Prior to going to Callaways I asked quite a few people their thoughts because I had never been there. Almost everyone I talked to said... It's okay, middle of the road. Well, I thought the breadsticks were good. They did offer some oil type dip with the breadsticks. I had the spaghetti and meatballs. I think the meatballs were frozen and not made fresh. The sauce was really tomatoey tasting. I substituted for angel hair and thought the noodles were cooked really well. The plates had cheese all over the rims when they were served. I've never been a big fan of that. I know it sounds a little nitpicky but never been a big fan of putting stuff on the rim of plates. The person I was with got ravioli and I couldn't quite tell but it tasted like the sauce was different. If it was I had a quick taste of the sauce and thought the ravioli sauce if it was different seemed a little better. Maybe it was the same sauce, I'm not sure. I thought the service was really good as far as the attitude and pleasantness of the servers. When I walked in one thing I didn't really like was seeing the belly of the hostess and some of the waitresses were wearing tank tops. (Spend some money on these girls so they can wear Callaway branded uniforms or even t-shirts). In their defense it was pretty hot that night and I mean really hot but what I'm talking about has nothing to do with modesty so much as it is I love seeing everybody wearing the same type of shirt with the logo on it. I just love conformity in a restaurant setting and feeling like they're a team and it didn't totally feel that way when it came to uniforms. At the end of the day our server was the one that made the experience really great. She was on top of it. Kept the drinks filled. Got the order in fast. Our server was really great. In my opinion, if you change that sauce to something special you'll be selling out every night. I can tell there's good people there with good intentions, just need to tighten up a few things to take it from good to great!!!

We came here for our friends birthday. First off the bread sticks were so good and they give you so many. Our server was really nice and helpful. I ordered a side salad and the creamy chicken pesto. I did need to add quite a bit of salt to my pasta, but other than that the food was really good. My husband ordered the bbq chicken pizza. Really good portions. The carrot cake was so good we ordered another to go. It’s so moist and the frosting balances it perfectly. Highly recommend !!

The Santa Fe Alfredo and Bob's Pizza were so amazing! The pizza is my new favorite of all pizzas - I'm serious! It was so flavorful and the crust was perfect. Rebecca was our server and was friendly and did some nice little extra things to show us we were important. It was our first time, but we'll be back! Only thing we'll do differently next time is to ask to be sat somewhere warmer, even if we have to wait longer. The place we were taken to in the back was kinda chilly.

Callaways on Saturday evening was packed, a lot of families, couples and high school dance dates all dressed up. Even so, our family of four was seated within 5 minutes. Friendly server kept the breadsticks coming and our drinks full. Food wait was the longest time but understandable in the circumstances. Daughter loved the fried potstickers (but not the sauce), Son loved the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, and I absolutely loved the chicken Alfredo pizza (we ordered spinach Alfredo, which is normally our fave pizza here, but received the other and found it just as awesome!). Atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, especially in the back room booths.

Today we sat a 16 table top for a birthday of a family member. It was very clear that the server was unprepared and overwhelmed by the party size. Want to make this very clear, she did great. Tried her best and we didn’t mind the extra wait the negatives were that her POS manager did not step in to help AT ALL! all she did was bring the 21+ drinks and have an attitude when we stated we didn’t order something that was brought to us. The worst part was her fellow team members sitting behind a glass window (4 different girls) IN PLAIN SIGHT just sitting on their phone the WHOLE TIME! Did not step in to help their coworker at all! Completely flabbergasted by their audacity to sit and scroll and not help out at all! 3rd strike? We ordered a seafood sautee that came with a hair! Granted they took it back immediately it then took 20 more minutes for that dish to come out. The food was flavorless and the drinks were flat. Overall horrible experience at such a formerly great restaurant caused by incompetent management that does not deserve their position in leadership. 5 STARS FOR BERGEN KEEP YOUR HEAD UP.

Nice quiet locally owned and operated business. We miss Michelle but find Rachel to be a wonderful hostess/waitress. Food is cooked to order and always has been delicious and good quality. Very much enjoy eating here

Okay, take this review with a grain of salt as experience is really a matter of perspective. First of all, I went with my wife over valentine's weekend, and the restaurant required a reservation. However, it didn't seem that busy, and they had tables that were "reserved" without people at them for 30+ minutes. Seems like some lost revenue if you are going to let a table sit empty at a restaurant that long waiting for a reservation. The atmosphere was very welcoming, but it seemed like they were trying to be a fancier restaurant than they are. They do offer some breadsticks, that sadly are quite lacking in taste, and some oil and vinegar to dip them in. However, the mixture came in a little plastic condiment cup, and seemed very cheap. The service was lacking as well seeing as the entire 45 minutes spent at the establishment we saw our waitress maybe three times, and no, it wasn't busy at all. The highlight was definitely the food. We got the steak and potatoes with steamed broccoli. The broccoli didn't have any seasoning, however the steak and potatoes were phenomenal. The steak was perfectly cooked, very tender and generously seasoned. Overall, I would go back as the food was well worth it.

Always such a flipping good experience when we go here, the food is simply astounding. Be it pasta, pizza, salads- all of it is to die for. It’s actually in our top 5 favorite places to eat in Cache Valley. You might get a wait on a weekend/ date night, but the food is totally worth it. They don’t have the good small round ice, but they sell sasparilla so it evens out.
