Camp Bramston Beach Campground

Nice camp ground at reasonable prices for being on the beach. Good size sites,but not a real large park, amenities are good and clean, nice place. Only needs a good eatery near by....the one over the road is rude and not welcoming, but there are several great pubs within 20km...Also needs a community area with fire pit to bring everyone together Very much worth a stop for a few days.

Wonderful small Council campground with quiet and peaceful vibe, absolute beachfront, lots of trees for shade, modern amenities, unpowered and powered sites all nicely grassed, BBQ’s, washing machines, clothes dryer, sinks for washing up, managers Antoinette and Neville have been there about 5 years now I believe and are friendly and very professional, office has ice-creams, coffee, bait, bottled water and ice, kids’ playground right next door, great beach for walks, island views, boat ramp nearby, stinger net in summer months, dog friendly, good Telstra and TV reception, inexpensive site fees, campground well maintained and is fenced with security boom gate. Sadly local café/shop has closed but the jungle drums are saying it might re-open however Innisfail or Babinda not too far for supermarket shopping. Small motel opposite has restaurant and bar. The Garradunga country hotel with cold beer and meals is close-by and it’s only about 10 km to Eubenangee Swamp National Park where you might spot a croc. Recommended campground to chill out for a few days or even a week or three.

Lovely quiet camp ground within a stones throw of the beach. Beautiful views. Camp ground caretakers are very friendly and helpful, keep the amenities very clean. Yummy place to have a special meal within walking distance and good value for money. We will definitely return for a longer stay.

Very well positioned right on the beach, plenty of sites and reasonably priced. Fresh ocean breeze and friendly atmosphere. Absolutely recommend for singles to full families size. Being a camper or tent and all welcomed.

Absolutely a superb spot to camp. We booked for 2 nights and stayed for 4 nights. Lush grounds. Amenities super clean. Antoinette and Neville are lovely hosts and so accommodating. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leach. The Motel, bar and restaurant are walking distance. HAPPY DAYS!

We spent 2 nights in this lovely park last week. It was peaceful, the staff friendly as were fellow patrons at the park, amenities were very clean as was the park overall. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.
