Staff excellent, boat / bike / SUP / canoe hire available on site. Camping is unallocated in a wooded area, bit roots but loads of shade and space. Little bit buggy. Excellent and well priced restaurant on site. Very dog friendly.

What a great place to be! I loved the atmosphere there, it was so calm and peaceful – perfect to relax and unwind. Even though there were a lot of people staying there, it never felt busy or crowded. The tent area is large and located in the forest. It may require some patience to find the flat place for a tent, as there are some rocks and tree roots, but there are plenty of nice spots. If you are a hammock user like me, this is a paradise with a lot spots to choose from including those which would otherwise be unusable for tent use. All of this, just a few steps away from the lake. There is a small beach with a great view to admire, stargaze from at night (the light pollution is very low in the valley) or just enjoy the moment. The facilities were top notch – many toilets/shower (never needed to wait) which are cleaned regularly, a restaurant with delicious pizza, a small shop with bakery, fruit and vegetables, picnic shed to enjoy your own food, laundry, etc. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the music selection in the restaurant was adding to the great mood there. I will be back!

Family of 4 from the USA travelling in a campervan. We loved our stay. Clean, quiet, fun. Great shared resources like the dish washing stations and bathrooms. Grateful for the bakery, restaurant, and ice cream shop on site. During the heat wave, the water kept us entertained and cool.

Nice camping with great staff. They told us about some dogs getting sick there recently and warned us because we had dogs with us. I can see a camping place trying to cover that up and not telling anyone, so I appreciate the honesty very much! We had a blast and our dogs are fine.

What a fantastic camp! We have pitched our tent in the forest area, overlooking the lake, stayed for 4 nights. Amazing views, facilities, location. Pros: - reception staff were friendly and helpful, charged our phones for free and securely - bathroom/toilet/dish washing facilities were plenty, clean and in working order, there's even washing machine and dryer (for extra charge) - it's wonderful location, right by the lake, with easy access to neighbouring towns as right by a bus stop, with loads of outdoor activities such as hiking and water sports - it's great to have a restaurant, bakery and an ice-cream shops on the premises as you didn't have to go far - fantastic other facilities such as roofed picnic area, children's playground, water sports rental - the price of the camp was a little high, but manageable and we were happy to pay it for the location Cons: - the choice of food in both bakery and restaurant was small and not to my liking. Every day we ate pizza, which was too much for me, but was the main menu item. I wished you offered some breakfast options, eggs, sausages, oatmeal - that type of food, and for main menu to include some local, hearty foods, rather than just pizza. Prices were way too high for small pizzas with few toppings, but the dough was tasty and good quality - the food options were the only reason for marking the camp down, as otherwise we had a fantastic time, and will for sure be returning in the future.

Very beautiful place by the lake. Toilets/showers were very clean and serviced twice the day. The staff was very helpful and nice. Also the meals at the restaurant were delicious. The site is a perfect starting point for hiking, kayak and SUP. The surounding forest and river feels like you are stepping in a fairytale :-)

Wonderful location right on the lakeside, friendly staff, great restaurant, and amazing showers (hot water, proper water pressure!!). Everything is extremely clean & well maintained. Being able to rent kayaks, paddle boards, and bikes at the campsite itself makes it all super easy, and the prices are reasonable which is great given the convenience. Stayed in the Gozd campsite zone which has no defined pitches so you just pitch wherever suits you, can be tough to get the pegs properly embedded given rocks and tree roots but it’s worth the hassle with the views over the lake each day :)

Disappointing. Though in a beautiful location by the lake, the tent pitch area is on incredibly uneven rocky ground, right next to a main road. The first buses and coaches start roaring past at 5:45 am, so if you're a light sleeper even with ear plugs expect to be woken up early everyday. The traffic continued all day until late, so you can't really enjoy the nature. Very expensive too, not even high season prices yet and still €37 per night for two people with a tent. Plus points are nice staff and free EV charging.
