Great customer service, manager secured and paid for Lyft since free shutter service was not an option at the time I needed. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and nice amenities. Breakfast, pool and fire pit makes this a great budget friendly place to rest. Airport 20 minutes away, with complimentary shutter at 6am.

Favorite place to stay when it first open. Stayed there every year for a few years. With each passing year it’s just gone downhill. Downhill to the point our last stay in April 2025 was the last draw. Too many things to list on that trip. I’m easy to please and never complain but this stay was beyond unacceptable. Sad thing is they knew it and couldn’t have cared any less. Every time I came downstairs and passed the front desk some customer was being overly apologized to by a corporate representative who was there for some reason. Literally ever single time. It really stood out in the LAX area as a great place but now it’s just sub par like the rest in the area. The sign on the front door advising of a pending ownership change could explain a lot of things.

we had a wonderful time at this clean, quiet and friendly hotel. Food and hospitality, along with large rooms, were a pleasant surprise. this is a great value and staff are all really lovely.

Google
Our hotel stay was comfortable and quiet. The room was odor-free, exceptionally clean, and safe. Check-in was satisfactory, although customer service at the front desk could be improved. Rooms are not automatically cleaned; we requested housekeeping on the third day, but our room was not attended to. We then requested fresh towels and were told to go downstairs to get new towels. They provided us with pool towels instead. It's worth noting that parking and breakfast is NOT free, it is additional costs. Parking fees were approximately $30 per day, and breakfast was $24.99 per adult per day. I had to ask for coffee daily, it wasn’t out and available. They just told me to go to the bar.

I had a nice and comfortable king size bed with view of the pool. Buffet was very nice(breakfast all you can eat). Room’s clean and fresh. Staff pleasant and helpful. Will return

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. |This is Not a cheap hotel, the parking alone is $27 a night !!|50% (1 of 2) of the elevators is working, so it may be the world’s slowest elevator (always queue). |You have to Request room clanging - else they Don’t do anything, this is Not reading anywhere and they don’t tell you at check in !!|When we found out, we Requested clanging - but they still didn’t clear the room !!|In the 40 years I have stayed in hotels all over the world, I have never tried anything like this, for this price. |Stay away - find something else and get much better service for less money.

Google
This was one of the worst experiences I've had checking into a hotel. I arrived at 8:30 PM and was told that my room wasn't ready yet. I was left to wait until almost 10:00 PM for my room to be ready. As far as I could tell this was fairly standard. A colleague who arrived after me got a room, but the smell of smoke was so bad that they had to ask for another and they waited over an hour. My room was fine, though it smelled so much of air freshener that I had to open a window to air it out. Will definitely look for somewhere else next time I'm in the El Segundo area.

Very comfortable bed and spacious room! Nice hotel with good sized rooms and a small refrigerator in each room. It has a nice bar area with trivia going on the night we arrived.

Yelp
Our two night stay was great! Loved the Bluetooth mirror especially. Also loved the easy and fast check in/out. No complaints other than the free shuttle from the airport. The driver was super rude and impatient and yelled at me over the phone. Not sure if this was a 3rd party company, but just take an Uber or Lyft.
google avatar

Cory P.

Yelp
An hour to wait for the return shuttle is unacceptable. We will not use this hotel to Park, Stay and Fly again.
google avatar

Claudia S.

Yelp
Enjoyed the 2 day stay , staff was pleasant and helpful. My only complain is that I had to pay for parking! Things I loved: - location -mirrors with blue tooth -fireplace outside near pool -pool -pets allowed with deposit -breakfast options
google avatar

Yelp
Terrible hotel. They made us wait for 45 minutes at 10:30 pm saying that the room was not ready when we had booked in advance. I have never experienced a room not being ready especially when it was so much after the check in time of 3 pm. Also had to pay for parking which is not advertised. Also there is no reason to have a 200 dollar deposit charged to your credit card

Yelp
On April 10, 2025, myself and a party of five motorcyclist arrived at our hotel which we had prepaid six months in advance with our reservation number after having called on the same day to advise the hotel that we would be arriving at 8:30 PM and we're told that our reservation had been canceled or given to someone else because of an overbooking issue that they had. Worst service possible we were told that we were going to have our monies reimbursed as soon as possible up to 48 hours, we will see if that even happens in all my years of traveling never have I arrived at a hotel which I had a reservation number and a pre-payment for six months and then been told that we have to go elsewhereBuyer. Beware I wouldn't stay here.

