We stayed 4 days. The camp is nestled in the valley with a lively creek running by it. Provides great view of the mountains. The turning leaves (mid-October) highlighted the gorgeous forest along the lush green pastures. I recommend using the public buses and there's one literally right next to camp. The camp is a short walk from town's main street - super convenient. All facilities were super clean and well maintained. Staff were amazing, especially Eva. We were blown away by the friendliness, helpful info, and gong the extra mile to insure we are well accommodated. All her recommendations were spot on! We're definitely returning to Camping Gletscherdorf next time!!

The campground has a great position with surrounding mountains and walking distance towards the village, trails and several gondola’s. ||It is recommended to book online so that you can print the ticket by arrival because of the unmanned reception. The showers and toilets are clean. Wifi is availible at the reception. The camping spots are relative smalls and the neighbours are closeby.

Great location right below Grindelwald. Staff Is nice and very helpful. Both reception staff that we met were nice, extra helpful and riched out when we needed. View is stunning, great sunset across the snowy mountain peak. Clean showers. Highly recommended.

The location is perfect! Close to the center (10 min walking), bus station closeby, and awesome view. Toilets and douches are clean. There is a small room with a fridge and freezer where you can store food, or just sit and relax (useful for when it rains). For the rest very basic, but that is perfect!

This campground is fantastic - extremely clean facilities and clear, simple process for check-in. The views of the mountains are absolutely stunning and the owner is very kind and helpful, willing to spend time helping us find the perfect hike in the area. It’s also very conveniently located in the town of Grindelwald, close to supermarkets, etc. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area!

We had a great experience in Camping Gletscherdorf, where we stayed in our tent for 8 nights. The position of the campsite is absolutly amazing, you could not ask for more. Staff was also very nice, friendly and helpful. All facilities work perfectly, the camping offers everything you need, for short or longer vacations. I highly recommend this place for a beautiful vacation in Grindelwald! Thank you, Camping Gletscherdorf!

Stayed 4 nights in a motorhome in September. Fantastic location beneath the Eiger. Easy to walk into the centre to get trains etc to mountain stations. Facilities excellent and immaculate. Very quiet apart from sound from the river, which is soothing. Highly recommended and would love to return.

Nice, well equiped camping. We stayed there in our tent for two nights in the beginning of september and still there were a lot of people. However everything was clean and we didn't need to wait in line for showers. I would say that this is more a camper site, because the tent place is quite small and you need to stay close to other tents. It is nice that they have free wifi and the shower is for free. You can also wash your clothes and dry them for additional cost. They have seperate toilets for each gender, two mens and two womens showers. We also liked that they have a fridge where you can store your food and freezer as well. Also some shelves to store other food. Please, don't bring your food to tent, because there are foxes and they can damage your tent, if you leave the food inside (also don't leave your shoes outside). We payed about 30 eur for each for one night. It is a bit expensive, but it is Switzerland and very crowded region. One thing that I didn't like was shower courtains, they were damaged and should be repaired or changed. Also the shower had a large pressure. But other than that we had a pleasant stay.
