It’s a pretty nice outdoor outlet mall with a good mix of stores to shop from, even though a few have moved out recently. The food court isn’t anything to get excited about, but luckily there are better spots to eat nearby like Finney’s and a couple of other restaurants. It’s a good place to walk around, especially on a nice day, and you can usually find some decent deals too.

Google
If you wanna go see fireworks 4 of July definitely go to Camary premium outlets. With no charge . You can just park at the parking lot and tune into the radio to listen to their show. This year was absolutely wonderful. We were able to enjoy from the comfort of our car fireworks.

It’s really hard to find parking on the weekends. They need more maps. This place is huge. And they keep adding on all the time. Bring water and sunscreen screen. Stay for the day. We had lunch at. Nice restaurant that serves Pancakes all day. We had a salad it was huge. We split it my grandson had a burger n Fries . Look so good !! Go during the week if you can. That’s what we did. Found lots of parking 😎😊👍

Google
Wow! What a terrific outlet mall and it's huge. Great stores including American Eagle outlet, Guess, Michael Khor, Banana Republic, Levi Strauss and so much more. A great please to walk and get your steps in while shopping for good deals and selection. The customer service is stellar and they have a food court and a few restaurants. Highly recommended

Plenty of shops to select. Camarillo Premium Outlets is a shopper's paradise with over 160 stores offering discounted prices on top brands. Its open-air layout, diverse dining options, and ample parking make it a convenient and enjoyable destination for bargain hunters.

Google
I had my Samsung phone charging jack replaced at an open air kiosk after looking up cell phone repair in google maps. Excellent work! After initial consult he gave me a price, ordered the part and called me when the part arrived. He took 30-40 minutes to repair while I waited, at a cost of $70. Very pleased!

Google
It is a really nice location. It was rather quiet on our visit. Many many brand stores around.

Yelp
Great selection here at reasonable prices. The service was good. We had no trouble asking for assistance finding sizes and making our way to the fitting rooms. We love the t-Shirts. Comfy cottons, different fits and sizes. Nice hats too.

Yelp
Place is awful! Bought some shoes for my neices birthday, they wouldn't do an exchange. They wer enot used, new, in box and with receipt. I feel the customer service in many of these stores is shotty. Its really hit or miss. There are some nice stores, but some are seriously lacking
google avatar

Yelp
The in person location is OK. Sometimes I miss some of the stores which came and went like the Gucci popup. I wish I had purchased more. Sometimes the selection is good here. My backup was online, but unfortunately, I will no longer purchase online from Premium Outlets. After multiple shipping errors where I received wrong Items, I have learned my lesson. They are extremely difficult to deal with after having shifted to an online email resolution center. I ordered some down comforters which were supposed to be 60% down and received comforters which are actually only 10% down. They were marked as final sale, but in order for me to actually accept it as final sale, send me the correct item!! Make it easy for me to get something returned when it's wrong!!

Yelp
I pretty much just drove thru here. I half intended to shop but I was forcing myself to even consider walking into any store here. PacSun and AE maybe? Do I really want to haul ace out of the car to get 15% off mall store clothes. I sound super entitled saying that but it's all generic stuff. This is just another outdoor mall to me except less so. I have the Grove/farmers market on Fairfax and 3rd granted so that is my frame of reference. But even the mall has some kinda character or like...people watching...something. Here there was I think a coffee shop and a Buffalo Wings/Fatburger whatever that spots called. Like I said I felt like I was forcing myself to I dunno. Donate to big business I guess? See what I mean. Oh well. Everyone else says four stars but I saw enough from the neverending parking lot. You guys enjoy yourselves I guess.

Yelp
Dirty, smelly, crowded. Would never come back here. No discount is worth this filth. We were just passing though, so it was not our destination.

