Pro’s:|Proximity to Arles makes for easy cycling into the city. There is also a bus stop just outside the campsite.|The pitches are pretty, with tall hedges and trees, providing privacy & shade.|One can pre-order croissants, pains au chocolates & baguettes for the following morning.|The owner was friendly.|Con’s:|The majority of pitches are tiny. Most of the campervans/motorhomes were squashed awkwardly on their pitches. There are some very long pitches near the entrance which should be offered to long vans - but no questions (regarding van size) are asked on arrival. |The toilets have no toilet paper and the sinks have no soap. |The toilets/showers partway into the site are modern and quite clean but those next to reception are much less desirable.|On arrival you are required to deposit your driving license or passport with the receptionist until you leave.|On leaving you are required to pay €3 to fill your van with water.|Small bins, no lids, are dotted around the campsite - no separation for recyclables or glass.

This is a good option for Arles because one can walk or easily bicycle to the center. LUMA Arles, the eye-catching tower designed by Frank Gehry, is just a kilometer away, and most of the old town is less than a kilometer farther. The campground has small and large pools and a small playground. There's a bar-cafe that provides croissants, baguettes, and pain chocolates if ordered the day before. A large dining area at the reception and bar-cafe has tables and chairs plus electrical outlets. Camping spots are good sized. The small sanitaires building can get busy, and it is a long walk from many of the campsites. Additional showers are across from reception, but are an even longer walk away. Except for a few chairs outside reception, there is no place to sit down when the bar-cafe is closed. I paid €18 for one person on a bicycle.

We hadn't reserved a place but the very friendly staff managed to accommodate us with our tent in the children's playground and gave us discount for it. Spacious clean showers, toilets a little less. Coffee in the morning was great! Recommended

I must say twice recently we have been turned away at full campgrounds.... when we arrived here the EXTREMELY nice gentleman working the desk informed us that the campground was full but if we could find a spot for our tents we could stay. We found enough room and stayed in an overly full campground and they still had no problem managing the large numbers. There is a huge area to relax out of the sun plus a large pool. They offer drinks and snacks and the bathrooms and showers were clean with no waiting. Seriously this is a well run campground doing its very best to serve the campers that arrive. Thank you!!

Pros: Very friendly night guard. The camping pitch is very large, offers good shade from the morning sun and privacy from neighbours thanks to large bushes. The city centre and train station is less than 2 km away, there is also a bus station right outside the camping on the main road. Bike rental on site (single speed city bikes). There is a pool, a bar and some billiards tables. Cons: 20€ a night for two people regardless if you have a tent or a caravan, which I find extremely unfair if you are a tent camper (like us). But it is also a good bargain if you come by car/van. Toilets and showers are very dirty! You can’t regulate the water temperature in the shower, but at least it doesn’t come out ice cold. No toilet seat, nor toilet paper, which is a rip-off for 20€ per night. Annoying roosters singing at 5/6 AM. Finally, beware of the mosquitoes. We got absolutely devoured by them each night.

I was hesitant about camping here based on the reviews. We arrived around 2 pm and asked for a tent campsite. We were told that they were full, but to check the children's playground to see if we wanted to pitch our tent if there was room. There weren't many spots left, but we did pitch our tents. THE CAMPSITE WAS CROWDED. They have a great area to lounge around, a nice pool, and the bathrooms and showers are clean. Like I said, the place was crowded, but we didn't have to wait to shower or use the bathroom. I would definitely return. There were a few mosquitoes but no big deal.

All good, nice campsite, but after I paid upfront and I got to the reception, they decided to ask for extra for my cat, same as per a dog.Cat is not even going out from the motorhome...

We had a good stay here. The pitch was relatively small but certainly enough room, and separated from the other pitches by tall shrubs. The staff were ok, as were the facilities but of course the best point is that you can walk into the fabulous town of Arles from here.
