We went there in May, and luckily enough we were 3 of the 7 guests in total at the camp, apparently there were 200 people there the night before us so I guess your experience can vary a lot based on that.
Useful info:
The location of the camp is incredibly convenient compared to the others, it's about a 40min ride on a 4x4 from Ksar Ghilane (it's not a very challenging road, but there are some bits of sandy bumps here and there so I think it would be challenging for most cars to do it, hence why we were happy to pay for the 200dt 4x4 car service to bring us and drive us back)
In addition to that, at least based on what I know, it is the only camp close to the Ksar Ghilane where you get the "true" Sahara desert, meaning sand dunes. The dunes start right next to the tents, and if you walk for about twenty minutes you'll reach the highest dune, and beyond it the Sahara is bushy again, but there's enough sand in between to really make you feel like you're in the desert.
Food: Dinner and breakfast were included in the 100dt price per person. We had soup, brik, a lamb based main dish and some fruits for desert. Everything tasted good, especially the soup.
Breakfast was a bit less impressive, the typical butter jam eggs coffee buffet. The olive oil and bread were good though.
They sell water and alcoholic drinks at the camp at reasonable prices, for example a 1.5L water bottle was 4dt, and a small tunisian beer was 5dt.
Service: Professional staff, they kept the facilities clean and were helpful.
Overall I highly recommend it, if you're on a budget they also allow people to bring their own tents, in which case you have to pay 40dt to use the facilities, I don't know if dinner and breakfast are included in this price though.