Yelp
I love outlets I feel at times they have good selections but not good enough deals here. The service here is always exceptional though from my favorite stores: Nike, Gucci, and Adidas! The customer service is always A1 and have positive attitudes despite the crazy holiday traffic inside the stores. Though I got some Nike with good value! It could of been better deals! This outlet is not so much upscale but have a few designer options and now affordable shopping options! Which is always good! Overall, I always come here and recommend Camarillo! It's crazy during holiday season with crazy parking so come early if you can to beat the hassle!

Yelp
Great place to shop for name-brand bargains. All staff that work in the store or hospitality are nice and helpful. Ample parking. Most stores do not have lines to enter but some do like Gucci, Coach, and Versace. The lines move pretty fast so you are not waiting long. Note: parking can be tough when it's a holiday sale.

Yelp
I always have to make sure I'm well rested before I visit the Camarillo outlets. Lots of walking! The stores are spread out among a few different sections so you'll have to drive around a bit. Parking can be a little tough because it gets busy. I think the outlets are a great place to shop if you have something specific in mind you are looking for. I always score with shoes here! Lots of options for footwear. My most recent trip I was looking for a cocktail dress and totally struck out. The only place for more formal wear I would say is Saks off Fifth, but the selection wasn't great. Some of my favorite stores are the lucky brand outlet, Steve Madden outlet, old navy outlet and joes jeans outlet. Some of the stores don't have great sales at all, but other times you can really find a good deal! A lot of the stores will take returns as the regular retail store which is nice. I visited the pottery barn outlet for the first time and there was some really great stuff! You have to dig through some random merchandise and quantity of certain items can be scarce, but the quality of the items were still really great. There are bathrooms everywhere which is great. My one issue with the outlets is that the food court is a little sad. You'll have to keep driving around to find more food options. I also noticed that if you look online at the same retailers, they most likely will have the same sale items online. It's fun to make a day of shopping at the Camarillo outlets. There's a lot of ground to cover and lots of places to shop from more upscale stores to athletic brands, children's clothing and much more!

Yelp
Beautiful boutique with great selection and exceptional staff who are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I really enjoy my shopping experience every time. They all go out of their way to assist in every possible way. I wish every store could be like this. Thank you so much!!!

Yelp
This is the very first outlet that I visited. That time, prices are way affordable and so I had a blast. I visited recently and I wasn't impressed with the prices. It is almost the same or lower at regular stores. A couple of people I bumped into the stores are saying the same. My SO and I parked at the Main Court and walked the shops at the Fashion Court. Double purpose, getting our steps while entertaining ourselves with people watching and the like. Good thing they added more food places. The food court is small and not much choices. Restrooms are clean and stocked so far. Parking lot is plentiful.

Yelp
Camarillo Premium Outlets is one of the closest full scale Outlets from Downtown Los Angeles (approximately 55 miles away) and this outdoor mall in Ventura County has approximately 160 stores featuring high-end luxury and brand name apparel/accessories/jewelry/specialty items. [Parking]: Pretty easy & free parking. [Layout]: Unlike Citadel Outlets, I do like this Outlets a lot better as the layout felt more like 3 different GIANT strip malls with roofs. That means visitors can enjoy some shades vs Citadel Outlets operates more like an open-air mall with minimal roof covers. [Stores]: Camarillo Premium Outlets have 160+ stores vs 180+ stores at Desert Hills Premium Outlets vs 130+ stores at Citadel Outlets. The key difference is that visitors will not find certain ultra premium brands like Gucci (long waiting line) or Versace (no line) at Citadel Outlets. Another notable shop at this location is Saks OFF 5TH. [Other comments]: Visitors are here to shop so I wouldn't say food court is THAT important, but food court here is definitely much better than food court at Desert Hills Premium Outlets. However just don't expect amazing food options here. I definitely like this Outlets more than I should and expect 2+ hours just wandering around and seeing ALL shops. Desert Hills Premium Outlets have slightly more high-end luxury shops like Burberry, Celine, Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi, Prada, Valentino, etc., but I would still pick Camarillo Premium Outlets on easier & more scenic drive, better food court (or just drive to Thousand Oaks [15 miles away] for plenty of excellent food options), more roof covers, and better local weather.

