Nice camp over looking the sea. Plenty of grassy pitches. Could do with some more water taps about the site. Bit hilly with a steep path in to town, so maybe not for the less mobile or elderly.

I don't like to leave bad reviews but this campsite really needs to pull it's socks up. The facilities blocks are kept clean but have no heating for the cooler months. The showers send out a jet spray of lukewarm water, the force of the jet creating it's own breeze. There is no soap for hand washing after using the toilets. One block is very dingy and the lights go off randomly leaving you to shower in the dark. The situation is excellent and the town and coast lovely. They are friendly at reception too. This site might be fine in warm weather but not at the start and end of the season. And it was the most expensive site we stayed on during 5 weeks in Normandy at €24/night.

Fixed stopover on our annual Normandy/Brittany trip. Great sea view. Bread service even in November. Friendly staff. Dog friendly. Always happy to be here

Amazing campsite with a scenic view of the sea. Very close to the city center. It is very peaceful, you hear the sound of the waves and the birds all day long. No WiFi on the site, there is one only available at the reception and they allow you to use it for free. Electricity available. Variety of choices with static homes, caravan/campervan pitches, tents. All separated with lovely bushes to provide privacy and have amazing sea views because of the slopes.

We stayed in a home for 2 people, with a nice view over the ocean. While the cottage shown signs of use and age, it was clean and maintained. The people at reception are very friendly and you can order local bread and sweets. There is no wi-fi, so detox opportunity. The location is great, with easy walk to Fecamp and restaurants or for hikes. If you are easy going, this is a good place to stay few days.

First camping on our camper trip around Normandy and a bit of Bretagne, and a good one! Super friendly staff, accommodating, many plots are sea view. The sanitary blocks can use some modernising, but were always clean. Big minus like on most French camp sites: toilets without seats. Fécamp is charming, great to walk or bike around, good eatings. Would recommend.

We stopped here for three nights en route to Dieppe after five weeks touring in Europe. The site is well positioned for visiting Fécamp. Access is interesting with a 7.5 m Motorhome as the roads are narrow but doable. Our pitch was small but reasonably level - lucky we’ve got levelling gear on our van though! The site is tiered on a cliff side so some manoeuvring skills are useful. The staff were friendly and welcoming but I wish I’d asked if I could look at the available pitches first - we were just allocated whilst other arrivals were wandering around with maps to see where they’d like to pitch up. The pool isn’t open and there was no bar or café on the site. The toilet and shower facilities are very dated and rather pongy. The staff were cleaning them but I suspect the age of the building and it’s plumbing wasn’t helping. There was another facilities block which appeared to have work going on so hopefully they can put it into use soon. We have onboard facilities so used them and were able to use the Motorhome service point when we left. And on the leaving thing - when we checked in on arrival (having paid a deposit online when booking) I was told to settle up when we left. Which I completely forgot to do 🤦‍♀️ I received an invoice for the balance via email and obviously paid it. So very sorry guys - complete blonde oversight on my part. BTW - Terra Nova Vets in the town will carry out heath check and wormer admin for €15/dog.

The campsite scenery was nice as it was on the cliff edge of the beach and watching the sunset from the pitch was beautiful however, because the pitch was on the cliff edge the pegs didn’t go in properly due to the rocks underneath and this damaged a lot of the pegs. ||The toilets are shared “female and male” and they aren’t cleaned. They have a “toilet rota” which to be quite honest was pointless because they weren’t cleaned the time we were there. The toilets have no toilet seats and they are very unhygienic. We only stayed one night due to this. ||We had a 20m cable which wasn’t long enough to reach the electric so we had to pump our electric air bed out of the tent and then put this in late in the evening. The website offers electric and non electric but doesn’t give you the option to select specifically what you want. It is a French website which I converted into English so this could have been my own confusion. ||The roads are quite narrow to get to the pitches and someone before us stacked it in their caravan going up the hill and got stuck at the bottom. I would recommend for a small camper-van which has its own toilet. I found a lot of French campsites, including this one also don’t offer soap to wash your hands so ensure you pack some or buy some there.