Yelp
We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Cambria; November 29 - December 1. Celebrating our wedding anniversary. What brought us to the El Segundo area? Well, since the invitation for 2 from Pepperdine's Graziadio Business School Alumni Network my wife accepted, for a free night of 3 hours at Topgolf fell on the day after our anniversary. We decided to make the area a staycation. I initially booked a standard king room for 2 nights, but after entering the hotel lobby and receiving a warm greeting from font desk supervisor Monrea. Very personable. She asked if it was our first time At Cambria and what was the occasion? Which I gave the response of celebrating our wedding anniversary. I then took the spur of the moment opportunity to enquire about a free upgrade. But Monrea was quick to respond with "we're going to take care of you." "Ask and ye shall receive"! We parked our car and headed back inside toward the elevator, and our room; Monrea wishing my wife and I a "happy anniversary!" as we passed by her in the lobby. Room 512 on the 5th floor was our upper tier upgrade from a standard king to the 500 sq ft tower suite. That added a considerable amount of space, as well a microwave for us. But not what one would call luxurious. We were quite pleased though. Cambria has its pros and cons; clean spaces at only 5 years in existence, and very friendly staff all around, with excellent free Wi-Fi. And just blocks away from Topgolf are just a few of the pros. While some cons would be a bit noisy with thin walls and loud guests. As well as not providing free breakfast or free parking in a rather isolated spot surrounded by parking structures and a smelly refinery nearby; though odors were never an issue once you stepped inside. But overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Monrea Ellington!

Yelp
If you're stuck at LAX, this place is a great value on a newer property with nice amenities. Just make sure that your bathroom door actually closes before you start to unpack (see photo).

Yelp
Just came home from staying there. I am an attorney who will be needing a hotel once a month for several months due to case. I have tried 3 area hotels thus far and chose this one because of the "8+" rating. Not a bad hotel. Modern, clean and near LAX; however, I will not be returning. I found the staff to be rude, and short. This attitude presented itself from the moment we walked in at checkout. Then, asking for their suggestions for area restaurants, they could not be bothered and simply said "we don't know any". The only time I was greeted with a smile, was upon check-out. They are truly glad to see you leave.

Yelp
Found my new favorite hotel when in the LAX area. Had never heard of this hotel before. Purchase off Priceline for a great deal and very happy with the selection. Was able to check in early for $25 which I felt was reasonable. Check in was quick and easy and the front desk staff was friendly and professional. Room exceeded my expectations. The photos speak for themselves. Parking is $20/night. They have a good amount of EV charging stations. I will return for another stay when I am back in this area.

Yelp
Hotel was nice, no issues with that. Customer service on the other hand was nonexistent. I left an expensive ($250) electric toothbrush in a case in our room and wanted to see if they found it, and if so, if I could pay for shipping to have it shipped to me. I spent 2 days calling the hotel without getting through to anyone - the phone would just ring and eventually disconnect, not even go to voicemail. Finally on the 3rd day of calling someone picked up and after spending 15 min on hold they said they would need to check with housekeeping and get back to me. In the meantime I had also emailed them 3 times on different days to follow up on this, to avoid buying a new toothbrush in case they had found it. It's now been a week and unsurprisingly no call back and no email. I don't understand how in this day and age there can be zero customer service (unless you want to book a new reservation, then of course someone from the parent company answers and is happy to help).

Yelp
Be Aware. Arrived at the airport at 9:45pm called for a shuttle waited 45 minutes, gave up took a taxi to the hotel. The shuttle system is flawed and needs improvement. A tired traveler should not have to wait 45 minutes and then walk a half a mile to the taxi stand. Either provide a reliable shuttle or have people taxi to the hotel.

