Had a fantastic time at the Calatrava Mediterranean Sea House terrace with a few friends over drinks. The views over the sea are absolutely stunning — perfect for a relaxed evening. The vibe was laid-back but elegant, and the cocktails were top-notch. A special shoutout to Monika at reception, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She gave us great recommendations for places to visit around Palma, which really made our trip even better. Would definitely come back!

We were not staying at the hotel, but still had the pleasure of experiencing its hospitality. From the very first moment, Tereza at the reception was incredibly kind and welcoming. She personally guided us to the terrace, which offers a truly stunning view – the kind of panorama you can enjoy for hours.||Once seated, we ordered drinks and were impressed not only by their quality but also by the atmosphere: elegant and luxurious, yet at the same time relaxed and comfortable. It felt like the perfect balance.||Even though our visit was short and not as overnight guests, we left with a lasting impression. Thank you, Calatrava, and thank you, Tereza, for making our evening so memorable. We will definitely return – and next time, hopefully as guests of the hotel itself.

My wife & I were so impressed with the entire staff. The views & food quality at the Sea Bar were exceptional, the private spa room was a great perk we took advantage of. The location close to the cathedral & the sea was ideal. The front desk was very helpful with arranging transportation, reservations, ideas & recommendations. Wonderful place to stay if you like the boutique hotel experience.

We had a really lovely stay with an excellent service. The reception staff (Monika and Teresa) were attentive, eager and helpful (calling taxis, making restaurant reservations, etc.)|The view from the roof top terrace is spectacular. The breakfast served there is truly something special.|The room and bathroom were very clean, spacious, and very well air-conditioned.

This is truly a five star hotel. Staff went above and beyond even before I checked in. Had an emergency and they made sure everything was taken care of even before my credit card was swiped. Room was very clean, spacious and peaceful bed was extremely comfy Rooftop terrace had some of the best eggs Benedict I have ever experienced Views overlooking the Mediterranean were priceless Excellent location

I stayed for 5 nights and had a truly comfortable experience. The location is excellent, close enough to the city center but far enough to avoid the rush. Easy access to main roads made it perfect for day trips. The room was exceptionally well maintained, honestly, even better than in the photos. Breakfast was great, with a variety of options despite the space being small. The rooftop was a lovely bonus, it never got crowded, making it a perfect spot to unwind.

Hidden pearl in premium location in Palma - close to everything, but also quiet and relaxed situated more or less side by side with the cathedral. Extremely friendly & helpful staff, stylish (design) interior, beautiful (spacious) rooms with all (and more) you need and a excellent rooftop bar/restaurant with a fantastic sea/Harbour view. Stunning art everywhere. We‘ll definitely be back again when we do our next Palma excursion - can’t imagine any better and more beautiful place to stay.

We were staying in Palma last three days and we were walking around the old town. We have round this hidden chem. Calatrava roof top terrace. Because we were staying at the other place and we were exhausted, Teresa the lady at the front desk, organised the taxi for us. We asked her for more roof tops like this and she gave us really good recommendations. If we come back to Mallorca, we will definitely come back to see this wonderful views.
