First and foremost all I gotta say is WOW! Both of the wine tours that Jaime set up for our group were amazing! Had a little cave tour and then a gondola ride with amazingly delicious wine! The limousine van was super comfortable and clean. Our driver Kevin was awesome as well. He has a good aura to him, very inviting, welcoming, and overall looks very happy and that he loves what he does. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

I could not be more happy with the incredible experience California Wine Tours and Transportation provided for my wife and her friends. Kendric was amazing at helping me plan the perfect day for them. Detailed, thorough, responsive, and patient with all my questions. :) According to my wife, their driver Joe was phenomenal. 10/10 experience, the bus was so awesome! Our driver was Marcus F. He was early, got us to all of our venues on time, took pictures for us and made sure we had everything we needed. I have used CWT twice now. We had the limousine sprinter with 9 people from Benicia each time. Both of the drivers were excellent! They shared their knowledge of the areas we visited and provided us with wonderful professional service. They were on time and the vehicles were clean and stocked with water and champagne. I would not hesitate to use them again for wine tasting. It is a relaxing and safe choice!

I recently used California Wine Tours to plan and coordinate my bachelor party in Napa, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, Kendric and her team were incredibly organized, responsive, and thoughtful in curating our itinerary. She did an exceptional job arranging a perfect balance between boutique wineries and more iconic, well-known estates. The mix gave our group a true Napa experience intimate tastings alongside world-class vineyards. She also coordinated our lunches and ensured the timing flowed smoothly throughout the day, which is no small task with a group of eight on a celebratory weekend. Everything felt seamless. Even when our schedule got a little hectic, our driver Tommy was patient, professional, and accommodating, making sure we stayed on track while still enjoying ourselves. A few of our group favorites were ZD Wines, AXR, and Spring Mountain, but truly every stop was excellent and thoughtfully selected. Marcus, our driver, was professional, welcoming, friendly, helpful and quite the gentleman offering a hand as we stepped down from our coach. He also kept us safe while in the middle of the after work commute and had a steady foot to keep the ride as smooth as possible. I normally get car sick and I felt completely at ease. The guests were happy, comfortable and had a great time. The coach was clean, had power outlets and the Birthday Girl had music controls at her fingertips. Jamie with California Wine Tour helped plan our company holiday celebration perfectly! She gathered information about our preferences, goals, pricing and built us an engaging and fun day with our team. She helped coordinate all of the details including having someone pick up our pre-ordered lunch and have it ready for us upon arrival. Everyone we met, from the driver of our shuttle bus (Marcus) to the winery coordinators and serving staff at each winery were great. Highly recommend them for your special event.

We recently used CWT for a girls weekend in Sonoma/Napa. Jamie was so sweet to work with as we were in the planning process. She gave us ideas and offered to help support reservations as needed. Our driver Andy went above and beyond in everything he did. He was amazing and we wish we were out here on a more regular basis. One of the wineries we had scheduled a reservation at had some issues and needed to close early. We found out on our way to our second stop and before we even sat down, Andy texted us to let us know there were some additional options that he could book a reservation for us instead. He was so sweet, we loved our two days with him!

We used CWT for our 10 year anniversary trip wine is experience, and I have nothing but rave reviews to share. Jamie was the best! She took our input and planned out a fantastic day. Our driver Andy was unmatched. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and funny...he was great. Would highly recommend if you're overwhelmed with the wine opportunities in Napa as we were, these guys know their stuff and do it right!

California wine tour party bus was just what we needed for our 12 passenger bachelorette wine tour. Tommy was the best driver. He was polite, professional, and a real gentleman. He walked us into the vineyards, took pictures, opened champagne bottles, and was very kind and flexible. We had a great day and Tommy and the tour bus was fantastic.

We had a wonderful time on our wine tour. First Jonathan Calderon was great in helping me setup the wine tour transportation. He made a great suggestion for our party size. Second Jamie Brown helped setup the wine tour itself and made all of the direct resevation for the winery. She also suggested a great five course lunch paired with wine which was fantastic. Third and not least we were assigned Andy Henry as our chauffeur who safely got us to each of the wineries without any of us in my party worrying about driving us.

