Absolutely exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel completely at home — the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming, attentive, or professional. The entire experience was flawless. The facilities were outstanding, every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort and luxury. Dining was on another level — truly unforgettable meals that made every evening special. We genuinely had the most amazing stay and can’t wait to return. A 5-star experience in every sense.

From the moment we arrived, Calcot Spa delivered on every level of luxury, comfort, and countryside charm. Tucked away in the beautiful Cotswolds, the setting is like something from a storybook—lush greenery, stunning architecture draped in ivy, and the kind of peace you only get when you’re truly away from it all. Our room was gorgeous—elegantly decorated with rustic touches and the most comfortable bed, perfect for sinking into after a day of spa and walks. The attention to detail throughout the property was so thoughtful, from cozy slippers to soft lighting and charming decor. A real highlight was the outdoor jacuzzi, which we were so excited to enjoy. Although our soak was cut short due to an unexpected thunderstorm (safety first, of course!), it was still a memorable experience relaxing in the warm bubbles with views of the gardens. For lunch, we dined at The Hive, and it was fantastic. The lobster roll was honestly one of the best I’ve had—fresh, flavourful, and perfectly balanced. A huge thank you to Max, our waiter, who was a wonderful host. I asked for his recommendation, and he was absolutely spot on. One of our favourite parts of the trip was exploring the vast grounds surrounding the hotel. Calcot provided everything we needed, from umbrellas to wellies, making the walks even more enjoyable despite the unpredictable weather. The trails and gardens were so peaceful and beautifully maintained. Every aspect of our stay felt warm, welcoming, and indulgent. Calcot Spa is the perfect escape whether you’re looking to relax, explore nature, or simply be looked after by a team who truly understands hospitality. We can’t wait to return!

We booked some private dining for a 60th birthday and stayed overnight on the 19th July. it was great, food was delicious, the space we reserved was just right, service was as usual excellent. its difficult to fault Calcot Manor. The overnight stay with the use of all the spa facilities and outdoor pool on a hot evening just finished off a fantastic day. Calcot is quality, the finer touches really make a difference over similar locations. they even give you a little travel pack on departure, water, sweets for the journey. brilliant.

We have visited Colcot Manor many times for drinks, dinner or lunch over the years. As we live locally we popped in for a drink on the way home yesterday and didn't get the usual warm reception at the bar. We ordered drinks to take outside and were asked if we were staying at the hotel and/or club members, we were then asked if we minded paying for our drinks before they were served to us in the garden, which is very unusual in all the hotels we have stayed at or visted around the planet. The drinks were great and we enjoyed the garden on one of the hottest days of this year.

Attended here for an afternoon tea. The setting is lovely, they are very dog friendly, which is a must for me. We walked around the estate before heading in for our afternoon tea. The area is kept clean and tidy. The staff were welcoming and attentive. The afternoon tea (we had a veggie option) was delicious, and was well presented. I love they are working to bring the eco system to life on their estate, bee hives, encouraging wildlife ect. It's a really lovely peaceful place. I would love to attend their spa too, and have a meal here. I shall be back. I would highly recommend. No room stars as we didn't stay, so I cannot comment on their accommodation.

I have just stayed at Calcot and enjoyed a winter bubbles package, I thought I should write a review by way of a thank you but I see that many others are of the same view... It's amazing there. They have literally thought of everything you could possibly need and the staff were all genuinely lovely. The cream tea was beautiful, the breakfast abundant and fresh and gorgeous. The spa was great but it was a bit busy in the hot tub on occasion however it was worth the wait. Our room was so clean and the teas/coffees/ snacks provided in the room made it as comfortable as home. I really enjoyed the book selection in the room thank you. I think the kindness of the staff and the attention to detail were the two top points, well done Calcot. I'm planning my next trip...:)

We had a wonderful stay at Calcot Manor, the hotel, grounds and spa facilities are perfect. Surrounded by their rewilding project, hospitality also clearly comes naturally with beautiful touches around the hotel. Dinner and Breakfast was yummy, and everyone was so welcoming, special shout out to David for the tour! We hope to come back in the near future.

Me and my husband stayed one night here; and what an experience we had! Everything was exceptional! The staff were so friendly and helpful, special shout out to Sarah, a casual waitress in the restaurant/bar, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and her passion was so warming! She really looked after us! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted us when walking by! |The food was on another level! So so fresh, local and tasty! |The hotel itself was so clean and beautifully decorated, it really felt like a home away from home!|The spa was also so lovely! The outside jacuzzi in particular was incredible, and again the staff and treatments were amazing!|Can’t wait to come back again, and even bring our little one too!! Thank you for an amazing stay, it was just what we needed!
