Cambridge Suites Toronto

The Cambridge Inn & Suites was amazing. Our plane landed very early Monday morning on a holiday and we were able to easily get to the hotel and leave our bags with the staff while we explored the city for a bit. We were very close to both subway and tram stations which made getting around easy. The staff also were extremely accommodating and were able to get us a room several hours earlier than check in time which was very nice after several hours of walking around. We also were able to leave our bags after check out as we had a late flight so we had a bit more time to explore. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and warm. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed here for one night on our return to Toronto before catching a flight the next day. We arrived early but the helpful staff were able to find us a free room and check in right away.||The suite is a good size with plenty of space and large bathrooms. We were on the 19th floor so had a great view of the city too. The bed was really comfortable and tea and coffee making facilities.||There were complimentary muffins and tea/coffee in the morning which was much appreciated. The hotel is centrally located so handy to get about either on foot or otherwise.||Would highly recommend for anyone staying in Toronto.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It’s conveniently located near many restaurants and shopping. The rooms were decently sized and the WiFi wasn’t bad. The restaurant on the property was temporarily closed. We’d definitely stay here again on a future visit to the city.

We are very pleased by your team for the following reasons.||1. Great location. It is so closed to the Union Station that we could easily walk to and from and the weather had been kind to us during our stay. |2. The adjacent 24/7 grocery store and Rexall were greatly appreciated!|3. The room setting is cozy, comfortable and clean.|4. Friendly and helpful team members at the counter.|5. The gym and laundry facilities are great too.

My children and I regularly stay here for hospital trips because of the convenience the space provides when travelling with teens. However, this time we were happy to stay here for visiting with family who was also staying at this hotel. |As always, we find the stay to be comfortable and exceptionally clean, and staff to be so kind and helpful with whatever we needed, even when my daughter took too much joy in calling the front desk for things.|As someone with a mobility impairment I am extremely grateful for the accommodations and assistance that are always provided with no stress that makes independence a little easier. |The hotel is situated close to convenience stores and restaurants but still relatively quiet for downtown Toronto. |Many thanks to Tony who was helpful with an unexpected situation prior to my check in :)

The rooms are very spacious! The staff are very helpful, attentive and friendly. They do have a "no party policy", the doors lock at 10:00pm and can be unlocked by a key card. There is also a security guard at the entrance. Get a big sense of safety here, which is great! It is also very quiet, so you get a good night's rest. The location of this hotel is great as well, walking distance to Dondas Square, Eaton Center and the "PATH". Which is an underground walkway that connects all of downtown Toronto. Would definitely recommend staying at this fine establishment!

This is by far the best hotel experience I have had in Toronto. I stayed one night and truthfully ran into no issues. I had requested an early check in and they allowed it without any issues. The room was super clean and so was the rest of the hotel. The staff were super kind, responsive and willing to help. The hotel itself is extremely well situated and accessible through the Path network so although it was raining during our stay in Toronto, weren’t annoyed because we took the path network to walk to key places downtown. I even had a chance to use the gym and had it all to myself. It was clean and had all the essential equipments for a quick workout. This is now part of my top hotels in Toronto and I’m typically super hard to please or impress. However, this hotel is worth giving a shot!

Stayed here with significant other from Tuesday to Saturday. Location is great for being able to walk anywhere around the city. Quick access to PATH and plenty of locations for food/drinks. The room was larger than expected and met all of our needs. Safety was prioritized with doors locking at 10pm and needing your ID and key card to enter (loved this). Parking was on location (cost per day) which was very convenient and felt protected. Room was always clean and taken care of. No issues getting in the way of our trip, absolutely seamless.
