Camiguin Volcan Beach Eco Retreat & Dive Resort

This resort is a little gem with lovely natural timber cabins, two of which are absolute waterfront with large shady verandas. We stayed in one of these cabins for the view and we were not disappointed spending our evenings watching the sunset in our rocking chairs.|Our room was relatively basic with no aircon. However, we did not have a pedestal fan and a mozzie net over the bed. The shower and toilet good.| The resort is owned by a German couple who have a great passion for diving and ensuring that their guest see the great tourist sites around Camiguin. They were helpful with recommendations for places to see and restaurants to eat at. We hired a scooter for only 500 pesos per day and rode around the island on one day and drove into the mountains on another. The roads are in good condition and the traffic was very light. We dived at this resort. Johan the instructor and the boat crew were fun to be around, the dive operation was safe annd efficient and the dives we went on were excellent. A trip to Mantigue Island is an absolutely must.|Would highly recommend this resort.

We had such a great time at this resort. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very nice en neat. The hole place was very taken care of! And the location and resort were beautiful, every morning with a cup of coffee searching for new birds.

We really enjoy the time we spend in the resort. We were feeling like at home. All the team is really great, very helpfull and always smilibg. Restaurant is excellent. If you want to dive, there is a diving center in the resort. Thanks to the team.

If you are respectfull and Looking for relaxed happiness this is the place. From the reception desk to every activity or walk around the island we can only say one thing you will see, nice and kind people. Always smiling and happy to help. Uddo & Sandra the best diving instructor and ready to make us happy sharing their peace. You can really feel it. Alphi best guide we learned so many things with him, was also a blessing meeting HIM and see how many things we have in common. And all the girls from the staff, we are so glad we met you. Thank you all. We will be back!

I only came here twice to join the scuba divers and to enjoy the sunset platform and the really good menu, so I can’t say anything about the accommodation, but the whole property is just nice, quiet and peaceful.😎 I like the familiar atmosphere at the dive center. The boat is small and there were no more than five divers (plus the guides) each time I went. Very chilled ambiance and great service - everything is set for you!

Amazing people and amazing place to relax and increase your happiness. Every people of the island was REALLY nice and kind. Diving here was great and camino entre 2 volcanes trekking spectacular and healing for mind. In our travel special mention for Uddo, Sandra and Alphi 🫶🏻 And of course we can't forguet all the staff, we are so glad we met you. Thank you all, we never forguet you. I'm sure that we will be back!

Given a room that has an incredibly strong mould smell. When we complained about this the only solution we were offered was a different room that had two single beds instead of one large despite there being other rooms with double beds available that are unoccupied. When we communicated that we wanted a room with a double bed they told us we would have to pay more or sleep in the mouldy room. Both staff members then denied that the room smelt and were incredibly rude and dismissive to our concerns. We are now in a room with two separate beds which is not ideal and not what we booked or wanted. Very disappointing.

Very peaceful and relaxing place. Yet the best: the people! Everyone is so adorable and will make sure your stay is effortless. Teresa and her team are very efficient and helpful. Everyone working at the restaurant is adorable and the food is good! They have a few vegetarian options. Great place to watch the sunset. They also offer diving and we had the chance to go with Udo (instructor), Sandra, Virgel and Alfi. They were friendly, helpful and professional. We are looking forward to diving with them again one day! We had gorgeous dives at Mantigue island and Volcano, highly recommended (endless fields of corals). We also did the “two volcano” hike with Alfi and it was amazing. He was so knowledgeable. Some cons: The rooms are very simple, maybe a bit too simple for the price. When we arrived there was no internet but I know that they ordered starlink. So ask them before you book, in case you need internet. There is zero phone data there, zero.
