Definitely not Spanish. You can’t play Caribbean music in a supposedly Spain-themed restaurant. Not all Hispanic cultures are similar, let alone the same.
The food wasn’t bad, but the chuletitas de cordero didn’t look or taste Spanish at all. The pimientos del padrón were good. The portions of some dishes (gambas al ajillo, chuletitas…) were ridiculously small. I know they’re tapas, but in Spain, plates that size are free with your drink, or 2–5€ at most. The dishes meant for sharing that you actually pay for are much bigger.
Some items on the menu, like halloumi and quesadillas, have nothing to do with Spain.
And really, Spain has plenty of great music. Salsa and bachata are not connected to Spanish culture at all.