Yelp
The reason for earning two stars is the hotel lobby is nice, good bar and restaurant, nice gym and patio. The staff is very friendly. The reason for low rating is room cleanliness. The linens seamed clean but the rest of the room was not, it was obvious that the desk and countertops hadn't been wiped down in a few stays. They were filthy. A gentle brush of my hand over them cleaned crap off of it. There is parking on site which is nice, but it's $25 a night. It's a cheap decent spot to stay close to the airport. That's about it

Yelp
I stayed here the night before and after a trip departing from LAX and paid for a package that included the 2 nights, a bit over a week of parking, and shuttle to/from the airport that cost me over $600. When I arrived back at LAX from my trip in the early morning hours, Cambria's phone system was down and redirecting to their chain's national 800 number and the agents could not dispatch the lyft to shuttle me back and even their chain's agents couldn't reach their front desk. After waiting 40+ minutes in the early morning hours trying to get a hold of the right person to send a shuttle, I paid for my own lyft ($43). I asked for the hotel to reimburse my lyft expenses, since I prepaid for a package that included the return shuttle, and the assistant general manager Thomas Mader agreed, but gave me the runaround for several months and then just stopped replying to emails. Several months later I got ahold of someone else who was not able to reimburse my expense as was already agreed. I can't in good conscience recommend a hotel that doesn't deliver on accommodations you prepay for. Find somewhere else that takes their customer service seriously.

Shelby S.

Yelp
This hotel is so convenient for parking a car when flying out at LAX. They offer rides through Lyft to and from the airport as well. The rooms are really clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Their decor is fun with cute signs and pillows. They also have a restaurant available to eat at and a bar to order drinks from. It's a good choice!

Omar R.

Yelp
The first time staying here last year was great but just came back for the second time and we had to wait a hour in the lobby for them to finish the room and as soon as we entered the room you can see that it was not clean so i when back to the lobby and they told me that all the rooms have stains on the countertop and that it was normal so I wiped everything down and I can see it coming off

Yelp
We had a good stay here and the food in the bar (in lobby) was very good! I highly recommend the BBQ chicken flatbread!! Delicious! Wings were great too! The flight of fries was decent but not spectacular. We are repeat customers staying here and it is very comfortable. It is also dog friendly!
google avatar

Rey L.

Yelp
Very nice hotel. Clean and modern rooms with plenty of amenities. Parking is easy, albeit getting into the lot is challenging with all the construction around. Service could be a little friendlier and attentive upon guests entering. Lobby bar is open and serving so that's a plus. Price point was very competitive with the other airport locales, even if it's a good ways from LAX. There are nice fast food dining options (In N Out, Chipotle, El Pollo Loco etc) within walking distance as well as a grocery store. Overall, would stay again and I recommend.

Yelp
Have stayed at this location on three separate occasions. Location is good and front desk staff is attentive. There are a few minor issues I've dealt with staying here, cup marks on countertops, rust in showers, shower water dial getting stuck on cold, felt like it was going to break if I pushed harder. All those issues I had over looked, BUT the true constant disappointment was the afternoon weekend bartender. Every time I have stayed he has been rude, doesn't greet you, rolls his eyes and seems to be upset if you ask about anything related to his job such as beers on tap. We went down to get some food right before closing, hoping to get a last minute order in. The signs posted said they closed at 10pm, we arrived maybe 10 til and were told we could not make an order, although he was taking an order as we arrived to the bar. When this was brought up to him he rolled his eyes sighed then said he would see. He came back and angrily said he could take an order. At this point we were not interested in making an order. I later asked him if it was something I did for him to treat me poorly every visit, he put down a cup he was holding, walked up to the edge of the bar getting closer to me, with both arms to his sides and puffing his chest out and said if I had an issue I should've complained earlier. He kept repeating that over and over and raising his voice, I too then raised my voice, at this point the front desk night manager came over and said he would take my complaint in and annotate it. Worth noting that I went to the bar that morning just before closing and asked for a coffee because they were 2 minutes from closing, the young lady served me my coffee and told me that they were shutting down the restaurant but would gladly put in an order if needed. I told her she was kind to offer but was on my way out. Unfortunately Won't stay here again, location is good, front desk staff amazing! Just this rude man ruining three good trips.

