Beautiful hotel. Great experience. Central location. We had a loft room. I would highly recommend this. The rooms were beautiful, we loved having the upstairs balcony. Great location. Immaculately clean. Friendly staff.

Great location next to Opera House. Creative room design. We had a top floor room with its own private viewing deck. Very cool. As nice as the room was, the rest of the property was curiosity off -putting. An ugly and dirty reference, a confusing journey to find a 3rd floor reception area. A tiny, short l slow elevator (yes, I know I am in Europe!). We had a series of black-outs during the night. Very frustrating. TV on the bedroom has zero reception. No shower.

A wonderful stately hotel on the 3rd and 4th floor of a vintage building right next door to the Opera house. Our room had a great view of the Opera house. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The street of the hotel is like 5th avenue NY, full of fancy stores but is just a short walk away from the trendy bar area, in one direction, and the Danube river and parliament building, in the other direction.

Rooms are great. So spacious and has everything. Service was amazing, the front desk manned by this lady whose name I am blinking in - she was so kind and helpful and patient with on multiple occasions. Location is perfect, right on top of the Opera metro stop, also within walking distance of the riverside, cathedral and loads of shopping and restaurants. Compared to some of the other hotels, you may not get your grand foyer entrance but who cares, everything else is class and makes up for it. Don’t have a lot to compare the breakfast to but it was adequate, nothing fancy. I’d come back again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful stay in art deco surroundings, beautiful and perfect located close to the Dome and the Opera. Very clean, very friendly staff (Thank you Ildiko and colleauges) who are more than helpful in regard of tickets, advice etc. Lovely breakfast in the most charming art deco restaurant. We sure would like to visit again

This is a boutique hotel right across the street from the opera house. My room was very big, comfortable bed, and nicely appointed. Breakfast was just okay in the restaurant downstairs. No real lobby or bar, if that is something that you need--that was okay by me.

Lovely place, in the best district. Comfortable room and bed. Good breakfast. We appreciate the position.|Too bad about the common areas, which do not exist.|Breakfast is in a beautiful café room below, but you have to leave the building to reach it.|Not very pleasant.

Ok room. There was a bad smell in the bathroom on the first day I arrived. They could not get me another room as it was fully booked. But they managed to get a plumber on new years eve to fix the leaking bidet that was the cause of the smell. Overall great room, even had bluetooth music player. Really nice. But there is no lobby or extra services. So for me, paying 250 euros pr nigt is way to expensive for this kind of standard. The breakfast was mediocre at best, very little to choose from as a vegan. Friendly staff. Would probably come back if money was no issue. But I will probably never return as long as the prices are the same
