Fantastic hotel in a perfect location. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful, and made both us and our little sausage dog feel genuinely welcome. The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. We had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. We’ll definitely be back!

We spent a night there for New Year’s Eve, and from the very first email during booking through to checkout, the team went above and beyond to make that night truly special. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and genuinely charming. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable, and despite being in a perfect central location, the room was impressively quiet. Thank you very much — we would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Budapest.

Beautiful hotel with unique styling, literally next to the Opera house. Very friendly and helpful staff, however, the rooms are starting to look a bit outdated (not talking about the fabulous design.) The breakfast selection was modest, but delicious.

Exceptionally stylish rooms, mine even had a small rooftop terrace with a view of the Opera, absolutely stunning. Very polite and helpful reception staff. A beautiful restaurant where breakfast is served. It would have been perfect if not for the rather unpleasant fact that I never got back an item I left in the room, which I came back for the next day. Yes, it was of course my oversight to leave a t-shirt hanging in the closet, but I don’t buy the response that “the cleaning staff didn’t find anything.” It’s impossible not to notice clothing hanging in a wardrobe. I believe it should be standard that guests’ belongings are secured and that the staff know how to handle such situations.

One of the best hotels I’ve been in, I had a suite but what was a bit off was that the restaurant isn’t working for daily service, they only use it for the breakfast, I would’ve loved to have dinner very close to where I slept in some evenings not having to find a different place to eat. Other than that all amazing 🤍

The information about this hotel,is fake! It is not a hotel at all but a room found up some stairs through a «reception» The room is worn, grotty and like a 2star hotel at the most. They show beautiful pictures of a restaurant and bar, but that is not the hotel itself but a restaurant you get breakfast in! You actually have to go outside on the pavement and pass a block and find the restaurant at the end of the block. They bost a 24 hour reception but it is up many floors! To get there you have to use a code, enter a horrible kind of entryway, get a horrible lift and find your room on a worn lino hallway. AVOID IT! It is next to fraud