Yelp
We checked out Monday from room 507 and had some issues. When we checked in, the room looked like it had been tidied up but we noticed there were crumbs on the couch and hairs on the bed still, so we requested new sheets and we got them promptly. Later in the evening we noticed there were insects crawling out of the corner of a hole in the shower, where there was missing grout (see video). Lastly, we saw the bathroom sink faucet was completely mobile - see video. Overall, the hotel looked nice and the housekeeping and front desk staff were courteous. However, for $200 for the one night we stayed, there were multiple problems that could have been easily taken care of prior to us checking in with better attention to detail. We told the front desk and were encouraged to send an email with the videos, we did on Monday and never heard back. Edit: Once I posted this on Google reviews the business owner did reply to apologize, however I never heard back from my email. It appears they only replied to "save face" online. Very low effort unfortunately.

Yelp
Do NOT stay here. I won't ever again. Over the last year, I've stayed in this hotel 2 - 3 times per month (not exaggerating), it used to be great. This last time, there was a broken elevator, and NO hot water. I let the front desk know after the first night, she let me know that engineering was "working on it", and asked what room I was in. Honestly, if they had a manager reach out to me and apologize, left a note on my hotel room door, offered to buy me a drink in their bar, A N Y T H I N G, I probably would have been fine. They did NONE of that. The next morning, same thing, cold water. I asked to talk to a manager and was told "he's busy." I travel a lot for business, and I don't need, or look for luxury. I want a clean comfortable bed, and a hot shower. If you're in the hotel business, and can't provide those two things ... get out of the business.

Yelp
Hotel has some gimmicky features like for example the bathroom mirror has built in Bluetooth speakers that can play music from your phone. Also the TV remote has a QWERTY keyboard on the back which you can use to type letters on the TV. Also internet TV is available! My only dislikes here is the $150 room deposit required at check in! Also No microwave in the rooms! The bed in the room was saggy and I got back pains after sleeping on it for a few hours. The bathroom sink had a crack and the table top next to the fridge had stains and was also chipped. The refrigerator was leaking and did Not chill my drinks. Finally the rooms are small! In my opinion this hotel is overpriced and Not good value for money!
google avatar

Sylvia S.

Yelp
It appears to be a decent establishment. A real no frills place to stay and pay. There is no daily housekeeping, in addition to the cost of daily stay, there's additional junk fees added to your bill and they are not responsible for indifferent behavior taking place in their parking lot, which you also pay for. Definitely not a place for young children. Not recommended what do ever.

Yelp
I've read good and Bad reviews of this Hotel, I wasn't going to book, but I'm glad I did... I love this hotel, It was clean and artsy, They have a Bar and Lounge Area near the front desk which was Beautiful, Also they have a Fireplace outside which was very Nice, And the kicker they have a Gym ‍ with Really Nice equipment,Staff was very Nice... Overall, I will be Staying here again.

Stacy S.

Yelp
We used this hotel for their park and fly option. It took us an hour to get a shuttle back to pick our car up and another 30 mins to get to the car. We will never use this feature again. After a long day of travel, the dispatcher was not friendly at all and made the stress of waiting even worse! The driver was apologetic and was stressed out as well.

Sunny D.

Yelp
ROACHES, ROACHES, poor customer service. This place is a roach den with dirty carpet, platform beds to injury your legs (design is not for hotels). Headboard is not attached to the wall, which makes bumping noises all night long. This place probably survives off Raytheon since they are across the street. If you advance pay, they will hold more money on the card than you paid for the hotel. Other place in the area, including their brand, will hold less. They guy overcharges and keeps a nasty place. Try the Hyatt Place down the street they will hold 50.00 dollars if you prepay. Booking here was by mistake back in 2017. The service was horrible, and we remembered they did not try to help with issues then. They offer nothing, not even a follow-up call. Again, he probably survives off aerospace discount offerings. This post will not come as a shock to these folks they know about this.

