We stayed at the main house this past week with family who had never been to the Moab area. We had such a wonderful time in your home. You couldn’t ask for a better location while staying in Moab and visiting the spectacular sites in in the state national parks. I would recommend your home to anyone.

We had a week with 8 friends staying at the Main House with another couple in the Cottage. The Main House was very clean and beautiful with plenty of space for everyone. There are so many places to sit outside after long hiking days and the big table under the pergola was gorgeous for evening grilling. The gardens were so lovely. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable although some of the pillows were very worn out. Some of the beds were very high and short people wished for a stepstool. The beautiful kitchen was well stocked and great for home meals since eating in town was $$$. We had some trouble learning the induction stovetop and the oven controls (wished there were some written directions). Note to future guests: squat down to see the small indicator on the oven control dials! Town was just a stroll away which was wonderful. Becky was accommodating and communication great. We loved our stay!

We stayed in the diminutive Garden Cottage. One word, Charming! A small but comfortable place for my husband, me and our small pup. All we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful courtyard and spa everyday. The spa was very clean and very hot. Just how we like it! The bed is not super big, but extremely comfortable with luxury bedding. Great restaurants a few blocks away. The perfect end to days of hiking. We had a wonderful time!

This is a great retreat in Moab; far enough (2 "long" blocks) away from the main street that it is quiet, but close enough that you can easily walk downtown or to the local co-op for shopping. The house is clean and well-appointed. I appreciated having a washer and dryer on hand! The house itself is broken up into 3 units, with a central courtyard that is absolutely welcoming and charming. I loved my stay, and I have not a single negative thing to say about the place! Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in Moab even though it was first a short two nights . Its a great little town with lots to do . Take a hells revenge tour and the canyonlands day and night dinner and boat ride up the Colorado river . Our stay in the cottage was just perfect . It was close to town and still quiet . The bed was perfect and the place was welcoming and very clean . Hope you choose the cottage ! Book it now

What we liked: Location, hot tub, courtyard, robes, provided Perrier and chips. |Wisteria Cottage has so many issues, that people need to be aware what they are booking. What we did NOT like: 1) Upon arrival we found that our towels were not folded, but in a pile on a table in the bathroom which led us to question if they were clean. 2) Long black hairs in the bathtub. 3) Garbage on the night stand table. 4) Only two paper coffee cups in the room, even though we were booked for three nights. 5) No stir sticks or spoons in which to stir in the creamer, sugar, or hot chocolate. 6) The Keurig was broken (replaced the second day upon our request.) 7) We asked for more towels, the morning of the second day, they did not bring any. We asked for towels again on the third day, but never received them. One hour before check out the onsite manager apologized for not getting us towels and offered them to us as we were packing the car. 8) We were told there were bikes that we could use, but both bikes had flat tires and rusted chains making them inoperable. 9) Lack of accountability- we called the number provided to let them know about the broken Keurig and need for towels. We were given a different number to send a text message to about the issues. When they only replaced the Keurig, we texted them again about not getting any towels and they texted us back saying we should text the original number. There were two different people involved and neither one wanted to take responsibility to address our concerns. We would never consider renting from this Moab Nightly Rentals again.

We stayed for three nights in early May 2023 in the Willow Cottage. The garden was beautifully green and full of blossom, an oasis of calm with birdsong and pond. We really enjoyed our time in Moab, the most bustling place we had experienced around the National Parks in Utah. A definite contrast between the buzz and traffic of Main St and the quiet and more leafy neighbourhood of the cottage. The kettle was great, while a couple of mugs would be handy (UK tea drinkers), along with some basic cutlery to avoid the throw away plastic, where possible. We appreciated having bikes available for exploring locally and altogether, we had a very pleasant stay indeed.

My husband and I were on a 2 week vacation and we stayed at the Wisteria Cottage for 3 nights. It was so nice to have such a wonderful place to stay in Moab. We could walk to Dinner every night. Close to walk to the store also. Very relaxing stay after being gone all day visiting the National Parks and to come back to peace and quiet. Loved the garden area and especially the porch swing on this cottage!

Yelp
Re: "Wisteria Cottage" from Becky at MOSB$#%@. The cottage it is not. It is a 10x12 foot room. Not even a studio. Add a big bed, cheesy closet sticking out into the space, 2 end tables, suitcase stand, small refer, overstuffed chair and a table. Can't even walk past each other w/o turning sideways or sitting on bed. Trash Dumpsters (big 4x8 metal ones) at junk store right next door 30 feet away are dumped at 5AM by big trucks with the bright spinning light bars blazing. Crazy loud lots of banging. This stupidity lasts 5-10 minutes. All going on only 30 feet from room -you will not sleep thru it. Happened twice in three days. We left early. Becky would not refund last nite. The only reason to rent this room would be if you were chasing the "Spend the Most/Get the Least" prize with the additional bonus of a bad experience - it's a winner.
