We ware hiking in the area and came for the lunch. Got the best service and food. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Very nice craft beers. The pizzoccheri was just delicious. Loved it.

What a gem of a place - we often like to drive the Berninapass, and somehow we always end up doing it in the height of a whiteout. This wonderful respite offers a warm and friendly snug to travellers weary from the snow outside. Food is always lovely and there always seems to be someone interesting in there to talk with.

Only about the restaurant. Book in advance or put on high society clothes and speak Italien. Otherwise you get ignored and others coming later get to eat but we were overlooked. Unfriendly.

We had a great dinner at the restaurant of this place after a very long day hiking. The food was very good and the service was fast and really friendly. The terrace with the view to the glacier was all that we needed to finish a perfect day.

Went here to have a quick lunch while hiking in the region. Place was busy, but they served us relatively quickly. Food was better than expected - tasty and freshly made. We took ravioli with pesto sauce and pork snitzel. Both were better than the average swiss quality. It was possible to pay by card. Not the most charming restaurant, but fine for simple and quick lunch. Recommended.

Wonderful roadside cafe located on a beautiful road. Great place for soup and a cappuccino when it's chilly outside.