Yelp
Ask for Alexis if you go to the Adidas store. She's 100%, deserves a promotion now. I'd raise her salary three-fold, and make her my VP of Sales. Also, Aldo, Converse and Skechers. We didn't have much time left by then. I only wanted one item from Adidas. Ended up with 4, from all the stores mentioned above. Top Marks, Camarillo Premium Outlet!

Yelp
I spent 4K steps today enjoying amazing service at Cole Haan, Johnny Was, Bally's, and Vince. Vince was fabulous even though I ended up not buying... the service was exemplary making the entire day about getting out and having a good time. Thank you for outstanding communication... also it helps to know you have excellent items both in form and function... the best white Ts ever!
google avatar

Yelp
My husband spoke with Alex over the phone. So we decided to drive over. He was so nice and friendly. He really went above and beyond to give us A+ service. He really explained to us all about Tumi. We will definitely be returning customers to Alex.

Yelp
Still depends regarding not as many benches as used to be. Mainly because of COVID/-19. Especially, when there kinda is a mother blocking the Levi's door while feeding her baby a bottle. It's an older baby for sure based on the size of it. That's still too young to feed itself as well. With including someone right across from her as well. That's with a baby stroller as well. When, her other child was by the window nearest to the door as well. In which they could have gone a little bit further outside for the actually better sitting area. This also includes when beyond all of both of parent/s with it/their baby/ies with holding/out wearing apparatus/es on itself/selves with it/their stroller/s. And/or actually camping/outdoor strollers as well. That's either hurts them/takes up space. At the same time whatsoever has also happened to their public charging stations as well. Come on it was horrible from the get go. Usually, here to just to browse more then anything else. Please, don't even get me started with what happened At Kate Spade with a power outage and emergency lights on for part of it as well. That's also includes inquiring about that in Chico's. Unfortunately that didn't go well because of my speech impairment being in the way of that. It's a major violation of my ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) under invisible ones and visible ones. I mean this is my first back in quite some time. Hardly come here anymore because of money, but still would come here more often. Since only on rely ride share since I don't drive. Including living close by, but it's not walkable at same time. During the week course and not on holiday/weekend of course. Is it just totally me that's actually fi/ounding others ones reviewing business as opposed to center. I mean with inside/customer service art/s of it and not nothing outside of it else of course. To me that's off putting and have already reported a fair share of the newest ones.

Yelp
Lots of great stores and plenty of parking. There are also plenty of snack places too for when you get hungry during the long shopping haul. Sign up for the VIP Rewsrds for discounts that you can use at specific stores. I got 20% off 1 item at Banana Republic Factory. I also got an additional $20 off my purchase at Karl Lagerfeld. Love all the stores... available for all price points from the every day wear (like Gap) to luxury brands (like Bally and Karl Lagerfeld). There are also some sit down restaurants if you'd rather have a nice dining experience.
google avatar

Erica G.

Yelp
I love shopping at the Camarillo Outlets! The shops I most frequent are Old Navy, Gap, Nike , Loft, Anne Taylor and now that there a Finney's, welp I'll be there! I would also like to check out LoRus! Also, there's Edward's Cinema smack in the middle of The Outlets! One could spend the whole day there. So much to see and do! I just like to walk around and window shop and buy a few items. Love hearing all the languages as I get excited by that. I was a Linguistics major and love languages! It's awesome that we get visitors from all over. Anywho, The Outlets offers tons of shopping options, food courts, playground for kids and there's lots of walking! It was really busy today, (Saturday) and I am sure it's due to it being President's Day weekend. I have no problem finding parking!
google avatar

Yelp
A hit or miss sometimes! At times I feel like the stores are selling outdated fashion trends or clothing that misses the mark. Other times, I find a nice style. But super big outlet area. Lots of stores to go to. It is separated into mini sections, so you might need to drive/walk to other side to get to the stores you want. My favorite stores here are: Nike, H&M, Cotton On. Good deals & affordable finds (:
google avatar

Virginia A.

