Fantastic baby massage class! Anna is a great teacher and really makes you feel relaxed throughout. It is a no pressure environment and you are able to attend to baby’s needs throughout if they are becoming a little fussy. Hot drink and sweet treat is a lovely touch after the massage and a chance to chat with other mums rather than leaving straight away.

Anna’s classes are incredibly relaxing and calming, such a lovely start to the week. From start to finish I felt like I could completely switch off and use all of the time purely for me and my baby with no distractions! Anna is really knowledgeable and passionate about baby massage, it has been great to learn from her and use at home. Ending the class with a hot cuppa, cake and a chat is a real treat! I cannot recommend Calm Palms enough! Anna is so kind, knowledgeable and skilled at what she does, my baby and I have thoroughly enjoyed her infant massage course! I’ve learned a new skill which continues to support and strengthen the bond between my baby and I, and I’ve also met a lovely group of parents with babies of similar ages. The whole experience has been so positive and I found it so reassuring that Anna is a fully certified and accredited instructor. Totally recommend for any parents, thank you Anna!

I highly recommend doing this course. We really enjoyed learning the massage skills and meeting the other ladies and babies in the group. Anna created such a nice environment, which meant I looked forward to getting up on a Monday morning.

Such a lovely course! Anna made me feel so comfortable in a new space with a new group of people. Very friendly, always happy to help with anything even the baby. Very knowledgable in what she is teaching. The course was very well delivered, not too overwhelming! Provided lovely biscuits too haha! A course I’ve recommended to many friends I’ve met through other baby groups, and one I would rush back too.

I really enjoyed starting my week going to Anna’s baby massage class! She is very friendly and knowledgeable, and taught loads of different techniques to use on my daughter. I use these as part of my daughter’s routine now, which has made such a difference to her moods and is also great for parent/baby bonding! Would definitely recommend this course!
