I came here, on the suggestion of my street art tour guide, after I expressed an interest in traditonal Cambodian dance. This company tours the countryside performing traditional music and dance, and this one of the few shows they do in Phnom Pehn. They explained each instrument- from Boars' horns to conches to bamboo flute (I was luckily enough to sit next to a Cambodian American who translated for me) and also played the traditional music while a cambodian singer performed. It was truely beautiful. What was most impressive though, was even with intense rain, the show continues. The audience got under cover and the performers put up umbrellas and kept going. Rockstars!
