Calatrava Mediterranean Sea House

We recently stayed at Calatrava Mediterranean Sea House in Palma, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The service was impeccable, and the staff were so warm and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the beautifully designed rooms to the delicious breakfast, truly exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated how accommodating and friendly everyone was, which made our stay even more memorable. This was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had, and we can’t wait to return. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and personal experience in Palma! Thank you again for making our stay so special!

An absolutely beautiful hotel with every detail thoughtfully designed. The rooftop bar offers stunning views and is perfect even on windy days. The staff is exceptional—professional, friendly, and attentive. Without us mentioning my wife’s birthday, they noticed from the check-in and made it unforgettable with a surprise cake, candle, and handwritten card. Apologies for not remembering the names, but special thanks to the ginger-haired lady and the gentleman who checked us in on Dec 8th—both were extremely nice and professional. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel! Large and comfortable room with beautiful sea views. Reception staff are outstanding! It's a small hotel so they get to know their guests well - it created a real feeling of being cared about. I am now missing not having someone welcome me with a friendly smile when I enter a building! Most efficient housekeeping I have had - no waiting and wondering if they will come to clean the room - it's done almost the minute you leave. Love the turn down service and wondering what the nightly sweet treat will be. Highly recommend.

Such a wonderful and romantic boutique hotel. The room was stunning, the view from the roof was beautiful and the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. It’s in a good location especially if you want to drive to the different beaches on the island each day. We parked in the public parking garage outside of the cathedral which was a 5 minute walk from the hotel and easy to zip off from. It was very quiet and the breakfast was delightful. I would definitely come back!

The fantastic team at Hotel Calatrava ensured we had a wonderful stay in Palma. This small boutique hotel was the perfect choice for us (great location, excellent food and ambience) but our overall experience was made by the staff. From the wonderful front of house team (led by Theresa who was superb), the housekeeping team who kept our room spotless and the Roof Terrace team who provided fabulous hospitality - we cannot recommend this jewel of a hotel highly enough.

After staying for three nights in Hotel Valdemossa we continued our stay in this hotel. Both hotels have a high standard and really nice personell. This hotel has also a nice architecture and the sea wiew from our room was astonishing. Marvellous breakfast at the roof top restaurant.

My wife and I had a fantastic few nights stay. The location is great in that it is out of the way just enough to be quiet, but still in the heart of the city. Exactly what we wanted for a romantic few days in Palma. The staff was 10/10, the room was 10/10, and that breakfast on the roof -- AMAZING!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were welcoming and professional. The food was absolutely delicious. Our room was spacious and beautiful and our balcony view of the sea was stunning.
