Caminetto Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria

We all enjoyed our meals. The pasta was light, not stodgy at all. A few more prawns in the papadelle would have been good. The outdoor tables were lovely on a sunny spring day. Service was somewhat lacking. Passing out dishes up to us rather than walking up the steps and around. They didn’t check for drinks at all so we didn’t order any.

It offers an enchanting atmosphere perfect for a relaxed evening. While the food is just okay and doesn’t particularly stand out, the overall dining experience is enjoyable. The charming ambiance and excellent drink selection make it an ideal spot for a casual hangout. Enjoying some drinks with food on the side is the way to go here. The welcoming setting more than makes up for the average taste, ensuring you’ll have a pleasant time.

Had a great time, food was amazing and drinks and service was great. The staff were really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Food portions were huge, would recommend getting only one main dish per person (if it’s a large) since they’re huge.

It's a good restaurant for people watching and enjoying a nice day outside (lots of outdoor seating), but the food is not good at all. Wine selection is decent for touristy spot and I had a few glasses. This is really just a spot for people on the cruise ships. The pizza is equivalent to something you buy in a freezer at your grocery store. If it weren't for people watching this would be 2 stars. Staff was very friendly.

Very well priced for where it’s located. When for a family meal with 7 people. The service was excellent, everything came out in a very timely manner even though it was packed. The food was excellent. Even asked me if I needed a takeaway container before I’d even thought to ask. Would recommend to anyone!

Great outdoor atmosphere with fast, friendly and attentive service. We enjoyed the spaghetti marinara and the seafood risotto. Both dishes flavoursome and filling. A nice place to sit outdoors at The Rocks!

This place is special for its food quality. I would highly recommend it for its top notch fantastic tasting food. Every dish ordered was delicious and right portioned. In particular I would recommend having a pizza and the seafood Risotto. Service is nothing spectacular, pretty lukewarm. Any attempt at interaction with 3 different members of service staff was surprisingly not returned with any warmth and lacking in character. In fact, upon entry I had to go in and find someone to seat our table. I would still return to try other dishes and i know they will be superb!
