Cali Resort & Spa by Louis Hotels

If you're looking for a relaxing, adult only hotel where the food is delicious, the cocktails amazing and the staff are incredible then I highly recommend this place. We were here on an all inclusive package at the beginning of November and the weather was a nice 25 degrees. The beach is about a ten minute walk away. They don't blast music from the speakers around by the pool during the day. It is really chilled out. There is different entertainment about 4 nights a week and the rest of the time you are left to your own devices which is a good balance. Very good quality entertainment and quite mellow - a couple of singers, a piano player, a violinist etc. We paid to upgrade to a sea view which I would 100% recommend because you can then watch the entertainers from your balcony. Every single member of staff is incredible and always paying attention. A special mention to Seeta who needs a pay rise or bonus or something because she was so attentive and knew what we were drinking better than we did!. The cocktails are so delicious and made with branded spirits. Highly recommended if relaxing is your thing. Not recommended if you're rowdy or looking for a party. Will be visiting more of the Louis hotel chain.

The Cali Resort & Spa in Cyprus offers a pleasant stay with a well-maintained hotel area and a varied, good-quality buffet. The grounds are beautifully designed, creating a relaxed atmosphere throughout the resort. Only the fitness studio feels somewhat basic and could use a bit more modern equipment to match the overall standard of the hotel. The Cali Spa, on the other hand, is a real highlight. The facilities are clean and calming, and the team is professional and welcoming. I especially recommend a treatment with Taxia – her 70-minute massage was both intensive and deeply relaxing, leaving the body noticeably lighter and tension-free. A great experience and the perfect way to finish the stay.

The hotel is beautifully appointed especially in the public areas. The rooms had everything in you would need. Bathrooms quite small but very clean with toiletries and vanity items. The balcony is also small but had a table and chairs. The buffet food was average, it’s the same old with cooking things ahead and keeping it warm but had a large selection at all meal times. The pool restaurant for lunch was tasty, freshly cooked food with great selection of cocktails, smoothies and other thirst quenchers. The Japanese meal which was in the pool restaurant on an evening was also very nice. Freshly cooked and quite delicious. The pool area was spotlessly clean with comfy loungers, life guard, lounger service. The staff are really helpful and friendly. We had a late flight so we stayed around the pool after we had checked out and was provided with a curtesy room to get showered and changed in before we left. As we were all inclusive we were advised we could still eat and drink despite officially checking out. It’s also close to the other bars and restaurants in Coral Bay, just a few minutes walk.

We spent 10 nights at this beautiful hotel and we can’t fault it. The all inclusive was superb, with a wide choice of drinks and the bar staff will make you pretty much anything you want. The food was great, especially the Japanese restaurant. The hotel staff work all around the clock and every part of the hotel was clean and smelt like a spa! It was our first time in Cyprus and we feel lucky to have chosen such a fantastic hotel. Thank you Cali Resort, we will be sure to come back soon

I stayed at Cali Resort with my partner in August 2025 for three nights. The hotel is very clean, peaceful, quiet, and service-oriented. All the staff were exceptionally friendly, which made our stay much more enjoyable. The reception team was kind and always willing to assist - whether it was arranging a late check-out, booking a taxi to the airport, or providing restaurant recommendations in the area. The pool area is stunning and fun, although by 7 AM most of the loungers around the pool were already taken (it’s still easy to find another spot to sit). We booked the all-inclusive package and highly recommend it. The food in the main restaurant was decent, but we especially enjoyed the poolside restaurant, the cocktails, and one evening at the Japanese restaurant, which was truly delicious (reservation required). There are bars and restaurants around the hotel, but one evening we went out and were a bit disappointed - we were happier staying at the hotel. In the evenings, small shows take place near the pool, which add a nice touch. The main downside of the hotel is that it doesn’t feel like a true luxury resort, and this is noticeable in the facilities. It’s a relatively small hotel with just one outside pool, which appears more renovated in some areas than others. We booked a Superior Sea View room, which was a bit small. Overall, everything feels like great value for money.

AMAZING HOTEL. Staff - so lovely Food - tasty and good variety, sushi restaurant was absolutely incredible Location - right next to the beach, lots of shops & restaurants Hotel - rooms are spacious, the view from balcony is amazing. Elevator comes fast, shower is nice with no issues. Bed is super comfy Would 100% come back to this hotel. The gorgeous cats are clearly looked after here which is amazing. The staff are happy, friendly and very helpful. What a gorgeous place to stay and an amazing trip! ❤️

Stayed for 1 week , overall a Good option for a chilled holiday. Food options plenty for 1 week , staff super helpful every time we needed something. Pool and loungers plenty to go around and pool area is immaculate. Only criticism is the choice of drinks very limited compared to other Tui adults only Hotels we have stayed at and unfortunately the noise from the bar opposite can be heard depending on your room. Lots of cats about, however none bothered anyone and they were happy to just sit and keep out of the sun most of the day. Lots of bars within walking distance, gym plenty of kit and space.

This is hands down the best hotel I have stayed in EVER! You can tell the hotel is run by folks who take guest experience very seriously. From check-in to check-out, it was a 10/10 experience. The amenities and facilities are top-tier! The pools are beautiful! The poolside bar has excellent drinks! My flight was at 11pm, so I had booked a day of excursions after check out. They offered me a courtesy room to shower after getting back. The staff are super friendly, happy, and very quick to help!
