I apologise that my family was such an incredible inconvenience to the cafe.
If I had known most the staff would slam things on my table and talk to us like we had just rudely disturbed their conversation, we would have spent our money where the teas and coffees got served with the lactose free alternative milks we asked for.
As it's not fun having the after effects of lactose when you have an allergy towards it.
I didn't know that cafe staff had to stair down the patrons when they asked for things, or is this one of those come and get treated like crap places?
I must say, there had been 2 young men that also spoke to us and they seemed really incredible, but sadly wasn't good enough to bring light into the over shadowed rubbish seriously horrible service we got today.
I will be making sure I inform everyone I know that if you want crap service and staff that will give you attitude when you ask simple things, or you don't want service with a smile or to be spoken to when you ask people questions.
This is the place to come to.
5 stars for the worst customer service I have ever had.

Due to the dairy been used in our drinks, we have all had bad side effects, my son the worst as he always is with dairy.
Really, thank you.... The lack of care from the staff was amazing.
5 star waist of time.
For the money, let's be real. The drinks had not been that crash hot and the food, well.... Over price bricks with minimal flavour.
But I guess when you don't care about what you're delivering by just having staff dump it on the table, what should I expect.
I was the inconvenient patron after all.
How dare I come into this place and order drinks and food for me and the family.
What kind of monster am I.
