Camping la Sousta

Stayed here for one night in our caravan while heading further South.|Wow…. What a fantastic site in the woodlands. The pitch was large but I would recommend taking a long ehu cable.|We didn’t eat here but used the pool which was great for cooling down. The toilet and shower block was spotless.|We walked down to the river which was lovely for our son to paddle.|Unfortunately we didn’t get to see the bridge which is also mentioned by people.|There is a Lidl down the road.|We will stay again soon.

Stayed here in our campervan with awning. Great size pitch. Right next to a beautiful river for swimming in the morning or yoga on the bank. Part of our round trip tour of France. Would stay again

A large campsite, we pitched in the wooded area with plenty of shade. There is no delineation as such between pitches, placements are marked with pieces of wood which we learned by asking a member of staff. Four sanitaires, two open in low season. Toilet paper provided but the toilets don’t have seats. Cleaning was completed in the morning but the facilities were messy later in the day. The water got very hot in the showers, no thermostats to control the temperature. The site is within walking distance of the Pont du Gard and Remoulins. Washing machines 5 euros 50 which self dose but expensive when the drums are small. The site has a small shop where you can order bread. There is a swimming pool and has access to the river. Some great places to explore in the region such as Arles, Nimes and Uzes to name a few. We would return.

Nice campsite, shady pitches. Nice local town, very close to the pond to gard Bridge. Toilet blocks pretty good, ceramic sit down toilets designed not to have a plastic seat. Soap and toilet paper included. Showers were not the best (flow ok, but tempersture fluctuates from luke warm to comfortable warm, but not hot. No individual control for temperature, but usable....

Spent 6 nights here. It's set in woodland, walking distance to the Pont du Gard. Facilities are ok, but they would benefit from being cleaned more regularly than once per day, Some people can be disgusting and I don't need to see yesterday's pizza. The bar has a good vibe/atmosphere, but when entertainment is on, the noise does travel through the site, so maybe turn it down a touch after 11pm. Acces to the river for swimming and kayaking/paddle boarding. I don't want to sound overly critical because we did enjoy our stay & would recommend it if you want to see Pont du Gard. Their light show at 10:30 pm each night in summer is free and worth watching.

Great place to camp Right next to the pont du Gard The restaurant Bistrot is very good . I had the bavette steak., and it was tender with a beautiful red wine reduction sauce ., fries and veggies. Great place to relax.