Yelp
Family visiting for 5 days booked via Expedia. The hotel is clean and staff very friendly. Checking in and out was easy. Hotel tucked in a quiet business area but still very close to the airport, freeways and many restaurants and shopping options. Onsite restaurant, bar, gym and many comfortable sitting/lounge areas. Restaurant made us lots of wonderful meals.

Yelp
We had stopped by to decorate a room for a birthday celebration. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful in assisting us with access to the room. We came into a dilemma and the maintenance man came to the rescue without wasting any time. The service by the hotel staff go above and beyond.
google avatar

Mike G.

Yelp
Great hotel! Very clean and quiet. I totally recommend this hotel. Room is designed to make you feel like home. Only down fall on this hotel is that they charge $18 per car to park and they have a shower that gets water all over the restroom floor due to the glass covering only half the shower. Overall I still thinks its a great hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
This is definitely the best hotel in El Segundo. As a very frequent business traveler to the area, I've tried them all and this one wins out by far. Don't be fooled by its no ambience location in the middle of a corp parking lot--once you step inside the Cambria you are transported to a pleasant, friendly and modern home away from home. Front desk gives excellent customer service, especially Monrea who always greets me with a warm smile, remembers my preferences & makes me feel very welcome. Lobby has high ceilings, eye-catching non-generic modern design, and inviting bar area. Food is actually pretty good at the bar, which serves a wide variety of SoCal faves until 930 pm. The pool and fire pits outside are nice too. Rooms are spacious, windows provide full blackout amenities for those of us who like to nap, and overall features & cleanliness are commendable compared to other local options.

Yelp
We decided on this hotel for a Park, Sleep, fly option. We were greeted right away and staff was friendly and professional. Our room smelled of urine and there was dust and hair on various places throughout the room. I did receive a text asking if I found the room clean and comfortable within 10 minutes of my arrival. I explained my honest opinion and received a text right away to contact the front desk. I phoned them and they first apologized and then asked if I wanted to change rooms. I did request a new room, which they were happy to oblige. Our next room was clean and dust free. They do provide Lyft to and from the airport, which is a plus. The whole experience was great and the staff was remarkable.

Yelp
Shout out to our Cambria Hotel Los Angeles LAX Airport for the quiet escape! I've never felt so safe and slept so soundly with my gals!Although...apparently I "snore"! ‍ We loved everything about this Hotel! The area was beautiful and you'll find great dining and shopping very close by and even better a gem that we found was Hermosa Beach! Hermosa Beach was a quick drive away and so much fun! We'll see you, next time Cambria LAX!

Yelp
Yikes. Can't say I'll ever stay here again. When we first arrived to the hotel we were given a room that had not been cleaned which left a bad taste in my mouth from the start. Luckily this was just an interim stay before flying out of LAX. For that reason it served its purpose of being a place to rest our head for a short time. The gym and bar is currently closed in an effort to remain COVID compliant. However the pool is open to hotel guests. The decor of the room was nice but the lighting was poor. I loved the bluetooth mirror in the bathroom but found that it refused to stay connected for a length of time. This hotel has a lot of potential and I would have loved to see it when it was fully staffed and open.
google avatar

Yelp
I would recommend staying at this hotel as it's conveniently located near LAX, but not too close. It's also close to the In-N-Out burger that isn't as crowded as the one closest to the airport. Double plus!!! With a very modern feel to the hotel, it was very clean and welcoming. I was very impressed with the hotel room itself. The mirror in the bathroom can connect to your phone for music via Bluetooth. I thought this was the coolest thing ever and of course I tested it out. It worked perfectly for showering and getting ready. Speaking of showering...the shower head was awesome! It had perfect flow. Everything was so clean. The bed was also very comfortable. I slept instantly! They offer breakfast buffet for $12.95 which includes beverages and coffee. You could choose between regular hot coffee, cold brew, and nitro brew. All you can drink! They had real bacon (not the flimsy kind), breakfast croissants, scrambled eggs, potatoes, fruits, cereal, and pastries. I highly recommend doing the buffet rather than ordering ala carte. So worth it! For about $150/night, I definitely would come back.