Kudos to California Wine tours! I can't applaud Jamie Brown enough. She put together the best wine tour ever. We had 27 people celebrating my birthday and our wine tour day couldn't be better . Jamie was so knowledgeable, patient, and eager to help us in many ways! We presented a challenge to her because we had a budget and a list of "can't miss" wineries. Well, she was able to stay within our budget and offer us two wonderful tasting experiences and a beautiful lunch in the middle of a vineyard. Napa wineries are not eager to take large groups, but Jamie created a miracle ! The itinerary was great, the vehicle fabulous with bench seating style, birthday decorations, and champagne toast. It was pure luxury! The driver, Ray, was awesome. He made our day so much fun. My family and friends are still talking about that day with Ray! We booked our second wine tour with California Wine Tours last week. As before, the experience was impeccable. Jamie Brown worked with us twice now, and she is really fantastic! She helped us pick amazing wineries in Sonoma, arranged a picnic lunch at a winery and provided us with a very knowledgeable and courteous driver to chauffeur us for the entire day! In my mind, this is the only way to experience wine country! We will book again, to be sure!!

We used California Wine Tours for my friend's bachelorette party weekend and could not have had a better experience. We had an executive sprinter van for the airport transfers to and from SFO and Napa and a limo sprinter van for one of our winery visit days. The vehicles were all very nice and clean and made for a very comfortable and enjoyable ride. Booking with the company was an easy experience, and everyone I worked with was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions. I was alerted via text and email when our ride was on the way to pick us up and when it had arrived. Tommy, our driver, was amazing as well. He was very kind and got us everywhere we needed to be safely. He loaded our luggage, helped us in and out of the bus in our heels, and was able to make a good recommendation for lunch on our winery tour day. I could not recommend CWT enough for any of your transportation needs! Well worth the services for a wonderful trip!

Tommy is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!! He is so thoughtful and went above and beyond for our reservation!!! Offered to take pics for us, offered some of his historical knowledge, took a few last minute detours per our request and all around really made our experience amazing! Let me say that each time I go to Napa, it will not be an option to not book with California Wine Tours. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Jamie, who plans your itinerary, genuinely cares about finding the perfect fit for you. She takes the time to ask what types of wine you prefer, the environment, etc. She gave great feedback on all of the wineries and provided great recommendations. She just asks all the appropriate questions overall to ensure that your experience is the best, and I can confirm that she fulfilled that for us. I went two separate times to Napa with a different girlfriend each time. Each friend enjoyed it just as much as I did. I had Thomas as my driver the first time, and when I booked the second time, I made sure that Thomas would be available to drive us again. He is so kind, personable, funny, and made sure that we got to each winery on time, had everything we needed. We really just felt like we were in good hands. I appreciated his patience as I know it can be challenging dealing with people drinking all day. He never made you feel like a burden and was very attentive. Pricing is reasonable to me. Jamie books your wineries for you, your tastings, and has your driver pick up food for you, if you're interested. Once you're picked up by your driver, the rest is guided and seamless. I looked forward to my next visit and my next wine tour with California Wine Tours. I have already recommended California Wine Tours to my friends. Thanks again for the great experience!

Took my mom to Napa for a surprise 60th birthday and I can't suggest this company enough! Brent was our airport and winery tour guide, he was more than amazing, so knowledgeable and engaging! We had booked a wedding shuttle for our guests from the Sheraton Petaluma to Viansa Sonoma with another company months ahead of time and realized 3 weeks before the wedding that we would need a second shuttle. Since our original transportation company didn't have any extra shuttles, we were searching for another shuttle bus on a tight timeline. The staff at California Wine Tours and Transportation were professional and quickly helped us find a solution. The driver showed up on time and was easy to communicate with when the bus was stuck in Friday afternoon/evening traffic. Bus was clean and appeared relatively new.