Yelp
the closest premium outlets we have. its broken down into 3 parts which in my opinion interrupts the flow of continuous shopping. its very clean and well kept. parking can be a bit challenging if you park near inside the outlet stores. over all its always a nice trip there. wish the food court was more of a food court but there is plenty of street vendors with a variety of food.
google avatar

Roshy P.

Yelp
For quality, customer service, and prices, I definitely go with this outlet, rather than the Citadel which happens to be closer to me. For ease and comfort of navigation, I choose the Citadel. If you go during the week and early enough, you will find parking easily. It is clean and well-maintained; however, it is huge, so on a hot day, it is going to be tough to walk around. There are not enough benches around, and the food court is only average with limited options. Take water with you. The Citadel has been made with the customer's comfort in mind, so it is easier to navigate specially for seniors. Camarillo Outlets have great deals, but the buyers' comfort in navigating the place has not been a priority. Make sure you visit Ann Taylor, Hanes, and the Nike Store, if you go. They all have excellent customer service.
google avatar

Ayoosh K.

Yelp
I grew up being a fan of this outlet. Over the years I do feel the quality has declined. I think they could have done more to add stores that were more appealing. Doesn't mean Versace or Gucci. However, their Hugo Boss and Ted Baker stores haven't disappointed. Saks is always a steal.
google avatar

Elisa Y.

Yelp
This was the second time I came to this outlet. First time I came, I found some great deals. This time around, it was just okay. But I love the options and the stores they have. The only thing that gets a bit too much is that it's pretty divided into 3 different sections so if you want to go from Gap to Movado, you are looking at a huge walking distance.
google avatar

Jara S.

Yelp
I like that newer spots are opening up and it looks like they're trying to keep up with the trends. While the food court is still abysmal, I'm glad to see other food joints opening. Can't wait for Latitude to open up and see what a local chef can come up with! I try to avoid the outlets at all costs on weekends. Local tip, some stores have locals only discounts on certain days. Lorna Jane has 10% off on Wednesdays for locals. Also love that there's an Ulta here now so I don't have to schlep over to The Collection or up the grade for shampoo. lol There are high end stores slowly sprouting up. Prada, Marc Jacobs etc starting to have more selections like Cabazon. Oh and Pottery Barn outlet coming soon :) anyone else miss RH Outlet in here though?
google avatar

Reta B.

Yelp
Really nice outlet with a variety of options here. They have high end stores and regular stores as well. Its a really big outlet and very walkable. I have been here few times to shop and I have enjoyed it. I highly recommend it
google avatar

Daisy M.

Yelp
Camarillo Premium Outlets is probably my favorite outlet mall. It's clean and in a wonderful location. Camarillo is a quiet, safe place -- I jogged around here at night! It has all of the basic outlet stores + fast food restaurants for cheap eats. It's great!
google avatar

Hyd F.

Yelp
Nice shopping outlet with a lot of upscale stores. Plan on spending a few hours if you want to see it all!
google avatar

Te-see B.

Yelp
Deal or no deal...that is the question when you come here! Last week there were no deals people! Sorry but we were "sh_t" outta luck. Drove in the rain to get some deals on Uggs but they were wiped out!!! Kinda disappointed. But we made the best of it. We checked out a few more outlets then headed home. This outlet like most is "hit or miss." Probably wasn't smart going a few days after Christmas but we were tired of sitting around:) We did get lucky at the "aerie" outlet. Found a few great pairs of yoga pants, because I don't have enough already hanging in my closet...Ha! *Plenty of free parking *EV charging stations available near the Movie Theater and Forever 21 (which does not have discounted items). Sorry no pics of the outlet due to the rain:(

Yelp
GETTING HERE: The Camarillo Premium Outlets are located off the 101 Freeway in Camarillo. It is located on Ventura Blvd. which parallels the 101. There are 3 sections (parts) of the mall that are spread over a large area. If you are heading towards a certain store and can't find it, I would recommend contacting the store directly to confirm which section/part they are located in. (For example, there are 2 different Skechers locations.) REVIEW: This outlet mall is OK. My recommendation would be to plan to spend several hours here if you can, and park at one end and enjoy the walk (and enjoy the people watching, too!) I am not uber impressed with the restrooms or the small indoor food court, but it is what it is, and I hoped that I might have caught them in between cleanings. There are a few new stores opening up, which is encouraging for Camarillo. Personally, I am a fan of the Disney Store Outlet. :) Overall, I feel the outlets are a nice experience, but wouldn't recommend visiting here on the weekends or near a holiday. It's quite packed.
google avatar

Santa C.

