Le Calette Hotel Review | Hotels Above Par

"A seasonal (June–September), low-key beach club offering a more relaxed alternative to the high-energy clubs of Capri or the Amalfi Coast, with cantilevered decks lined with sun beds and umbrellas, sea access from private platforms and an open-air restaurant serving Sicilian bistro fare. Guests can rent paddle boards and snorkeling gear or seek out quieter coves for a more secluded swim."

Perfect spot to spend the day in Cefalu - the lounge beds are comfortable, the food/drinks/service are great, and the cove offers a nice spot to swim. Good to book in advance online (it filled up by 11am on a Monday). Note: you can see a small harbor from most of the loungers, but the rest of the view is pristine.

Well worth spending a day here when in Cefalu. The service was very friendly - 5 star. Elegant yet very relaxed. The beds are extremely comfortable. Views are just incredible.

Great day at the club on the loungers. The set up is ideal. Feels quiet even though it’s pretty much full in terms of lounger bookings. Toilets are spotless. Views are incredible.Service is top level. Drinks are very good. Food is decent. Probably slightly overpriced for the standard of food but tasty.

Very disappointing experience. The price is €60 per person, which is extremely high for what you get. The loungers are dirty, old, and worn out, and towels are not even included in the price. The sea is dirty because it’s right next to the port. The water often has oil and fuel residues from boats, making it unpleasant and not suitable for swimming. Overall, it’s not worth the money at all. I would not recommend this place.

Amazing beach club a short walk from the Old Town of Cefalu. Came here for my 30th and it was the perfect, relaxing day. Staff were so helpful and welcoming. The food at lunch was delicious, slightly higher priced than average but well worth it. Access down to the sea was a highlight, with amazing views from the beds. Would definitely recommend renting the paddle boards for €10 and exploring the little cove just around the corner!

Nice view. Mediocre food and even lower hospitality. Man at the front desk could clearly ascertain there was availability with the very empty seaside cabanas three hours prior to closing albeit made zero effort to extend an offer to host us.

If you like a high-end Beach Club with Amalfi/Sardegna high society flair - you‘re in the right spot - calm and quiet on in the rocks of Cefalu‘s Luna bay. Perfect to escape the busy City only 1km from downtown. Pricy but worth every 💵. Excellent beautiful Restaurants 🤩

We enjoyed our day at the Reef Club - it wasn’t too busy during our day here in May which meant without a booking we were able to get a lounger easily. The best spots are reserved for hotel guests - which is fair. €50 for a lounger (for two) + €20 for an additional person is reasonable. Similar to the best spots being reserved for hotel guests we felt the service for us non guests were lacking - we weren’t offered water or drinks or asked if we wanted food the entire day, which you would expect paying €70 for a spot in the sun. We ate at the restaurant for lunch which was decent, salads were ok. Nothing special but would eat there again. Facilities are nice and new, showers and bathrooms are clean. Swimming is a bit hit or miss, it was quite windy and the conditions were rough when we were there which meant it was basically impossible to swim, there are also lots of rocks under the water which are easy to kick or easily hit. Overall, we enjoyed our day.