Yelp
I travel often to el segundo for business. I checked in around 8pm The young Hispanic lady at the front desk wasn't very pleasant for starters. I liked that they had a mandatory mask policy anywhere in the building. However, cleanliness is their strong suite. All I'm going to say is if you must travel. Thoroughly look At your rooms, bring cleaning products and your own pillows and blankets. The integrity of most housekeeping is completely out the window after this stay. I left a note for the next housekeeper, hopefully the room will be nice and clean for the next guest. P.S. take your own toiletries, they now use some weird pump system that is rusty and flat out disgusting. So happy I only booked for one night.

Laura E.

Yelp
My family and I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was very nice. The manager, however, needs to take lessons and how to treat paying customers. We had a roof leak at our home during the heavy rains. We picked this hotel to stay and needed to extend an extra three days which totaled 10 days. I walked in one day, and the manager said how my renovation was going I said great. We'll be out of here on time tomorrow. Instead of saying was great to have you. He said I'm glad because we weren't going to extend you anymore, why did he need to say that I was always thinking this place was great. He just put a damper on the whole thing. He saidIf I wanted an extended day hotel that I need to stay at the Renaissance extended stay down the street. I was leaving I don't know why he ever said this to me.

Yelp
This hotel has a lot to offer... but there are some things which could be improved upon. The ambience is on point. I was instantly impressed with the aesthetics of the room and lobby, which is partially why I booked in the first place. There's a quaint little fire place by the pool which is a nice spot to relax in the evenings. The rooms are spacious and clean, featuring modern decor and futuristic mirrors with built-in Bluetooth speakers. We found the service to be satisfactory and we really enjoyed the 24 hour fitness center. Now, for the downsides... we really felt that Cambria hotel didn't offer much in terms of refreshments and therefore may be losing out on opportunities for customer satisfaction. Especially in a posh hotel, it would be great to have a coffee bar downstairs for guest convenience. Also, "due to the pandemic", indoor dining wasn't allowed and that wasn't slightly irritating. The snack bar had ZERO healthy options, which is just plain unacceptable for any hotel in Los Angeles. Additionally, the shower design caused the floor to become soaked each time we took a shower. In our room (421), the sliding bathroom door would not stay closed, which meant there was no privacy whatsoever. Not the end of the world for us but needs to be fixed. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and the staff was accommodating. We would probably stay again, especially if upgrades were implemented within the food and beverage department.

Roviric R.

Yelp
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here in September. Hotel room was clean and modern. Receptionist front desk was very polite and helpful. It was very nice to come back to a peaceful area at the end of the day after touring LA. - May and Rovie

Yelp
Slow service. I joined happy hour ordered my drink before requesting my food and prior to ordering others drinks somehow everything was received before my drink. Room was disgusting.

Yelp
The bartenders real good if you know what I mean no better place to have a drink. The food is not bad in the wings are pretty good.

Yelp
The Cambria hotel LAX is not worth the amount of money charged to stay in the hotel. Cambria should pay customers to stay in the hotel. Some staff members were rude and out to lunch when it came to accommodating guest or conveying any professionalism. The Night Manager, Lamond closed out his cash drawer before the next person came on duty and customers had to wait 30-40 minutes to buy items from the hotel store. The lowest cost for any item was $3.50. He was very lazy and most of the staff acted as if we were doing them a favor being there. The towels were not very clean, and the pillows smelled like urine. Items in the hotel store were too expensive. The rooms had coffee machines but no condiments to go with the coffee or coffee cups for longer than a one night stay. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Yelp
Cambria Hotel & Suites is a very hipster spot to stay at. The decor and interiors are very streamlined, hip, and comfortable. There is a very nice flow from entrance to lobby/seating area, check-in, cocktail bar, dining area, to elevator hallway. The gymnasium and pool area is wonderful. Staff is very professional and approachable. Staff called us to make sure everything was to our liking. That was very nice! No other hotel I've stayed at has ever done that :-) Rooms have very comfortable bedding/linens, spacious. There is a $9.99 buffet breakfast fee that is truly GOOD! You get free WiFi and parking too! The fees to stay at hotel are very well priced. Not expensive:-) The location is excellent. It's VERY near to LAX, El Segundo eateries and shopping. Let's not forget so very close to Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach etc. These are other exceptional places to eat at and/or shop. Cambria Hotel & Suites is a new spot we will surely patronize again :-))