Yelp
It's an outlet stores. All kinds of brands there. My favorite is Nike, adidas, Polo and coach. Weekends it's crowded, this outlet is much better than the one in LA.
google avatar

Shawna R.

Yelp
It was a Sunday afternoon as my sister and I headed to the outlets for some holiday shopping. We got there and it was packed, but we were able to find parking after circling a few times. We parked in two different lots but did end up walking from one area to another as it was just easier than hunting for parking, so I do recommended putting on your waking shoes for a busy weekend. We didn't have a set plan so we just walked around and went into any stores that caught our eye. For the most part ended up just window shopping as a lot of the places didn't have any "holiday sales/deals" which was unfortunate as that's the whole reason we drove all that way out there. I did happen to come home with a few goodies but not much. I remember when they used to have crazy deals and it was like an actual outlet. Most of these shops now are just selling you items at normal prices you'd find in their stores at the mall.

Yelp
I went to Versace a couple of weeks ago, and a blonde associate (didn't get her name) helped me find the perfect bag and wallet combo for my wife. I just want to give her a shoutout for her great attitude and energy, very charismatic. Even though I made her run back and forth with multiple combos, she wasn't mad or rude in her responses on any of my questions, unlike the darker gentleman who rang me up, so unfortunately, she wasn't able to ring me up, but she makes an amazing salesperson! Looking forward to more purchases with her soon. Thank you, miss!

Yelp
We here in the city of Camarillo California, are fortunate enough to have a Wonderful assortment of designer clothes labels and Outlet stores here in Camarillo. I do catch myself going often just to enjoy the atmosphere. I do take a lot of time to make sure that each picture is great and looks Rad. It's my opinion that if you do art with a Camera or a pencil it got too be Bodacious and Radical Thanks again Jessie Phillip Castillo III Bis Tech CFO

Yelp
I love coming here to shop. We drive from downtown LA to Camarillo just for the awesome prices and stores they have. All the stores are clean and well organized. They are always stocked and the employees are super nice and helpful. They have the best deals compared to malls and other outlets. I always do my Christmas shopping here and everyone loves their gifts! Parking is amazing! They have huge lots with plenty of parking. You always find parking unless you come really close to Christmas time then it's a hassle.
google avatar

Sam A.

Yelp
Two things. Next to the Starbucks in the mall is a single restroom for males and females. Unfortunately, my company has been staging a static car display here for the last three weeks and the bathroom lock continues not to function after repeated attempts with various employees to get it repaired. This shouldn't be happening. It's not Starbucks fault. Secondly at the same location. There's a four-way stop, but there only three stop signs posted and an empty pole on the fourth. Please repair this ASAP. Thank you.
google avatar

Rynn N.

Yelp
I loved this place as a kid. No idea how it is nowadays, but plan on going back soon.
google avatar

Lauren K.

Yelp
The Camarillo outlets are well worth a stop on your next visit to Cam. They have some great stores to browse for everyone in the family. The deals vary by store and season. They're open seven days a week. Hours have changed due to Covid, so see their website for stores and hours. There's also a food court and restaurants. I recommend Pick Up Stix, Ubatubai and Finney's. There's also a great Regal cinema for those who wish to catch a flick while others shop.
google avatar

Shelby J.

