⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “Fourth Stay – Still Our Go-To Hotel in Dublin”|We’ve stayed at the Camden Court Hotel four times now, and its location continues to be one of its biggest strengths. It’s an easy walk to St Stephen’s Green and central Dublin, and if you’re not in the mood to walk, the DART will take you straight to the top of Grafton Street. We often prefer strolling along the R114 — a slightly different atmosphere with plenty of great places to eat and drink along the way.|The staff are consistently excellent. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful. Even the cleaning staff make eye contact, smile, and greet you as you pass. On previous visits, some members of reception and guest services have gone above and beyond for us, especially in more unusual situations.|On-site parking is available, though it’s not the cheapest or most spacious. We usually fly in and take the Dublin Express to Harcourt Luas (two adult returns cost €32). It’s only a short walk from there to the hotel, and the buses back to the airport run every 30 minutes or so.|Our most recent stay was three nights (Friday to Monday) at €528.64. For a city-centre hotel of this standard, we felt it was reasonable. The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable, and overall the value for money is good when you consider the location. Compared to other major cities, this feels fair.|Camden Street itself can be lively, especially at night, but that’s part of the charm of staying in the heart of Dublin. We always eat out elsewhere, so we can’t comment on the hotel’s food or evening service.|All in all, Camden Court is a great choice if you want a central, comfortable hotel with solid leisure facilities. Ideal for tourists or business travellers who don’t mind a bit of city noise and want a full-service experience. We’d recommend it for families, couples, and anyone looking for a reliable, well-located base with a touch of wellness during their stay in Dublin.
