Calaloo Beach, FishBar & Grill

The food was great after eating at the resort for days and not being satisfied with the food this was a much needed meal. It was flavorful and if I could have gotten one to go I would have but I was limited on time. The staff was kind and friendly it’s not an air condition establishment it’s opened so you can enjoy the view

A great little spot for a cold drink and really good food. The Red Snapper was delicious, prices are reasonable for an island, and the service is friendly and prompt. A great view of the ocean and a distant view of Panama City add to the experience.

Great shrimp 🌮! Different Dutch flavor? Peanut sauce i think. We had 3 meals there. Small spot with nice views. Cold beer and decent margaritas.

Waited for an hour for our food, ordered the fish tacos because other people had positive reviews about the fish tacos. Went to check on our food, and the waiter told us they were out of tortillas, and so couldn’t make our tacos. Why didn’t they tell us sooner?? They told us our fried whole fish and ceviche were ready - like we wanted to eat hour old fried fish and ceviche. we already drank our drinks (which were overpriced - $6 for a lukewarm iceless iced latte) so we paid for those and left. Ended up eating lunch at a stall in the beach instead.

Fantastic Place. Great food. Great ambiance. The whole snapper was fantastic!

If you order fish tacos, make sure you ask if they have tortillas first. We waited an hour before we asked where are tacos are, and then found out no tacos at all! Definitely don't eat here if you're in a hurry to get back to the ferry.

So far so good! Had the garlic butter fish fillet with slaw. Cozy place and there's even some tables down on the boardwalk. The bartender had some very cool beats playing in the background. Nothing loud just nice rhythm. Reminded me of that old group "everything but the girl"

Calaloo is an awesome place to chill, grab a bite and a drink. I highly recommend their fish and chips, the portion is generous and delish. Their cocktails are really good and the ambience is great for friends and families.