We used Cal Wine Tours for my sister's 30th birthday for a trip through Napa and Sonoma with 20 of her friends, and we could not be happier! This was a very large number to accommodate for, and CWT made it so seamless. Our driver, Count, was on time, polite, and got us to our destinations safely. Working with Richard to set up our tour was wonderful; he was prompt in his communication and made the process as easy as possible. He was super helpful when recommending places that would take our large group size, and suggesting where we should have lunch and dinner. I wish you could score a company 10/5. This company is fantastic. We had 3 drivers Mark, Andy & Brett- all wonderful. Each of them answered questions about Napa & the surrounding areas and offered us great local advice. They helped keep us on schedule while also ensuring we had so much fun. We always felt safe and comfortable riding with these guys. If we return, we will be calling California Wine Tours again. Worth every penny.

We had the BEST getaway and California Wine Tours made it so easy for us to enjoy without the worry of having to figure out where to go next. Ceaser was really amazing on our Wines Tour! This was the bus that picked us up from the ferry area and droped us off at the train station, picking us up again after another tour bus brought us back from Castello di Amorosa. Ceaser was funny, entertaining, and made us think about the area in a new way. He really made the ride fun and enjoyable, and our experience with him was much better than the driver from the winery. All in all great service, great driving and would definitely have enjoyed a full ride with him from SF had we not taken the ferry!

Let me just say I'm so thankful for California Wine Tours! You guys created and gave my girlfriend and I her brother and his girlfriend an experience of a lifetime. I had booked for 4 hours but ended up adding more time because of the time that we had. We were able to go to 4 amazing wineries and have lunch. This was my first time to Napa and it was a trip that I will remember forever. From providing a long list of recommended wineries, to calling in on the day to reserving spots for us and just going above and beyond. Thomas was a class act, he felt like family during our tour! We had a beautiful black on black Chevrolet LTZ Suburban, never once did we have to wait from going to each of our stops, like I said if your looking for a vip treatment and to have an experience that will last a lifetime and create memories this is the company to use for your Napa wine tour. We were going to go on a Hot Air Balloon and I'm so glad I went with this option instead.

Our driver Tommy was fabulous. He showed the perfect balance of courtesy and reserve by anticipating our needs but never being in the way or overly involved. The sprinter van was clean, stocked with everything we needed (champagne counts as a need) and comfortable. We felt completely at ease while on the road and got to every wine tasting on time. Tommy was also able to recommend a nice park where we could eat lunch, and drove us there between tastings. Truly an A+ experience.

These 3 really made our trip incredibly special. Having never visited Wine Country before and being from a different part of the country, we were hesitant to spend a significant amount on transportation services. I cannot emphasize enough how much CWT was worth every single penny! They are truly a gem. This trip was for our Covid-friendly wedding and honeymoon. California Wine Tours convinced me that I'll never drive myself (or have friends drive me) again in wine country. Our friendly and professional driver arrived on time, kept our wine cool (important in the summer), dropped us off right at the entrance to tasting rooms, followed my exact itinerary and rolled with the punches when we made slight changes. I'd happily choose California Wine Tours for another Sonoma County vineyard adventure.

I don't update reviews that frequently, but I've booked with CWT twice in the last two months, and it seems like if I'm so busy taking up their drivers, the least I can do is provide a review of their service! CWT is always professional and prompt, even when I'm most definitely not. Again, I found myself booking with no pickup location, just a dollar and a dream. They allow me to book a reservation, and then patiently wait for me to come up with a plan. Bruce is still the best driver, and graciously puts up with whomever is accompanying me, from my multiple personalities to my family. I recommend this company to anyone with working ears, or Internet, and I wouldn't dream of visiting wine country without contacting them first!

I planned a last-minute winetasting event and had the best experience ever. Jaime was super helpful in coordinating and keeping everything on track. Steve the driver, was hilarious and helped make sure our day went perfectly. I can't wait to use them again!
