I always loved the t-shirts here. I purchased a light purple and lightweight yellow t-shirts here and the fits are amazing. Lightweight and the fabric is soft. The service and staff were great! I will be back for more of these shirts.

Mr. Anthony assisted me with a wonderful attitude and personality. I felt welcomed, not pressured. I will be back. Thank you Anthony for a wonderful experience.

The customer service was amazing! At checkout, I already had a coupon, but the cashier asked if I was a CK member. When I gave her my email, she applied an additional 20% discount. Even when I quickly ran to grab something while there was a line behind me, she was incredibly patient and helpful. Great experience!

They have amazingly comfortable clothes, and always have a good discount. Also there is this really cool and helpful girl who is the assistant manager there. Overall everything is really nice there. They are always warm, yet professional. And I've always felt welcomed.

The manager (Anthony) I think that’s was his name, who also claimed to be the general manager and the district manager was soooooo rude and unprofessional. I later found out he wasn’t the general manager. I came back to the store because after I opened a box of underwear I purchased I noticed that 2 pair were missing. When i purchased them the box was opened and I asked the women at checkout could she make sure all pairs were in the box and barely opened them and said yes they all there. They let people literally fully open boxes and try them on and put them back and still sell them

I'm always surprised at the deals you can get at the Calvin Klein store. I've also had a pair of slacks for probably 5 years and they still look great. Their staff is very helpful to.

I've been here twice and both times got some amazing steals. First time I got boxes of 4 boxers for $8 each. I repeat $8 for 4 boxers. 2nd time I came there was a shelf with 80% off everything on that shelf. Staff was p nice too

I went in to make a return today and the staff was really really nice. She helped me and we actually had a great conversation! I appreciated her good customer service skills and her efficiency. Thank you guys!

Lot of great deals at the Calvin Klein store here st the Allen Premium Factory outlets stores. At present there are many deals with many items 40% off or more in time for the Christmas holidays shopping.

Forget about customer service? Visited store on a not so busy early weekday afternoon. Entered the store with 3 store associates within 10 ft of the entrance. Walked to the back section and saw a 2 other associates. NOT EVEN ONE store associate made any greeting.

I can't give enough praise to the employees. Everyone was very polite and attentive when I picked up dress shirts. The pricing was fantastic and there was a good selection. I'm sure to be a repeat customer.

Employees are usually very nice, polite and helpful. However, today I asked Madison for a size and she said they didn't have it. I believe she only said that so she wouldn't have to go to the back and get it. Also, she processed the first transaction and I asked her if she used the rewards, and she said no and got upset about how she had to cancel the transaction and redo it, so she rejected my coupon and she told me I can't use more than one coupon at once

Horrible customer service. The General manager, Jacklyn refused me the right to breastfeed my baby in the dressing room while my husband tried on his clothing because people have been having sex in their dressing rooms.

Associate's were unwilling or very and knowledgeable about their other stores I couldn't find what I wanted in bed store so they refer me to send san Marcos is the nearest store I can go to to do some exchanges very bad customer service

I don't usually shop in Calvin Klein bc I'm a plus sized girl, and to my knowledge, they don't cater to us. I was at the outlets today shopping with one of my homegirls who loves the store, and I was impressed with the customer service. A tall bald white guy who I think was the manager greeted us, and he was really friendly. My cell phone had given me the low battery warning not 10 mins before walking in the store, and who would have guessed that they have FREE CELL PHONE CHARGING LOCKERS BY THE REGISTER!!! It's the simple things in life people. I was like what!? Yes!!!! So while I browsed and she shopped, my cell was securely locked in the charging cubby. She was happy with her purchases, and I was happy with the customer service and the free celly juice :-)

I stopped in this location to purchase a Christmas gift. I was not greeted or even acknowledged upon entering the store. The entire store was a mess; clothes, trash, and tags all over the floor. When I needed help, I asked one of the associates in the store (who seemed to hate her life-her expression was grim, and her personal presentation seemed to have no effort at all) begrudgingly directed me towards what I was looking for. From a brand with such a long standing reputation I expect much, much more.

they have some nice work clothes here. i bought some work pants for $25 and the original price was $89. i'm trying to collect all the colors of the pants. i'm also trying to get all th colors of the underwear but they ran out of smalls. i grabbed the last small of the bikini underwear. all of the others were medium.
