A great campsite in Krakow! The location is convenient and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The toilets with showers are absolutely massive, which is great, but they are a bit old and could use some updates. We requested to stay in the upper area so we would be closer to the facilities, otherwise, it would have been quite a walk. Overall, the campsite feels safe, peaceful, and well-organized, making it a lovely place to stay while visiting Krakow. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily come back!

Very nice camping, good facilities. Only down side was the old lady at the reception that was very rude. The new girl Martina was very welcoming and sweet, but poor girl having to work with the old lady.

Tidy and well-located camping, we can go in the downtown by bike on dedicated bicycle routes. We can use a little kitchen with a fridge and a small stove.

Everything was OK. But we had problem with booking because the receptionist was rude and she didn't want to talk to us. She didn't understand Czech, English, German + when we wanted to try Polish, she hanged off on us

Super friendly peopl. Speak english and some german. Also explanations and other notifications are written in Polish, English and German.| Awesome sanitary facilities, warm water, very clean, heated (it was quite fresh temperatures). |But for most, very beautiful campsite.

I didn't use the rooms so I cannot rate them. The service quality is exemplary - they are clearly expert at running their facility. The showers & toilets are continually cleaned. The gardens/grass is kept tidy. I loved that one of the team took us to choose our pitch on a scooter!! The filling and emptying station for the camper was great - albeit I was in the way of the trashmen- but they waited for me! There was a lot of space and I was able to play ball with my dog to give her a run without bothering other people.

The biggest advantage of this camping is the location. It's relative close to the center of the city. If you are using bikes, then there are nice road for it. The camp is green and calm, but it doesn't offer any 'attractions'. Furthermore, the price is too high. The prices are similar to the prices of south european campsite by the sea with lots of attractions and facilities.

They allow dogs and take payment from dogs but you need to go out side of the camp side to make needs. Poor customer service.
