We spent 4 nights at the brilliant Hotel Caleta (family of 3 with an 8-year-old son). We had an outstanding service. Jordi was really kind, Joss extremely helpful with recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, Fulgen provided us with English tea bags of her own and they were very kind to our son who adored this place and didn't even want to leave. The hotel is simple but very well-equipped. We had a triple room with balcony with a peek of sea view and it was lovely to have my coffee there. Breakfast was substantial and tasty, especially cheese cake ( don't miss it!) It is 2 minutes from the beach right on a road pedestrians only, full of shops and restaurants. Although the place is quite noisy due to night life, I would strongly recommend it to anyone because of the outstand service and the location. Loved it so much! ❤️🤩😘🥰

I spent one night at this hotel. Overall, it’s a good choice if you want to stay close to the beach—especially if, like me, you’re only there for a short time. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for more than a weekend. Pros: Excellent location, just 2 minutes from the beach. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They offer luggage storage (though it’s in a damp cellar—fine for a few hours) and a shower you can use before leaving. Cons: It’s a very old building, so you're mainly paying for the location. It feels more like a hostel with private bathrooms. They could invest more in the facilities, but everything was clean—so let’s call it a “half con.” The photos don’t match the actual rooms. We booked thinking we’d get a balcony, but didn’t. Apparently, that comes at an extra cost… which was disappointing. One heads-up: By law, hotels are not allowed to scan or photocopy IDs, but they did. I personally didn’t mind, but it’s something you’re allowed to refuse.

Good little place, very clean and tidy. Good shower and soft towels. Aircon very effective and nice balconies and terraces for some rooms.

😊: Close to the front. 😢: When booking in the gent on reception came across quite rude and my room smelt very foisty. Hairs in the bed and when room was ‘cleaned’ could smell that it was with a dirty mop.

😊: Very good location, kind staff. 😢: A bit noisy, but not from the streets rather the guest's at night - too thin walls.

Beyond friendly staff. Lovely service and maximally friendly and approachable! Great value for the price! Interior is a bit old (probably renovated in 90s or early 00s) but it's very well maintained and very clean! Perfect location - very close to the beach, great supermarket and plethora of restaurants and shops. Close to all the activities (bars, clubs etc) but not in the middle of it so it'd be a bit more quiet! The only downside is that walls are a bit thin so you'd hear very loud neighbors.

Just returned from a week's holiday at this hotel. Having already read the many excellent reviews before my three friends an I arrived I felt confident of a good stay and wasn't disappointed. The staff were all so nice and extremely helpful. I was dubious after the first night as I was woken several times by noisy passer bys at all hours of the night but this was a one off and I slept well the rest of the week. Rooms spotless and cleaned professionally every day . Will be returning to visit Caleta next year. Thank you all once again. Martin.

This hotel is great value for money and was nice and clean in the room, albeit small. The issue was a combination of thin walls, broken shutters and all manner of people screeching and screaming outside the corridors and on the road outside. I was woken up in the night at least 3 times and found it so hard to get back to sleep due to the noise. My partner went down to reception at 12am to ask for ear plugs, which they don’t sell (I recommend this hotel stocks up on those). There was a loud, unidentified banging coming from the room next door which sounded like someone hitting the walls with a wooden pole. I would not stay here again unless the hotel was empty or all the people in it learnt how to respect other people.
