The Best Airbnbs in Dublin, From Artists’ Studios to Secluded Cottages | Condé Nast Traveler

"I was taken with the sprawling library and abundant natural light in this minimal three-bedroom apartment that comfortably hosts up to six guests; it also includes a private garden, TV with streaming and a Nintendo, a well-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso and complimentary pods, and a great location just off Camden Street." - Kaitlyn McInnis, Charley Ward

Lovely big room on 3rd (top) floor. Clean comfy bed but a few niggles. The lead to the kettle didn’t reach any plug! Had to borrow the ironing board to safely use as a table! Shower fan didn’t work but it was a big shower. The windows are velux…. Great opening and big but single glazed so the noise from the clubs surrounding the hotel was immense (like sleeping in the club itself til 3 am!!) double or triple glazing would be a massive bonus. Otherwise a good place and location to stay - we stayed for 3 nights

Great room. Very basic for a cheap and affordable price. Nice big room with a very good bathroom. Yes there's noise outside but you can close the windows and they provide esr protectors. We had our own and didn't hear a thing all night. The only cons were the bathroom door was a little loose and the shower fan didn't work. But it didn't bother us too much as we were only there for a night.

Pros and Cons. We stayed there for 3 nights. If you are in your 20's or 30's, I'd say it's a great place. If you value quiet, bigger room size, conveniences; this may not be your place. We had to open our window for air/ventilation. However, outside smells from daily city life, restaurants, etc. were prevalent. Sounds at night was also prevalent; people, cars, city noises. It was a good price when we pre-paid, which is why we stayed there but very small room, our sockets burned out our last night.. We couldn't charge any of our devices, TV didn't work. No maintenance came by. Great local pub nearby - Devitt's I'd recommend. People working there are very helpful.

I stayed there for 5 day. it was not bad experience. it was an attic room. clean and well-maintained room except the window closing handles were too loose to hold tightly. The front street of hotel is Bar street. It can get a bit noisy 'till 3-4am. if you are not used to this, this may be a little bit trouble for you. The windows should have better sound insulation.

OMDays this place is not decent. |Room does not have:|Double glassing/ bedside table/ aircon. |Pillows are not great but that might be just my choice to have a fluffier pillow. |Cleanliness was below average in my opinion. |Location is excellent as long as you ignore the loud music coming from the 2 pubs either side :) |Nice reception staff though.

Arrived and checked in. We were told room was ready but it was not. We waited while they vaccuumed. I noticed the one light between bed 1 and 2 broken so went downstairs to tell them. The venue is beyond loud! The bar next door has bands until 2 am and you have to leave window open it is too hot. Wifi did NOT work which was critical to two in our party. We asked reception and were told they knew and had to shut third floor off due to electrical issues. No one told us on check in. There is no cleaning service, no new towels, sink does not drain properly and hot water gets so hot you can burn yourself. The floor is super slippery by shower and shower leaks all over floor by sink etc. Not enough hand towels (1 for 3 people). This was substandard. If you do not want sleep stay here.

The rooms are great and worth the price. The entrance hall looks outdated but the hotel itself is actually quite neat. The only downside is the location. The window in the room couldn't be closed and we were kept awake due to the loud music that is present thoughout most of the night.

Just stay at home instead. This place is the absolute pits. It's on an extremely loud and busy street, and it's really quite rough outside if you're coming back late. The noise is so loud until after 3am even from the top floor. The staff are quite rude and abrupt. It stank of weed. The reception area is just awful and the rest isn't much better. If you're totally crazy and want to spend extra time in hell, it's €20 PER HOUR for the pleasure of keeping your room for late checkout. It's also €20 per bag for them to hang on to it for you after checkout. We couldn't leave quick enough. Felt really dodgy and I'm really not comfortable that they have photocopied my passport before allowing me to check in....
