Great spot, located close to a lovely river and a small village. The resort has a good sized pool and an outdoor entertainment / restaurant area. The food is very good and the service excellent. The reception staff all speak excellent English and are extremely helpful. The site is small, but the pitches will hold a 10m motorhome. There is electricity for each pitch and water available on pitch...but not individual or fully serviced. There is a free WiFi service. Not fast, but will stream without glitching. Most importantly, the weather is generally very good over the summer months. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

Stayed at the campground. Very pleasant with lots of little hedges to separate the sites & off season it wasn’t too crowded. Easy walk into town & other caves a stones throw away. Lovely surroundings. Managed to stumble through 63 year old French but had help at reception for words that I had forgotten.

We stayed in this beautiful campsite for six days (we kept extending our stay!). It's in a lovely spot and is very well maintained and looked after - it's family run and all the staff are very friendly and helpful.|The pitches are generous and well shaded. The toilets and showers are very clean. The pool is just lovely and we spent several days relaxing around it. The surrounding scenery and countryside is stunning and you drift off to sleep at night to the sound of owls hooting to each other.|The restaurant and bar is very good and reasonably priced too. We also enjoyed the tennis court, table tennis and the boule pitch.|You can walk down to the river and rent a canoe, walk into the village for ice cream after supper (the village has several restaurants and delicatessens). |It's in a great spot to explore the beautiful villages, castles, caves and other sights of the dordogne and we'd highly recommend it.

This was a really nice campsite in a truly beautiful part of the world. I have been hiking so just a tent with me but other full service motorhomers on the site seemed pretty happy with the offering. Nice and clean with a lovely big pool for dangling sair walker's feet in. Staff were excellent. I managed to spill my full beer and it was replaced free of charge. That says a lot in my mind. I would happily go back there again should my wanderings bring me back. You'll be spellbound by the area so don't hesitate to come. Aye. Fraser.

We picked this hotel to base ourselves out of while we checked out the caves and river. Room although of a basic standard was very clean and comfortable and had it's own ensuite. Didn't get any noise from the other rooms. The place has excellent facilities including a great pool and very nice alfresco dining area for the warmer months.||The absolute plus about this place is the food. We booked the half board package and had some of the best food of our trip...it was sensational! (as well as being very reasonably priced). The village market is on the Monday, so if you're there for that as well treat yourself to some of the local produce for a picnic. You won't be disappointed!