Yelp
Had another fantastic stay at the Cambria Hotel. I stayed in the tower suite and everything was great. Room was very clean, bed was very comfy. The property is nice and quiet. WiFi is fantastic and not an issue. There's plenty of it. Parking is $18 per night.

Yelp
Cambria is Cambr-easy! I stayed here on a business trip because it was close to LAX. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the rooms were clean and spacious. The rooms came with a tv and refrigerator. The shower and bathroom had new amenities and were spacious. There was parking on site. There was a breakfast menu with pancakes, eggs and yogurt parfaits as options. Conveniently located, it was just few minutes from the airport.

Yelp
I'm going to update this the next time I stay here. So yes I would stay here again. However that is only due to MaraisThat works the front desk at night, the cleaning manager I did not catch her name and the gentleman in the morning named Javier at the front desk. When I checked in the staff is fantastic has a great personality. The room would have been great but the sheets have not been changed I doubt that the tiles were and it just didn't seem to be as clean as it should have been so I went downstairs to get sheets and towels. The cleaning manager was bringing them out and was going to bring them up to me I happen to catch her. She wanted to see the room and offered to put me in another one I said it was fine she didn't have to Until she came up and then we noticed that the bathroom had a really disgusting And no other words bugger that was huge on the bathroom door and that grossed me out. Not just because of Covid but that's just disgusting.. So we tried another room and that one didn't seem to be as filthy but There was hair on the sheets and on and the pillow so at that point we were not risking it. She said she will take care of this because it's the same floor for the same cleaner so that's good to be able to track it. Hotels have no clue who it is so I don't think It ever gets fixed. I believe that this manager will actually take the time to get it handled. So we change the floors and they were able to get me into a much nicer and cleaner room. The best partIs that they come to my breakfast in the morning and I thought that was very nice of them they didn't have to do that as well as change the room to a nicer one. So the rest of this day was great being so oranges and even the lotion which is nice because usually it's hit or miss with the free product. So it's less that I needed to unpack. Just the whole experience could have been bad after the room situation but it wasn't it was fantastic! especially if you read my Hilton review from a few months ago in the same area they need to take notes on how to deal with customer service and cleaning the hotel. For the price it is very fair and I hope that they keep the price the way that it is because I feel that increasing it is going to require a little bit more thoroughness. However it is completely better than any other hotel that I stayed at an LA area for the price. I would suggest that they get more cleaning staff maybe one that cleans and then another who comes through and does the deep cleaning to make sure walls and such are handled. I would stay again and I will be coming back and I will update the review at that time to see what it was like for the second time. However corporate needs to pay attention to the three people that I mentioned above because without them this would be a one or two review. They will be the reason I give it a five In the future as long as my next room has clean sheets LOL and they wipe everything down that somebody could touch. I feel like that should be done Covid or not. But very grateful that the cleaning manager takes it seriously and even as far as came to check it with me and was pleasant everybody was so pleasant! Thank you again front staff and crew

Yelp
Just two weeks old! Newest property in El Segundo proper. Cambria is part of the Choice hotels, Ascend collection. Sundry store, lounge for soft drinks and adult beverages, dining facility that serves breakfast buffet amongst other amenities of course. Wi-fi available and free, along with ample parking if you have a car. If you are not driving they do provide shuttle service from LAX to their property and back. Unlike other Choice Hotel properties, Cambria charges $9.95 for their breakfast buffet. Conveniently placed in the El Segundo area, easy access to and from the airport, yet far enough away from the maddening crowd on Sepulveda Boulevard. If you're looking for a quick stop place to rest your tired traveling self and you want to be conveniently placed to the airport, this would be the place for you 59/100 Yelp Review Challenge Los Angeles

