What a lovely stay we had. Susanna greeted us and provided great tips on what to see and how to avoid the most crowded areas. The room was comfortable and well equipped and delightfully quiet and cool. We loved having breakfast on the terrace. Home from home a Venezia - we will return!

Tired of the hotel routine? Imagine you live in Venice, in the quietest, most comfortable neighborhood. You're just steps away from the Riva de Basio vaporetto stop, not to mention the train station. When you close the heavy door at the entrance you're in your own private, quiet, elegant palazzo, complete with high ceilings and marble. Have a glass of wine on the balcony and pretend you live here.

Campiello Zen is an exceptional property. We stayed three nights and were delighted that we chose to stay at this beautiful place.||We were greeted graciously by Andrea who was extraordinarily helpful with suggestions of places to visit and restaurants to dine at. I am confident that his recommendations enriched our visit. ||The bedroom was elegant, extremely spacious (lots of room for storage) and very comfortable, with a wonderful, spotlessly clean, bathroom. The shared areas (e.g. living room, kitchen, balcony) were fantastic and it was a joy to return from a day of exploring to sit on the beautiful, peaceful balcony with a refreshment in hand. Andrea & Susanna are such kind, thoughtful hosts, ensuring their guests are taken care of. There was a wonderful selection of breakfast items on hand (e.g. cheese, cereal, fresh fruit, ham, yogurt, bread, etc.), as well as an option to have breakfast at two lovely pasticceria in the neighbourhood, which is a great touch. ||We loved the location of Campiello Zen, as it was sufficiently distanced from the chaos of the popular tourists spots, but absolutely accessible (walking or vaparetto) to all the key sites. Andrea was always readily available to assist with directions or dinner reservations. He really went above and beyond & we are deeply appreciative. ||We very much enjoyed our stay and are grateful for the hospitality of Andrea and Susanna. It was hard to say goodbye to the fascinating city and our wonderful hosts. I look forward to an opportunity to return to Venice and Campiello Zen and would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful property to friends and family. ||Thank you Andrea and Susanna for ensuring such a positive and memorable visit.

What an absolutely beautiful, boutique accommodation Campiello Zen is! We have just completed three wonderful days staying in this most glorious accommodation.||We were greeted so warmly and kindly by Andrea and Susanna we felt immediately like part of the family. After having had to postpone our travels to Venice due to COVID 19 in 2020, we couldn’t have been more excited to finally reach our long planned for visit.||Our room was spacious and the bed excellent. With a fantastic bathroom and excellent space for storage we could not have asked for more.||A glorious sitting room with outside seating on a private balcony was perfect for a quiet rest after a days exploration. The kitchen with such generous supplies of breakfast cereals, bread, fruit, slice meat and cheese along with coffee and tea was beyond anything we have experienced before.||We just loved our stay at Campiello Zen and our generous hosts, Andrea and Susanna. We hated having to say farewell to both them, their wonderful bed and breakfast and their beautiful city, Venice.||If we are ever fortunate enough to return Campiello Zen will be the only place for us to stay!||Thank you Andrea and Susanna for being such perfect hosts and for making our stay so memorable.

- I’m from London I recently stayed at this campiello zen b&b hotel for four nights and was genuinely impressed by the exceptional service, far surpassing what I expected from a three-star establishment. In my opinion, this hotel's quality and value easily compare to a four-star rating. The rooms were beautifully designed with a vintage aesthetic, featuring tall windows that offered stunning views of the sky. The balconies were a highlight, allowing us to enjoy the picturesque Venetian moon every night. The kitchen and breakfast service were commendable. Additionally, while the hotel offered a complete breakfast, they also provided vouchers for all breakfasts, which could be redeemed at two delightful cafes by the Venetian canals. This added a unique and enjoyable experience to our mornings. The staff at the hotel were outstanding. The man and woman managing the hotel were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help, making our stay even more pleasant. The hotel's cleaner, a wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable woman named Santilivery, was particularly noteworthy. She was not only meticulous and quick with her cleaning duties but also a great source of information and assistance to the guests. On our first night, I discovered that my UK to Europe power adapters were not working. Faced with the worry of our devices running out of battery, I approached the hotel staff. They promptly and cheerfully provided a power adapter, solving the issue immediately and relieving my stress. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was filled with beautiful nights and delightful experiences. Without a doubt, this hotel will be my choice for any future trips to Venice. I have wholeheartedly recommended it to all my friends in London and my daughter. This hotel truly provides an unforgettable and exceptional experience. ---

We had a wonderful week at Campiello Zen B&B. The area was calm, but still near a lot of good restaurants along canals and with some idyllic squares, where locals is more common than turists. And that even it is close to everything.||Our room, Magnolia, was excellent with a lot of space and light, and there was full acces to a livingroom, with a terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen, where you could freely supply yourself with fruit, drinks and sandwiches. It really was nice after a day walking around in Venice looking at art.||And the host, Andrea, is a jewel full of information and always ready to help with your questions.||For sure, next time in Venice we are back!

A peaceful oasis in a convenient location in Venice. Andreas, the host , was very helpful and kind. The use of the kitchen, lounge and terrace was a real bonus. The room and bathroom were very spacious and beautifully decorated and renovated. Great AC. A real gem and I highly recommend it.
