Before we head to this location we already called a few times to book a reservation for a camp car and they ask how many staying in the camp car we said 5 adult 1 baby and they approve it once we arrive in this location the receptionist told us that we are not allowed to check in with our camp car because there are 6 of us. What I don't understand is why they didn't say before during call is they don't allow 6 people. Not recommended instead of relaxing you're gonna get headache.

The attitude of the staff was terrible. I was yelled at to leave quickly because I accidentally entered the wrong place. I was with a baby and a child, and it was the worst experience. No matter how good a place may be, I can't tolerate such awful behavior towards children!

Wrong place to pass, even you walking by. Unbelievable. I just walked with my dog by the parking area. Because of the cars we walk 50sm on the side of the parking. Where is NO sign saying DONT step on it or DONT Walk there. The guy jump off the jeep car and yell at me to tell that is a private property and I’m not allowed to walk. I told him there is no sign about and there is so many cars at the time on the road, there is no side walk which means for safety I could only walk “at their parking spot”. Something wrong with this person(he is the owner or staff member) and not friendly at all. Wrong wrong wrong

We stayed two nights and this campground and really enjoyed it. Sleeping right at the lake, being surrounded by Japaneses families enjoying their weekends and with a lovely Onsen as neighbour, this was an ideal place for exploring the Fuji Five lakes area.||||Rate: 1000yen per person, 1000 yen for our car (No tent)

A good starting place for first timer. Staff were all super courteous. Wifi, hot water faucet, dumpster you can throw cans/bins/combustibles/ashes and even broken bbq grills, are available. The only drawback would be: might be bit pricy compare to neighboring facilities.

As usual, another campsite in a beautiful location spoilt by it’s own success. Overpriced, no soap in bathrooms or washing facility and unhelpful staff.

Great views across the lake. So peaceful