Yelp
Trendy and convenient choice close to LAX. Our family took a trip to LA to do Disneyland for a couple days and then moved to this hotel because of its central location to West LA- beaches, Hollywood and our departure home via LAx. This hotel is part of the Choice hotel chain and tend to be enamored for technology and trendy vibes. They have an quick and friendly check in and an appreciated text message shortly after check in from the front seat to make sure your accommodations are to your liking. The rooms are clean and simple with a couple cool elements like Bluetooth mirrors and open showers with sliding doors to the bathroom. They have free WiFi, a decent workout room and laundry facility which is nice toward the end of a vacation when your deliberating what to wear twice A couple of hiccups during our stay were quickly mitigated by the staff and made for an enjoyable stay. The rooms , lobby and property were very clean and inviting. Parking is $10 per night which is lower than average for area, and fairly well lit, within walking distance to entrance. Off-site ood options are plentiful within blocks of property down PCH- (Pacific Coast Highway). We would definitely stay again when in the area. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

Yelp
I've stayed at Cambria Hotels in other cities before and was always very impressed and satisfied. The LAX Cambria is the worst one I have experienced. i stayed three nights over the weekend. The room was very clean but was decorated at the same level as a Motel 6. nothing special at all. The mattress was horrible...felt very old /worn out. My TV didn work the whole time. they sent someone to fix it the first night and it worked for for about an hour. I called the front desk twice more about the TV but they never sent anyone again. I stopped by the front desk on my way out the next morning and asked that they send someone while I was out that day. They never sent anyone. They don't do daily room service...no making the bed or fresh towels...nothing special about this hotel, just very average. Oh, they charge $20 per day parking fee and jam your car into a little itty bitty parking lot alongside a HUGE empty parking lot that is blocked off and you can't use. LOL. No free breakfast...This is a new breed of hotel that nickels and dimes you to death. You think you are getting a good deal for $150/night...but after they charge you for all the add ons it's not a good deal at all. Stay at the Hilton next time.

Yelp
upon check in at 1:08 in the afternoon , I was abruptly greeted by a very negative , portly, woman who said I had to pay $25 to check in early which I found to be rude , since I had prepaid $240 / night for this mediocre hotel. Seconds later a large group of guests were also checking in and the woman who checked me in joked to the group that , sarcastically they would have to all wait until 3pm but quickly made it clear that she was obviously joking and not charging an early check in fee. This "picking and choosing" whom you are going to charge early check in's is nasty and hypocrical. And to do it blatantly in front of me was just very ill mannered and unprofessional. Then I was charged $200 deposit for a one-night stay ..I'm a single guy and I think this is excessive but I don't know what the hotel policy is for a mediocre room to charge $200 deposit but that's their problem . It had better be refunded promptly upon check out. I would not suggest renting a room in this hotel just because of that nasty experience I had checking in , could be a forecast of how the rest of the day is going to go. I don't want to dwell on the negative I just wanted to get this review out of the way to help others to make a choice if this is really worth it, when there are Hiltons all over the place around here that have manners and know how to treat their customers. Please note I've spent 200 days in a hotel over the past 16 months. I'm comparing this to every single other Hotel I've stayed at and I've never felt this negativity in all 200 other rentals.

Yelp
The stay started rough only got worse as my booking went on. I had multiple problems, from the a/c breaking down multiple times to the water pressure dropping off completely. I have a video of the nonexistent water pressure. I ignored the stained floors and bedding, I ignored the room change inconvenience, but to top it off the staff, assistant manager, was VERY rude and I never yelled or cursed or said anything nasty, because that's not my character. Ruined my trip completely. I had an itinerary that was ruined and money that I had to just lose because of the inconveniences due to this hotel. I want to scream, but I also want an apology and a better solution.
