in the night there is very loud music. Car racing around the place. I felt unsafe. there is glass splitter on the area where we should put our tent. trash on the ground. And I could go on. Don’t make your own experience here. I would not pay a second time to sleep here. two stars because the owner is realy kind.

Nice little campsite and location! Bram was super helpful. Facilities are very basic but OK. Really close to a huge park and other areas of intrest. Stayed here while cycle touring with a mate.

Nothing like it. Very special place. Camping under the Atomium. The volunteers were incredibly kind and accommodating. Last night we had a round table gathering of one person from at least: Portugal, France, England, Austria, Germany, Brazil, Italy, Morocco, Switzerland and USA. This is very much an alternative camping site as the website suggests, in a great way. It’s also very DIY. A lot of incredibly special people came through of all walks of life. There was no hard drug use inside the campsite at all. Some good laughs and drinks were shared by many. Everyone was friendly and cool. I stayed nine nights which was a fantastic change of pace from three weeks of wild camping. The park it’s located in is so amazing. Planetarium, Japanese Tea Garden, World Tree Garden, Beer Garden. The facility cleanliness was fine, though the showers could use a thorough detail. And the floor mats should be bleached. The nightly street racing is the only real issue, though this is completely out of Camping 58’s control - it’s the irresponsibility of the Belgian police who who permit it. Two phone calls and they’re gone. Putting speed bumps would be a wise idea for Brussels (given it’s literally under the Atomium), and it would solve the issue. Ear plugs recommended

Caring hosts, good location, enchanted place. It brings what it promises - bringing together interesting people in a lovely setting. Yes, as other reviewers pointed out, some cars enjoy the curves nearby - but the experience wouldn’t be the same without them. Keep that in mind, and open up to the vastness of the value it can offer to you

I've slept here for a few nights, i love the ideals of this camping, but in the fact I didn't feel not in the security. First of all, for rumours, but also for the fence and gate that they could be more secure because of stealing, actually happened to 2 guys when I stayed there. Of course, the situation of cleaning can be better. I hope my comment can only be perceived as advice and not critique. I think maybe for the conditions of the camping, it could be honest to show this reality like a social centre or squat maybe for a free offer, not the price they ask Good luck with everything

Very chill place close to the city center. Easy to book online and then you get a code to get into the place. Facilities are basic but does the job, don't expect any luxury. Local beers for 3 bucks is a bonus!

Nice location..Nice the guy in the reception BUT...that place it's not ready to.open..I had so.many problems..I couldn't get in and had to.wait..no WiFi..No electricity all the time..very Noisy at night times..I was afraid.at night..I was feeling like I'm in horror movie and the clown will appear from somewhere to kill me etc.. And much much more I can say..

The people here were so nice, we had problems with our tent so the team simply gave us a tent, pay-what-you-want style, with every issue we had, we got help, the atmosphere is always fantastic, it's the whole open mindset that got me :) The car races at night sometimes were a bit harsh, but that isn't any owner's fault. Overall a amazing experience :)
