There was a pleasant lady at reception who took our money. You pay, thinking you’ll get a lovely tranquil camping spot near the lake, instead you are guided by a rude fellow (owner)whom you assume doesn’t speak English, rides his bike down a road to an unseen open area and points to a muddy spot to park, no choice. We accidentally set our chairs and table on the campsite next to ours (camper van door opening) as there was 1m strip of grass. The same fellow, now in English, told us off and picked up our items and moved to the other side of our camper in the drying mud. Sigh!! I regret we didn’t leave earlier and try for a refund.
