We stayed here after 2 1/2 days of rain in a premium campsite. Some were elevated, ours was not consequently the entrance to the tent and well travel routes to the bathroom and kitchen were muddy. I was surprised to find the interior of the tent and pads clean and dry despite the mud. ||Prepaid meals were plentiful but expect hearty food not gourmet. little mini market well stocked w noodles snacks. Staff was terrific. Showers were cold only. Hot water available in kitchen. Cooking kitchen good sized and inside. ||The most remote of the campsite. The least nice of those we encountered on the O but we never expected luxury!

The checkout at 7am is a bit of a joke for people in normal condition. The camp is nice but not great. It's a bit muddy in the area and the showers are cold and not clean. The toilets were also a bit of a mess and the place looks like it could use a makeover. The area it's in is beautiful tho and it's close to 2 glaciers. Too bad that the puma glacier is only accessible with the rangers and they will go there only if they feel like it. The shop is also almost non existent which is understandable since the location is very far from anywhere

Bring food!!! The kitchen will give you hot water but you have to ask for it. Very windy and loud in the tent at night. Friendly staff. Cold showers. Only issue was that staff don’t replace the paper hand towels or toilet paper in the morning when 60 people are trying to prepare to hike John Gardner pass.

Vertice makes planning the OTrek very simple. They organise all the camps, equipment, food and transport to and from the park. They even look after your luggage for you while you hike. I highly recommend using Vertice, especially if you are overwhelmed trying to organise all the campsite bookings through different the different companies that run them. ||All the staff are very friendly and give great service at all the campsite. The food they provided us was really good, beyond anything we could have expected given how isolated the camp sites are. The facilities, like the toilets and showers were also really good, again considering how isolated the camp sites are. Much better than anything we experienced camping in Australia. The tents are quite spacious, especially the premium tents you get at some of the camps. Although in some camps they are placed very close close together, like camp Grey. Sleeping bags were in good condition but were of varying warmth, so make sure you have adequate layers for the cold. Some camps didn't provide pillows, so it helps if you bring something light you can uses. Sleeping mats were all very comfortable. ||Doing the o trek you will also get to meet really interesting people, with whom you will dine each night and get to know. Everyone is super friendly and respectful.||Last but not least the trek itself is simply amazing. Definitely the most awe inspiring visuals I have ever seen. Such an incredibly beautiful landscape. If you are a hiker this has to be on your list.

Basic campsite with a very small bathroom, no hot water or trash service. They make you check out by 7 in anticipation of the long hike to grey.

We stayed at Los Perros and got caught in a blizzard on our trek to the Grey Campsite. Fortunately the staff at Los Perros, especially Sergio and Valentina, were fantastic and ensured we were safe and warm. They also helped us to book another tent for the night so we could attempt the hike the following day.

Special thanks to Mattias for outstanding service! His great attention and care made the experience wonderful!

Camping Vertice Los Perros was the worst of all the camp sites. It was to be expected as it was a basic staging camp for the big climb the next day. However, the issue was not about the simplistic amenities but rather how poorly maintained the site was. The rented tent was not clean inside. The cold shower ran out of water and the camp kitchen ran out of water as well.
