Our hotel stay was comfortable and quiet. The room was odor-free, exceptionally clean, and safe. Check-in was satisfactory, although customer service at the front desk could be improved. Rooms are not automatically cleaned; we requested housekeeping on the third day, but our room was not attended to. We then requested fresh towels and were told to go downstairs to get new towels. They provided us with pool towels instead. It's worth noting that parking and breakfast is NOT free, it is additional costs. Parking fees were approximately $30 per day, and breakfast was $24.99 per adult per day. I had to ask for coffee daily, it wasn’t out and available. They just told me to go to the bar.

My husband and I visited Los Angeles last week and stayed a couple of nights in this hotel, overall we had a great experience. The front desk person who checked us in was wonderful, I believe his name is Chris, he was very friendly and helpful. We also had breakfast at the restaurant and the food was delicious and our server was very nice. The location is very convenient to get to LAX very quickly. The bedrooms were very clean and quiet. We will stay there again!

Just spent the night there before an early morning flight and had the best experience - the hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and spacious, and Andante at the front desk is amazing! He was kind and quick at helping us with an item we had left behind and needed to have delivered at the airport - stellar service. Will absolutely be back!

Do not stay here if you are not at the hotel at exactly 4 PM to check in. We got off our cruise ship and went to the hotel about 11 AM. Our hotel was already paid for through Hotels.com. We were told we could not check in until 4 PM or after. We ended up leaving seven of our luggage bags behind the front counter. We went and explored the town. When we got in at 2 AM, we found out that they gave our room away, because we did not check in in any timely manner. If you have my bags sitting directly behind your work chair, and you already have my paid room confirmation, then why would you give my room away. The lady at the desk did provide a Lyft to replace the shuttle service that we now lost, and they did put us in another hotel, however, the hotel was extremely dirty. I don’t want to say what hotel they put us in, because I feel bad that this hotel is now going to catch heat, and I am thankful that they were able to accommodate us, however, there was feces left over in the toilet, patches of dirt in the bathtub, and some type of smeared substance on the bathroom sink. We asked cambria for a refund, and they told us no because we should have checked in before 12 AM. Again, no one told us anything about a cut off to check in time. This was a very bad inconvenience.

We booked a room weeks ago to make our late night arrival from a cross country flight with 3 children easy. We knew we would be 3 hours ahead and have exhausted kids. The hotel had great reviews and we liked the idea of an airport shuttle. It took multiple calls to figure out getting a shuttle and then a 30 minute wait. THEN when we arrived at 10:20pm we were told they didn’t have a room ready and we’d have to wait. The hotel is overbooking and just looking to make more money when people don’t show up. So I’m sitting in the lobby with 1 child throwing up from exhaustion and have been waiting over 50 mins for a room. Staff has given us waters but bar and restaurant is closed and they wouldn’t even let us grab a sparkling water on the house. We don’t have a car or anywhere else to go and I am extremely annoyed at the lack professionalism here. I have never had this experience at a hotel! If we arrived at 3pm and had to wait I won’t mind but this is crazy. Hoping to be able to put my kids to bed at some point soon. I am very dissatisfied.

Service marked as 5 stars only because Google doesn’t allow 6. Absolutely wonderful experience. We got to the hotel at 5:00pm when I told them I expect to arrive at 3:00 (their stated check in time). I arrived and found out my room wasn’t ready. Rather than 2 queens, they moved me to a single king at my request so we could get to our room right away. They upgraded me to an amazing room (even if it was a single bed). As disappointing as it was to find out my room wasn’t available 2 hours past check in time, they went above and beyond to make it right. We were traveling with frozen breast milk and they accommodated us by allowing us to use their employee fridge/freezer. Again, above and beyond. I will update my review as required after using the shuttle service to/from the airport, but so far this place has been better than advertised in every way (expect no further news is good news) — I anticipate there will be zero complications as they have been so incredible since the moment we arrived. I will likely drive to LA again for a flight and if I do I’m excited to come back to this hotel. My only dismay is that they’ve set the bar so high it would be hard to top this experience. *I looked to book a stay and parking for the week online. Thankfully the website wasn’t working so I called to book. It was about $80 cheaper than the website stated. Book directly with the hotel!

I’ll start off by saying the service was AMAZING, from the front desk to the server at breakfast. On our trip we were mostly attended to by Andante, at the front desk, he was very friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to make our trip memorable by giving us so many recommendations, based on this alone I would recommend staying at this hotel. Beyond the service, the location was perfect, good food/drinks and clean.

We stayed here with our team for a Labor Day Weekend Tournament. This hotel was picked because it's location to the rink, the complimentary breakfast, free parking, it's pet friendly and the fitness room. The front desk staff were very welcoming, accommodating, patient and professional with our group: Chris, David, and Stephanie.||We had a few incidents at the restaurant with the restaurant manager, where she could have addressed the incidents a lot more professionally, friendlier and in a nicer tone. Perhaps she was having a bad day or something. After all, she is in the hospitality industry, and could have been more hospitable.||The room we had was standard (Two queen size beds). We found our bed comfortable. The only issue we had in our room is the bathroom. At times, it smelled of sewer and nothing that essential oils or Lysol couldn't fix. In addition, the shower aesthetically was a nice concept with the panel of glass and an opening to get in, and the shower faucet handle was ideally placed so that you didn't have to enter the shower and turn the water on from the end (underneath the shower head). The shower head was definitely at a height to allow for tall people to shower, sort of hard for a 5'5" person to reach and adjust. The challenge that we found is that we had to turn it towards the wall, in order to minimize the watering splashing and getting on the floor.||Overall, our stay was very good. There were plenty of places for the players to meet up and mingle. We utilized the front living space a lot. It was perfect with the high ceilings and ceiling to floor glass windows, a spacious sofa and plenty of seating, either on the sofa or the stools around the coffee tables or the bar height tables. People were able to work and/or socialize in this area. I'd stay here again!
