Camping International Nube d'Argento

This campsite was absolutely wonderful, and we would love to return! My husband and I chose it for our honeymoon, and even though it wasn't your typical honeymoon spot, it gave us the perfect hideaway- peaceful and private, away from the busy centre of Sorrento and the hotels. The location was fantastic, making both ends of Sorrento quick and effortless to reach, and there were plenty of local shops just a 5-minute walk away for all your daily needs. The evening pizzas they serve quickly became one of our favourite delights of the entire two-week trip exploring Italy. It truly made our honeymoon special!

We stayed two people in a four person lodge. Plenty of space for two adults, it would have been a squeeze for four. Super comfortable bed and duvet, shower a little on the small side, fridge with small freezer compartment was good, we didn't use the kitchen. Great location, very walkable. Great pizza from the on site restaurant (closed Wednesdays) and the waiter was very friendly. Slow service at the bar for coffee or drinks, often there was no one there. Check out time is 10am so quite early and we were disturbed by three cleaners trying very persistently to get into our lodge at 9:15am.

We stayed here in a chalet for 3 nights. It was super. The view over the coast is beautiful and you can sit outside your chalet in the evening listening to crickets and watching the light fade. You can walk down to the sea and along the sea into Sorrento. Lots of steps but otherwise easy access. The pool was really lovely clean and plenty of sunbeds to sit out. The walk along the road from Sorrento along a pavement isn’t very long but it’s got lots of traffic going at quite a lick and smelt strongly of car fumes, but you can catch the 008 bus. The pool was great, and we ate at the pizzeria one night and enjoyed it. The kitchenette didn’t have lots of equipment, but was fine for simple meals.

This is the first camping we came back to, which was a first for us. Everything is just right at this camping. We were lucky to have a great spot with amazing view. The people are very nice, there is a bar with good coffee in the morning, lunch and drinks during the days & a pizzeria at night. The pool is lovely. And for a camping it’s quite unique that you also can walk to both a harbour (with some nice restaurants, paddle boarding, kayaking, having a small beach, chilling on sun beds & swimming) AND to the town of Sorrento which has a great atmosphere with lots of great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

Our stay at this campsite was truly enjoyable. The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature and offering a very relaxing atmosphere. The people we met at the campsite were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable, making it a great value for money. Great location when visiting Sorrento! We stayed in a cabin, they had everything we needed, kitchen was basic but had enough things if you wanted to cook, we didn’t as ate out each night. We enjoyed the pizza on the site, it also has a huge swimming pool and comfortable beds. Would definitely return in the future!

We loved the beautiful location, the cleanliness on the site, the helpful staff and the pool was a bonus! The cabins have air conditioning, a refrigerator and a prvate patio and closet rack for laudry. The on site restaurant is convenient, the public washrooms are very very clean. This site is a 10 minute walk from the main street in Sorrento’s Center We felt like we were in a resort all the while enjoying our stay in Campania by the sea, close to the beach, all restaurants and local businesses.

What a gem! A pleasure to find this site, nestled in the cliffs of Sorrento - the owners have had the foresight to retain the orchards trees and adapt the site so that visitors can enjoy the real Sorrento. Calm, clean and beautiful views to the Bay of Naples. Will go back!
