Liked: Location- absolutely stunning position, nestled between mountains in a designated nature park. The number of wild flowers is extraordinary. It’s a very rural place with cows roaming free, horses, goats etc. Lots of beautiful well marked walks and the local town (3.5km down hill) has a pool and little museum.
The campsite has spaces for tents only (no car access) and grass pitches for campervans. They specify nothing longer than 7m which is good advice as the access roads are very tight!
They won an award for being the best mountain campsite in Spain and we can understand why.
The staff are very kind, helpful and friendly and the general atmosphere is calm and welcoming.
Such an amazing place, we stayed longer.
Disliked: There was a festival going on up the road, with live music starting at 10pm and finished at 6.18am, for 2 nights! So maybe check if that’s running if you like a really quiet nights sleep!
Recycling set up wasn’t clear.
