Lovely hotel. Spacious and comfy rooms, quiet and everything you need. Dinner in the restaurant good but quite slow service, could have more vegetarian friendly options. Buffet breakfast was great! ||Myself and a friend booked this as a ‘spa break’ package, including 4 hours spa use and a treatment. Our allocated time to enter the spa was 3pm, and there were no beds around the pool free to use. Half an hour after entering the spa, children turned up for swimming lessons! No mention at all on booking, only on a sheet of paper in our room. This is advertised as a spa but we could not use the pool at all, the pool was loud and it was a bit odd getting changed in the changing rooms with children!!! Not entirely the vibes we were expecting. ||Our treatments however were wonderful, not so much the screaming child on the other side of the door! Probably wont return for this reason which is a shame as everything else was really good.

My daughters booked this as a treat for me , for quality time together & a much needed break.|As we arrived to book in , the foyer was extremely busy , with lots of people sitting around waiting to be called up to be able to check in. We waited 45 minutes until we could get checked in. The man who checked us in did not point us in the direction of our room, give us breakfast times … nothing.|The room was nice. Clean & very tidy. We made use of the pool & jacuzzi, all of which were very busy. |We booked a table for that evening, only to be told when we arrived that they had overbooked everyone & we would have to wait for our table! We were given complimentary glasses of processo whilst waiting. |The food was nice , but had to ask 4 times for drinks we had ordered to accompany our meal , in the end I had to go up to where the staff were by the kitchen area & ask again , where we still had a long wait! We ate our meal without a drink whatsoever. |We asked for a desert , only to be told ( after waiting) that there were no more left of our choice! |Unfortunately a lot of people were complaining about the service that night & I actually saw one poor lady cry & walk out of the restaurant after the poor service they had.|The beds were extremely comfortable & we had a very good nights sleep. We didn’t book breakfast as after our experience at dinner it sadly put us off.|The hotel could do with better customer service but all in all a nice hotel , in nice settings. |Perhaps a better & more organised check in too.

Amazing service from front desk Dahoot I believe his name with. It was our 10 year anniversary and the hotel went all out to create a special stay for us with complimentary drink and chocolates and welcome decorations in the room. They mentioned I was upgraded but I had actually already paid for my upgrade but the thought was there. Included dinner was delicious and the restaurant manager was very earnest and you can tell the staff care about providing a great service. Would definitely return

Overall we enjoyed our trip to the Cambridge Belfry - the food was good, the spa facilities were lovely and we slept well in a comfy bed. However, we had chosen the hotel because it was dog friendly and whilst we were allowed to take the dog in most areas of the hotel, it didn't feel like it was thought through from a dog owner's perspective. There were no dog poo bins outside, no water bowls or dog treats around and we were put on the third floor, not particularly accessible for taking the dog outside easily.

This hotel is set in the middle of an out of town shopping/hotel complex. We had thought from the pictures it was in the countryside.||On arrival. around 4:30pm only one person on check-in so had to wait (about 10/15 mins) for him to get through the queue ( we put our names on a list and sat down then was called when our turn). Very nice receptionist, who gave us a free drinks voucher, for the wait. Modern style hotel we had an executive room on 1st floor next to the lift/stairs although noise wasn't a problem. Room was dark (small windows) with no view. Everything in room was adequate - fridge had 2 small bottles of water- but no air conditioning- which was strange as our view was of the air conditioning units. We didn't eat in the bar/restaurant in evening as found a lovely Indian across the road, breakfast was good though. Spa was small, had pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna.||Overall not a bad one night stay but wouldn't bother with the executive room.

This hotel in amazing. Everything is clean and beds are comfortable. Showers are extremely small; I'm 5,3" and size 8-10 and managed to bruise elbows while washing hair. However enjoyed the large TV, hot drinks, biscuits and comfortable seats in the room. The breakfast was phenomenal. Great for allergies with a helpful evening meal menu. Good vegan and vegetarian options. Convenient and free parking. Felt safe in the room and safety catch on the room door. Beautiful decoration for Christmas in lobby.

I chose this hotel because it looked great. And I wanted to have a special evening with my wife and mother since I was going to have a cancer operation. The Facilities at the hotel was excellent and the room itself that I stayed in was of a high quality. However, the problem came at the evening meal. When our starters were not put on the system and hence we got our main meal without the start has been delivered. With the main meal, half the choices were not available. And then to finish the meal, Four of the five of us ordered the cheese board, only to be told, that they'd run out of cheese from the previous evening. So hence the dining experience was disappointing.

The hotel is beautiful, rooms are clean and nice. Very expensive food at dinner time… not a big choice of food at breakfast, but you can ask staff if they can provide some other options like boiled eggs or vegetarian/vegan sausage. SPA - my experience is not the best. First of all the treatment supposed to be 50 minutes, but it was only 35. My husband was more happy with his treatment.
