We had the most wonderful honeymoon at Calabash Cove. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. As a smaller resort, it was great to get to know the staff serving you at each meal and bar. They made us feel so special that it was our honeymoon. The front desk set up transportation, excursions, and gave great advice of things to do in St. Lucia. The resort is a beautifully maintained property and has exceptionally clean rooms. As a smaller hotel, we did not have to wait for service which made the stay even more relaxing. It is a quiet environment with breathtaking views and great dinner entertainment. It is a great place for couples or a couples trip as the environment is geared towards relaxation. The spa was exceptional and free amenities were widely available for use. There were always pool or beach chairs available. Calabash Cove was easy to get to as well as to get to other attractions on the island. We would absolutely recommend a stay for a relaxing get away and would love to go back!

The location is perfect it’s right near a lot of things but it’s still calm peaceful and quiet definitely a romantic getaway! The ocean is beautiful the hotel goes above and beyond expectation! The swim up pool bar was our favorite our whole stay same with the spa! The staff is truly amazing and the best part I was so amazed with how helpful and kind everyone is! We are personally coming back here because it was such a dream come true!!! Also I can’t forget the chef is amazing you can tell he loves his job and truly tries to accommodate!

Excellent stay. Wonderful place with attentive and friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Adults only resort do no noisy rambunctious kids to disturb the peace. We stayed in a cottage which had own pool and very private. 40 steps to private beach with cabanas and comfy loungers, linens and towels changed frequently. Recommend the island fruits body scrub in the spa. Great breakfasts and dinners although we explored the fine dining of the area on several nights and ate some incredible food in unique locations. Romantic and intimate resort not too big like some others. Very traditional West Indies design and decor with fabulous well kept grounds full of colorful tropical flora and foliage. . |Fabulous holiday we would come again. Highly recommend Calabash Cove if you don’t have kids to entertain and seeking a restful getaway at a slower pace.

This was the most beautiful and relaxing resort. We couldn't have had a more fabulous experience. The room, the pool, the beach, the views, the food, the excursions, and especially the staff at the resort, were nothing short of amazing. We loved having use of the onsite paddle boards. Special thank you to Kevin, Donna, Chanel, Cristian, Daniel, Joshua and most of all Juaquim. Juaquim was a phenomenal person and a huge help to us during the entire trip. Outside of the resort, the offshore fishing and the bamboo river tour were excellent. The chef even prepared our catch with his recommendation, and everything was delicious. It could not have been a better vacation.

We spent five wonderful days at Calabash Cove in November and can't recommend it highly enough. Our cottage was lovely and the whole resort has a relaxed, intimate feel that you only get with a family-owned place.|The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay - the kind of service that feels warm rather than formal. We swam in the sea every day (the water was perfect) and the pool was blissfully quiet. The gym was pretty well equipped and we used it everyday. Food was very good throughout - we didn't have a single disappointing meal - and plenty of specials each day meant we never got bored with the menu.|We did have a booking mix-up before we arrived, but Konrard, the owner, personally got involved and sorted everything out. It's rare to have that kind of direct contact with an owner, and he clearly cares deeply about getting things right for his guests.|If you're after a proper Caribbean getaway without the crowds and with people who genuinely want you to relax and have a good time, this is a great choice.