Yelp
Appears to be a really nice big outlet mall with some high-end stores. There are Also several restaurants on the premises, The grounds appeared to be clean. There was plenty of parking and two sides to the outlet mall. You actually cross over a street to get to the other side. I noticed also there was bathrooms located throughout the premises as well.
google avatar

Vivek D.

Yelp
The Camarillo Premium Outlets always end up being a stop whenever I've been out here to visit my cousin. It's simply a combination of the best deals I've seen (especially in the west coast) combined with the sheer number of factory outlet stores. Even in these inflationary times, you can easily find a steal. From Nike to Ted Baker to Lululemon, I was able to secure some great deals on my latest trip. It's also a great rainy day activity as the walking paths mostly shield you from the torrential rains.
google avatar

Sergio Z.

Yelp
Camarillo Premium Outlets is biggest with three big outlets, you can drive to each of the Outlets or you can walk. They are are so many stores like Nike,Under Armor,Marc Jacob, and many more.
google avatar

Lisa D.

Yelp
They have a large variety of stores and lots of luxury brands. The luxury stores are a bit smaller with not so much variety but I'm sure you can find something. They had a Versace store that was super small but had some good items. They have 2 different sections and ample parking. Definitely would come and check them out.
google avatar

James A.

Yelp
This Simon Properties Outlet Mall has more high end stores than other outlets in the area, so is usually a good stopping point for us as we head up to Central Cali. It seems to have 3 distinct areas, and the signage to each one could be clearer. The benefit is that if you are a local and want to stop quickly at a particular store, it's easy to do. But for a visitor who wants to spend 2 - 3 hours just wandering to browse and look for bargains, the layout is not ideal. We stopped by on a Friday afternoon, and it was unexpectedly busy (for a non-holiday weekend). That being said, there really wasn't much going on, and the sales we found were mediocre. The things we bought were the things that we could buy at most outlet malls.
google avatar

Marlee B.

Yelp
I had a good variety of stores at this outlet location. A good mixture of brand names to a few small businesses. You can find yourself at Gucci and then having a bite to eat across the way. Went on a Wednesday afternoon there was lots of parking and it wasn't too busy. Pretty standard place.
google avatar

Kevin B.

Yelp
My girl loves this place on our road trips to Santa Barbara. Stopped here couple weeks ago and shopped for summer gear and clothes. Place has good stores and places to eat. Long drive and nice short fun here. Plenty of affordable items and clothes to purchase. Starbucks, Zales, California Surf, many other stores. Coool place to come check out if in the area.
google avatar

Christina C.

Yelp
VISIT DURING COVID Best days of this outlet is gone. Many closed shops. Closed Versace and other brands that I came for. Gucci is very boring and have some very basic or weird models. Got here before it opened to find a parking. I remember coming here before pandemic and it was much more fun. Neiman Marcus inventory is very poor.

Mary M.

Yelp
They have a great variety of shops. Most of the people who work at the outlets and hardworking and welcoming. You can find some great deals on quality items. I have found handbags for 30- 50 percent cheaper than in the regular store. Athletic wear and shoes are also 30-50 percent cheaper here. Tax in Ventura county is cheaper than LA, so that is another great way to save.
google avatar

Steven W.

Yelp
Enjoyed the Camarillo outlets. It's relatively large and different sections within the outlets. They have your common stores like Michael Kors, Polo, Tory Burch, North Face, etc. The food court is kind of sad. When we went on Sunday, certain stores were closed due to Covid and short staff. Parking was easy to find with all the places to park outside.
google avatar

Paul S.

Yelp
For a premium outlet, they really don't have that much stores that's worthwhile. Wasted my time sitting in that traffic for no reason.

Frances A.

Yelp
This is a large outlet with many choice stores and it is surrounded by good eateries. Parking is ample and it's open 10-8 daily. Beware that some stores sell their products at retail prices rather than expected outlet prices.
google avatar

Hippy M.

Yelp
Great parking, safe location and well-kept. The facilities were reasonably well maintained, and we navigated the place easily. No complaints, except I was told that the men's restrooms weren't that clean. I'd like to see a few more cosmetic outlet stores.
