I stayed at Hotel Calatrava very last minute and it turned out to be such a lovely surprise. The team was genuinely kind and attentive throughout my stay which made everything feel effortless. The room was beautifully designed and comfortable and I loved the private spa which was perfect to unwind after exploring Palma. Breakfast and evening drinks on the rooftop terrace are an absolute highlight with stunning views over the Bay of Palma. I would happily return and can highly recommend this hotel.

Where do I begin — the IT Family truly sets the standard. After a few nights at Hotel Valldemossa, we booked this property to experience another expression of their design and hospitality. It did not disappoint. The aesthetic is stunning, the spaces beautifully considered, and the staff absolutely exceptional. A true testament to their service: we accidentally left our passports in the safe, and the GM personally arranged for a taxi to deliver them to the airport — an extraordinary gesture of care. This is hospitality at the highest level. We can’t wait to stay at more of the IT Family’s hotels — they’ve won us over completely.

Had a fantastic time at the Calatrava Mediterranean Sea House terrace with a few friends over drinks. The views over the sea are absolutely stunning — perfect for a relaxed evening. The vibe was laid-back but elegant, and the cocktails were top-notch. A special shoutout to Monika at reception, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She gave us great recommendations for places to visit around Palma, which really made our trip even better. Would definitely come back!

We had a really lovely stay with an excellent service. The reception staff (Monika and Teresa) were attentive, eager and helpful (calling taxis, making restaurant reservations, etc.)|The view from the roof top terrace is spectacular. The breakfast served there is truly something special.|The room and bathroom were very clean, spacious, and very well air-conditioned.

We discovered this place as we walked around. We were a group of 10 persons.They took us in immediately and we sat on the rooftop with amazing view on Palma bay and the surrounding mountains. The staff where helpful, smiling and professional. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed an unforgettable sunset in Mallorca . Thank you Caltarava Hotel.

My wife & I were so impressed with the entire staff. The views & food quality at the Sea Bar were exceptional, the private spa room was a great perk we took advantage of. The location close to the cathedral & the sea was ideal. The front desk was very helpful with arranging transportation, reservations, ideas & recommendations. Wonderful place to stay if you like the boutique hotel experience.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Calatrava. The location is just a short walk into Palma Old town and minutes from the cathedral. Immaculate rooms, beautiful roof top bar and the staff were amazing.||I highly recommend this fabulous hotel.

I spent a few days at the hotel to disconnect and I could not make a better decision. All the staff is super attentive and make you feel at home, the room is fine but the best is the terrace overlooking the sea. Thank you Inese and Paula for your kindness and closeness.
